Abstract

This study aims to reveal, explain, and describe the social reality that occurred in West Nusa Tenggara, namely the expansion and equitable access to education for abandoned children. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, by phenomenology method. The results of this study indicate that access to education for abandoned children in West Nusa Tenggara is very low. Conclusion, From the aspect of the availability of facilities facilitated by the Provincial Government, there is only one orphanage that handles abandoned children education, located in a provincial city serving ten districts. From the aspect of affordability, abandoned children find it difficult to reach the education provided by the government, caused by poverty, and the distance between cities in West Nusa Tenggara. Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the effectiveness of interpersonal communication head of Human Resources Agency of Bengkulu Province. Research is designed as a qualitative research and uses descriptive data exposure. This data analysis technique is the step taken by researchers to interpret or provide meaning to the data that has been collected. The results of research In implementing interpersonal communication conducted by the head of the agency, it is seen that the effectiveness of communication is characterized by the openness in the implementation of activities, the attitude of supporting employees to improve performance, always trying to have a positive attitude towards all employees and equality in the execution of duties. Conclusion, because in our daily life in communicating interpesaonal is the basis to be able to communicate, where interpersonal communication can not be separated in the process of our daily life. Abstract

This study aims to describe the type of leadership of female principals and teacher perceptions of the leadership style of female principals in State Primary Schools in Balung District. The approach used is a quantitative approach with a survey method to get an overview of the types and styles of leadership of girls' schools. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire techniques and interviews with 54 teachers in 5 public elementary schools headed by female principals. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling using the entire population of 5 schools. The results showed the dominant type of 5 female principals included in the type of personal leadership with a mean of 10,148 (SD 1,393) while the authoritarian type obtained the smallest value to be the minor type chosen by teachers with a mean of 9,056 (1,224). While the teacher's perception shows that the principal's leadership style in SD Negeri Balung District tends to be feminine with a mean of 3.68 and transformational with a mean of 3.11 which is also supported by two indicators of masculine and transactional styles. Conclusions, the dominant type of female headmaster's leadership is 'personal' and 'feminine' and 'transformational' leadership styles. Abstract

This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, control and evaluation of educators at SD IT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The research subjects consisted of the principal, the board of teachers and staff, the guardians of elementary students of IT Mutiara Mutiara Scholar Lubuklinggau. The results of the study, the planning of educators is done well as the teacher and student ratio (2/22) is very relevant in the learning and teaching process. Conclusions in this study, namely 1), the planning of Mutiara IT Scholar SD Lubuklinggau elementary school educators went well namely recruiting educators by selecting the administration of job application files and the ability to read al-Qur'an as well as micro teaching tests, 2) the implementation of educators through coaching from the foundation twice a month, 2013 curriculum training and teacher quality development seminars, 3) the principal controls the teaching staff by going around the learning room during the learning process, checking the attendance of educators through finger print, and learning journals in the classroom, 4 ) the school principal uses a questionnaire, and then disseminates it to students so that the information about the teaching staff in carrying out their tasks can be known and provided guidance by the school principal. Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of educational communication in the Qur'an Lukman letter. This research was designed using a qualitative approach by applying library research methods. The data used in this study are sourced from primary data and secondary data, while the primary data are Al-Qur`an Letters Lukman and supported by the Prophet's traditions that are relevant to the research problem, while secondary data are sourced from books, magazines and written documents. The conclusion of this research reveals that the concept of educational communication in Lukman's Letter is indicated by the dialogical atmosphere between father and son in an effort to achieve life safety in the world and the hereafter. The term dialogic here shows that there is an element of communication between two people, in this case father and son. My father is a communicator or idea initiator in planning the dialogue atmosphere. At the same time it is the party that listens (in dialogue feedback) so that it also becomes the communicant.
