Abstract

ABSTRAKPenggunaan teori kritik sastra feminis telah banyak digunakan dalam menganalisis karya sastra. Kritik sastra feminis merupakan cabang dari sosiologi sastra berawal dari hasrat para perempuan feminis untuk menganalisis karya para pengarang perempuan di masa silam untuk menunjukkan citra perempuan dalam karya penulis laki-laki yang menampilkan perempuan sebagai makhluk yang ditekan, disalahtafsirkan, dan disepelekan oleh tradisi patriarki yang dominan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk ketidakadilan gender The Chronicle of Kartini karya Wiwid Prasetyo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian kualitatif ini adalah metode deskriptif analitik yang mengungkap keadaan yang sebenarnya dalam novel. Metode ini didasarkan pada data yang akan dianalisis berupa teks karya sastra novel The Chronicle of Kartini karya Wiwid Prasetyo. Hasil dari temuan penelitian dan pembahasan dalam novel The Chronicle of Kartini karya Wiwid Prasetyo, terdapat bentuk ketidakadilan gender yaitu marginalisasi, subordinasi, stereotype, kekerasan, dan beban kerja.Kata kunci: Ketidakadilan gender, kritik sastra feminis

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the language politeness strategy in the trial in the Special Class 1A District Court of Palembang which included positive and negative politeness strategies. This research is a qualitative research with ethnographic communication method. Data collection techniques and procedures used are observation, recording and transcripts. Data analysis is done by transcribing the recorded data into written form, then analyzed based on the problem formulation. Based on data analysis, language politeness in the trial is descriptively expressed through positive language politeness strategies including Notice strategy, attend to H, Intensify interest to H, Avoid disagreement, Presuppose / raise / assert, Joke, Assert or presuppose S's knowledge of and concern for H wants, Offer and promise, Include both S and H In the activity, and give (or ask for) reasons. Whereas through the negative language politeness strategy includes Be conventional conventional indirect, Be pessimistic, Minimize the imposition, give deference, Apologize, and State the FTA as a general rule that occurs naturally. The realization of the language politeness strategy that occurs shows that all speech participants in the trial understand their respective status and position so that the speeches delivered at the time of trial can maintain the face of each other's opponents when communication takes place. Keywords— Politeness Language Strategy, Court.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant effect of (1) reading interest on short story writing, (2) the influence of vocabulary on short story writing, and (3) reading interest and vocabulary mastery together on the ability to write short stories. This research was carried out at 68 Public Elementary Schools in Palembang in July 2017 to September 2017. The research method used in this study was quantitative research methods through comparative causal. The population of this study is all students of class VI SD Negeri 68 Palembang. The sample of the research in this study is a randomly selected VI student with a total of 40 students. Data analysis was carried out with the analysis used to test hypotheses regarding the presence of significant influence 0.05 obtained constant values of 23, 262 and the coefficient of the variable regression line equation (X1) of 0.384 and the vocabulary mastery variable (X2) of 0, 343, so it was obtained the equation of the regression line between variables X1 and X2 is y = 23, 262 + 0, 384 X1 + 0, 343 X2. The regression equation identifies that if the reading interest variable and vocabulary mastery variables are increased by 1 unit, then the Y value increases by 0, 384 + 0, 343 = 0, 727. Keywords— Effect of Reading Interest and Vocabulary Mastery on Writing Short Stories

Abstract

The problem of this research is how the use of sarcasm, sarcastic and sarcasmic sarcasm in Kompas April 2015 headlines and whether the contents of the protests contained in Kompas headlines in April 2015 are reviewed based on political elements. The purpose of this study describes the use of sarcastic, sarcastic and sarcastic sarcasm styles contained in the headlines in Kompas daily in April 2015 and describes the contents of the protest contained in the headlines in the April 2015 Kompas newspaper reviewed based on political elements. Theoretically this research is expected to contribute to the theory of language style satire of irony, cynicism and sarcasm in relation to political protests. It is practically useful as one of the alternatives in Teaching Indonesian about the use of sarcastic, sarcastic and sarcastic sarcasm styles in fiction and non fiction. The method used is descriptive. Source of data in this research is derived from Kompas political news in April 2015. Political news that was studied was taken from Kompas daily for one month from 1-30 April 2015. While the data analysis techniques used content analysis techniques and change analysis techniques. The results show the use of sarcastic, sarcastic and sarcasmic sarcasm style which contains political protests in Kompas headlines in April 2015 consisting of replacement elements and replaceable elements that have similarities in semantics, categories, or analogies. The use of sarcastic, sarcastic and sarcastic sarcasm in the headlines of Kompas daily in April 2015 amounted to 17 sarcasm, sarcastic and sarcasmic sarcasm. Abstract

Local wisdom in language learning and character reinforcement. In today's era of advanced communication intelligence is needed to utilize and package the values of local wisdom in a global context. In addition, no less important is the presence of creativity to bring back self-confidence in local behavior in national and global communications. Of course, the interpretation and creativity of literary authors become the basic necessity for maintaining local wisdom. Local color that is and carry the regionalism that is contained in cross-cultural communication of course reflects keiindonesiaan and through literature also we can put the values of local wisdom so thick that can be poured in the form of novels, short stories and poetry. Through language learning can be a tool to maintain the identity or identity of the nation because in the Indonesian language contained image of Indonesia. The image can be constructed and constructed by the author through character, characterizations, background and place specificities, as well as the story situation in the language. The characteristics, nuances, and breaths of Indonesianness can be exchanged in the language. Abstract

Learning student speaking skills is an important part of teaching Indonesian. Through learning speaking skills students are expected to be able to: Dialogue with other people, Express messages, opinions, experiences and feelings logically and systematically, discussing with regard to procedures and manners, submitting reports, speeches, remarks or lectures. and verbal feelings have been learned and possessed by students before they enter school. This ability is obtained by students in the family environment and other environments outside the school environment. But the talent that this student has is not enough to make students skilled in speaking in front of the class. The purpose of this study was to improve the speaking skills of class X.4 students of SMA Negeri 1 Trimurjo. The results of this study are the skills of the students of SMA N 1 Trimrjo in speaking with their stories when the picture can be improved. This can be proven from the results that reached an average value of 55.75 after being given action I increased to 64.88 and after being given action II to 70.38 Keywords— Reka Method Picture Story, Speaking Skills, Trimurjo Senior High School 1
