Abstract

REFINING RECONCILIATION PROCESS THROUGH SAKTI: AN APPLICATION OF BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ON GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTING IN REPUBLIC OF INDONESIASAKTI full module Implementation as an integrated government accounting system, bring significant changes on reconciliation business process for state financial transactions. MonSAKTI reconciliation business process requires an improvement to be able to maximize the reporting process and minimize reconciliation time process. This study uses Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN) diagram to analyze and evaluate business process as-is and business process to-be and Business Process Improvement (BPI) to reform and enhance the performance of to existing business processes. The result from analyzing and evaluating business process as-is and business process to-be is improvement on real value added process, lessen on business value added process and eliminate non value added process, so the processing time is down to 33,33% and system complexity score reduce to 19,30%.

Abstract

EVALUATION OF DRAINAGE CHANNEL DUE TO SEDIMENTATION USING THE HEC-RAS PROGRAM (CASE STUDY ON ROAD DR. SUTOMO)Flooding is one of the natural events that can be detrimental to humans. The flood that occurs is in the form of an overflow of water and will inundate lowlands or basins. Floods can also occur as a result of rainwater being trapped in a basin that becomes a puddle or as a result of a water storage container that can no longer accommodate the amount of water that enters it. This study aims to determine: (1). To find out the results of the evaluation of drainage canals on Road Dr. Sutomo, Jepara Regency (2). To find out the results of the evaluation of drainage canals on Road Dr. Sutomo, Jepara Regency, in the existing conditions with the HEC-RAS program (3). To provide solutions to overcome flooding on Road Dr. Sutomo, Jepara Regency. The data collection method used is (1). Field survey (2) Collection of primary data and secondary data (3). Checking data completeness (4). Analyze and evaluate data using HEC-RAS Software. The results showed that the drainage capacity on Road Dr. Sutomo has a discharge of 0.52 m3/s, or the equivalent of 52 liters/s. Shows that with this future drainage condition, it cannot accommodate the incoming water discharge. Because the maximum water discharge from the HEC-RAS calculation is 11.86 m3/sec, or 11860 liters/sec.

Abstract

CLASSIFICATION RICE QUALITY USING K-NN BACKWARD-BASED ELIMINATIONRice is one of the most important agricultural products. And it is a strategic commodity because almost all Indonesian people need it. Because of the importance of the function of rice as a staple food ingredient, the quality of the rice to be consumed must be ensured to be of high quality. Determination of the quality or quality of rice until now has been done by many previous researchers. However, of the several methods that have been selected, the majority use image processing. Rice quality data processing using data mining is still rarely done. In this study, the dataset that will be used comes from the Probolinggo Regency Agriculture Service database which has 1 special attribute and 9 regular attributes. The attributes are: variety, length, shape, color, taste, rice planting technique, season, pests, PH and quality. The method that will be used in this study is the backward elimination-based K-NN method.From the results of the analysis and computation of several methods, it can be concluded that the backward elimination-based K-NN method used to increase the accuracy of rice classification resulted in several conclusions. Namely the attributes that affect the determination of rice quality are variety, shape, color, technique, season, pests and PH. While the features that are considered to have no effect are taste and length. As for the data as much as 4952, the best accuracy is 83.08% when k = 1, while for the data as much as 2000, then the best accuracy is 87.70% at k = 1, while for the data as much as 1000, the best accuracy is 98.60%, namely when k=1.

Abstract

THE SELECTION OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS USING ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS METHODSThe selection of building materials is important in the planning process of housing construction because it will affect the quality of the building and the determination of the selling price of a building. so that an appropriate method is needed in making decisions to determine the specifications of the material to be used. The purpose of this study is to obtain efficient building materials both in terms of price and quality. so that they can support the concept of housing. The concept of housing buildings in this study uses a minimalist concept. The material limitations that will be determined in this study are materials for roof coverings, floor coverings, ceilings, window sills, and doors. The material selection process uses a analysis hierarchy process method with material selection criteria including price, specifications, design, and durability. Each criterion uses three alternatives as a comparison. Data collection was obtained through experts in a housing company with an expert as the head of the planning division. The results of data processing were obtained for the roof covering materials using concrete tiles, floor coverings using granite, ceilings using kalsiboard, window sills using aluminum, and doors using the solid wood material. This research is expected to be useful, especially for construction business actors in determining building materials.

Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF RELIABILITY CENTERED MAINTENANCE METHOD ON CRITICAL COMPONENTS OF STEAM TURBINE AT PT MADUBARUSteam turbine is a machine that can be used to convert heat energy from steam into mechanical energy so that it can produce electrical energy. As a source of electrical energy, PT Madubaru utilizes this steam turbine. The purpose of this research is to determine the Mean Time To Failure or MTTF and Mean Time To Repair or MTTR values and which components of this steam turbine have the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) based on FMEA analysis. This study uses FMEA analysis and the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method. From the results of data processing that has been done it is known that the most critical component is the coupling component with a damage percentage level of 21.62% of the other components. Based on the calculation of the MTTF value, the result is 1863.74, this means that the coupling component needs to be maintained or checked after operating for 1863.74 hours or around 77,656 days. In addition, for the calculation of the MTTR value, the result is 0.7941 hours, which means that the coupling component takes 0.7941 hours to repair. While the FMEA analysis showed that the coupling component received the highest RPN value of 24 out of the other components. The cause that occurred was due to a broken coupling membrane which hampered the production process because it was necessary to repair the component.

Abstract

REKOMENDASI PENATAAN MENU MAKANAN MENGGUNAKAN DATA HISTORI TRANSAKSI DENGAN METODE APRIORI (STUDI KASUS: BEBEK PONDOK GALIH)The food business goes hand in hand with the development of information technology. Process efficiency must be improved to increase sales transactions and achieve consistent profits. Bebek Pondok Galih has historical data on sales transactions from year to year, with this data being useful if management can analyze consumer buying patterns so they get information on what menus are frequently ordered and the relationship between one menu and another. Based on these problems, a data analysis process is needed to form a menu arrangement recommendation by utilizing data mining using the Apriori algorithm. The a priori algorithm is a data mining method that can produce association rules. Based on its application in this study with a minimum support value of 30% and a minimum confidence level of 80%, the final rule is that if consumers purchase 600 ml of roasted duck and aqua, they will also purchase a portion of rice. so that the three menus can be made into one menu package.

Abstract

IDENTIFICATION OF HILAL IMAGE BOUNDARIES USING MATRIX KERNELDetermination of worship times, especially the months of Ramadan, Shawwal, and Dzulhijah based on the sighting of the new crescent (first crescent) after sunset. The sighting of the hilal is sometimes problematic because it is often invisible or the hilal has decreased in quality (degradation) as happened in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province during monitoring to determine the beginning of Ramadan 1443 Hijriah. Thus, it is necessary to have a process for improving the hilal image to make it easier to identify or detect the clear, strong, and thick hilal boundary line. The processing of the new moon image starts from the process of changing the RGB image to a grayscale image which will make it easier to determine the new moon boundary line using the matrix kernel operators, namely roberts, prewitt, sobel, and canny. After applying the four operators, then the image is processed by thresholding segmentation to sharpen the image boundaries and separate objects from the background in an image based on their brightness or darkness. The test results of the four matrix kernel operators that were applied to the visible hilal image and the degraded hilal image showed that the prewitt and sobel operators had the best level of performance in detecting or identifying clear boundary lines. Meanwhile, the operator roberts is also able to detect the boundary line of the new moon image, but it is a bit thin and blurry. Unlike the case with the canny operator, which cannot detect it properly and cannot directly separate the object from the background.

Abstract

ANALYSIS OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY USING HAZARD IDENTIFICATION AND RISK ASSESSMENT (HIRA)(CASE STUUDY: SME’s ATHAYA DRUMBAND)DIY Province is a province that has a large number of SMEs. The number of SMEs in Yogyakarta in 2019 reached 42,155 units. One sector that is very influential on the economy is an industry engaged in the manufacturing sector. One of the products in the manufacturing sector is drumband equipment. This research was conducted to reduce work accidents by identifying the risks of hazards in the workplace. Identification of work accidents using the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) method. HIRA aims to identify the potential hazards that exist in a company to assess the magnitude of the chance of an accident or loss. The results of this study state that there are 6 potential hazards in UKM Athaya Drumband. Being exposed to wood chips from cutting results, tired due to work attitudes, being exposed to chemicals, getting burns and impaired vision due to welding activities, and being injured due to exposure to leftover production materials that are scattered. The biggest risk is the welding process, namely the dangerous end of the weld and work attitude with a percentage of 28.57%. The potential hazard in the form of chemicals in paint also has a high presentation of 19.05%.

Abstract

SISTEM PAKAR UNTUK MENDIAGNOSA PENYAKIT GINJAL DENGAN METODE DEMPSTER SHAFER PADA KLINIK MEDIKA PLAZACurrent technological advances have changed manual information processing to computerized, making it faster and more accurate. One of the applications of information technology in the health sector is implemented in the form of an expert system application for diagnosing various diseases as done by a doctor or expert. Kidney disease is difficult to detect (often there are no warning signs) but is very life threatening to a person. Kidney is an important organ in the body that performs an important function in the body as a filter for salt, water and acids. The use of expert system applications is expected to provide accurate analytical results in determining the diagnosis of a person's kidney condition. The research was conducted to develop an expert system application for diagnosing kidney disease using the Dempster Shafer method at the Medika Plaza clinic, South Jakarta. From the test results it was concluded that this application could speed up doctors diagnosing patients with symptoms of kidney disease.

Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GRAPPLE METHOD IN PROGRESS ORDER APPLICATIONS IN THE FINISHING INDUSTRYAlong with advances in technology and information in all fields, one of which is in the field of furniture, especially in the finishing service industry. So far, orders have been received manually via telephone and WhatsApp. This is less effective because if the customer asks for a product that is still in the production process, the recipient of the order is less able to trace it due to the long finishing stages, many orders, less extensive production area, different products, and different processing times. Therefore, the progress order mobile application is used as an alternative solution to make it easier for order recipients to receive orders and to be able to monitor the process of working on the products being served. The system development method uses GRAPPLE and the research results from the feasibility study obtained material experts 95.8%, two shop owners 92.5% and 30 respondents 91.47% so it can be concluded that this application is feasible to use
