Abstract

Today development of computer technology is growing rapidly, especialy in term of the game are certainly not stranger for the fans, from children to adults. The game has a positive impact that could indirectly hone the ability o f the brain and improve memory and patience.  Catur Inggris is a strategy game like chess origin from Pekanbaru city, Riau province is generally played by two people, but more simple. Catur Inggris is based on Android with the programming C # language. Catur Inggris using Minimax algorithm with three difficulty levels that is, easy, medium, and hard. Minimax algorithm is an algorithm that using Depth-First Search method to find solutions step with limited depth. The results obtained from the test results using the algorithm method Minimax with Depth-First Search managed to generate possible winning position. Results obtained from tests using Minimax algorithm is 80% with five depth o f Depth-First Search tree four wins for the computer and a victory for the player, therefore Minimax algorithm can work well Catur Inggris game, and results test for user with 30 respondents get results 84%, therefore Catur Inggris game had a very good response from the users

Abstract

Funding accumulation should be designed to attract people to save in the institution money islamic. Savings Islamic investment is to apply the system to yield a return on investment. The value of customer revenue will never be the same each month even though they are the same a mount. Therefore, we need an alternative form of information storage decisions to be based recommendations for the specific results. For the results calculated by the method of the average daily balance is multiplied by other factors such as per classification average balance bank of funds, and the ratio(%). The average balance is the accumulation of sediment balance is divided by the number of days in a month. The application of fuzzy inference systems Tsukamoto and madman will be compared to the recommended savings will be applied to the system. Fuzzy logic has a degree of  membership that represented the values 0 and 1, to be more balanced in the calculation is limited by certain factors. Factors include the amount of sediment balance and sediment balance your time to calculate the value of savings products or recommendations.Application of fuzzy Tsukamoto and  Mamdani gives an overview of the differences indetermining the final outcome of the process defuzzifikasi, so that the known method is more suitable for recommending the value of deposits with a limited output of certain values (lower and upper limit of deposits). Abstract

The number of vehicles in Indonesia continues to increase every year. It will also be directly proportional to many people who have problems with their vehicles, such as finding a tire leaking from a nail puncture or other causes. And will also increase the need for tire services. For vehicle users who do not know the area around when experiencing leak tire disaster, then directly proportional to search for the nearest tire repair shop will be difficult. Therefore, in this study developed information media in the form of Android-based applications to map the locations - workshop tire repair shop, as well as search for the nearest tire patch based on the location of the rider by using geofence system, where in this application the user will be notified the nearest workshop with a blink on the animated image tire repairs. From the test results, this application is able to help users search for the nearest tire repair shop along with the distance from the user location. This application is also able to show related information as well as showing the distance and route of the road that will be taken from the location of the user with the location of the intended tire patch by utilizing google maps applications. Applications have been tested by questionnaire method distributed to 30 respondents with 10 questions and the results of the questionnaire calculated using the likert scale get 76,2% results and included in either category

Abstract

The security o f election's data in a manual election process is susceptible to some fraud activity, one of them is voter's identity theft activity which will be used to vote more than one time. The regulation which allow the voter to vote on another town has  became a hole that can be used the perpetrator to vote using stolen identity as no one knows him and his true identity. This fraud activity will have direct impact to the result o f election. This fraud can be contained by using Nakula Sadewa Algorithm which will analyze and compare the voter's home voting place to the voting place that the voter's use to do the voting activity. The voter's can still vote on another town, but heavily encouraged to vote on his hometown.

Making of Trenggalek district Virtual Tour Guide Using Tracing Map Method is one of some solution to introduce tourism object and become guide for touristwho want to visit Trenggalek’s tourism place.Making of Trenggalek districtVirtual Tour Guide application integrating between adobe flash CS5.5’s design and action script 3 programming. Making of Trenggalek district Virtual Tour Guide application can use as one of some choice to get tourism information besides map and tourism’s coventional guide book.Based on a survey of 30 correspondents, the results showed that 55.33% of applications considered good, 32.67% stated that this application is quite good, 10% said very good and, 2% were less well expressed.

Abstract

Color blindness is an abnormality in terms of seeing certain colors that occur as a result of demage to come cells (cone cells) in the retina of the eye, so that people with color blindness can be hard  to catch a certaincolor spectrum. People suffering from color blindness would have difficulty distinguishing certain shades can not even see certain colors. Developed by Dr. Ishihara test Shinobu Ishihara in 1917, until now the Ishihara test methods still be one of the main option in almost all countries to identify someone who had color blindess. In the figure gecko color generation system with linear method congruen method (lcm) described the components of software and hardwer that is required in the manufacture of  color generator application numbers congruen gecko with a linear congruen method (lcm). The determination of the initial value of the constant linear congruen method (lcm) into the determination of the color composition result generated randomly. System testing and completion of a questionnaire completed by Guttman and Likert scale. Diman on functional testing system results obtained with Guttman scale 100% yes that users can guess the number that appears on the color generation process. And the interface testing diselesaika with Likert scale with 85% strongly agree result the system has a 94% look attractive and easy to use system.

Abstract

Development of the world's information and communication technology-based growing rapidly. The development of these technologies has given rise to another dimension in human life, namely the need for computer use. Application of machine vision applications where a computer has the ability to understand the data in the form of image and make decisions based on data obtained from a real object, in this case is generated through the capture image from webcam.            The images (digital images) of a real object through a webcam can be done in many ways capture the object. In this research object retrieval using an object of activity is captured on the webcam through the motions of objects. Digital image acquisition is performed with the tool in the form of software (Obtion Remote Version 1.0). Obtion (Object Detection) method works with the system of comparison between that time frame the previous frame captured by the camera at the time of recording the object. Comparison of the difference in the frame will be accommodated in a place that will be used to support the execution of an object by counting the number of pixels that exceed the value of the difference in number of field values with regulator frame to frame changes in the location of the object motionObtion Remote Version 1.0 will take a digital image of the object with trigger object motion detection performed. Digital image acquisition (capture the object with a webcam) will be done automatically if the object has been successfully detected. The detected object will be stored automatically in the directory are executed as a digital image storage.

Abstract

Active-Passive Sentences Converter is an android-based application that aims to transform active sentences into passive voice, it’s expected to facitate help elementary school children especially in particular to transform the active-passive sentences. The system on the application does not work if the entered sentences does not meet the S-P-O element, and for the predicate is not the same  as the active verb. If the user has entered the sentence in accordance with the standard active sentence then system will move the object on the active sentence into the subject on the passive sentence as well as the subject becomes the object, and replace the active verb into a passive verb with the particle di- on the predicate. This application can only be operated at least on 4.4 Kitkat android version. The result of the application tested was awesome with the 92% of correct percentage, after applied at three elementary schools are SD Jomblangan, SDN Adisucipto, SDIT Salsabila Al Muthi’in, SDN Berbah 1 and SD Muhammadiyah Noyokerten.

Abstract

The application development of website that have a good progress from Website is very important in tourism field where website can promote the interesting and unique of tourism place for tourist. In tourism field website can be important if completed with superriority is tourism planning where tourist can plan their holidays effective and efficient. Dijkstra method is a graph search algorithm is used to solve the problem with a single source shortest path on a graph that produces a shortest path tree. The usage of dijkstra method in decision the tourism planning base website is appropriate because used to plan the holidays based on the route or the sorthest way that has been found by latitude and longitude counting which is very important to decide range from each place, so it can help the tourist.

Abstract

One way of written communication is to send a message to the others. With the current technological developments, written communication can be supported by the computer and internet media so that messages sent can be delivered to target internet users in a short time and geographical distance is no longer a barrier of communication. In communicating between countries is often used in English, but that will be an obstacle when the language used to write the message was not understood by the other person and vice versa. Seeing this condition, then there needs to be an alternative media to overcome these obstacles. One of them is to design a bilingual (Indonesian-English) chat translator application. The system was created using Delphi 7 as a programming language and Oracle as Indonesian and English vocabulary storage database. Through this system, users can send messages using Indonesian or English and receive messages according to language used. The result from the design of this application indicates that the application is able to translate the text that is sent into the appropriate language which is controlled by interlocutors. So it can be a solution to communicate although with different language. However, the ability of the translator is very dependent on the current record in the dictionary table, so the translation can be developed in subsequent research to be more complete and better.
