Abstract

This research aims to get the pattern of student management in Elementary Schools (SD) according to the Graduates Competency Standards (SKL). The study was conducted at Pertiwi Elementary School in Bogor city using qualitative methods with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman Model which consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusion. Examination of the validity of the data using triangulation. The results showed: (1) Management of students was carried out starting from planning, student admission, student orientation, grouping / placement of students, reporting of evaluation results, level and non-level systems, mutations and drop out of students, special services for students, disciplinary coaching of students, student organizations, and graduations and alumni. (2) Teachers become pioneers in the management of students because they have an agent role in the progress of students' development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the concept of developing a school database management information system. The model that will be used in this study is the spiral model. Each cycle includes 1) communication with users, 2) planning, 3) risk analysis, 4) prototype or engineering, 5) construction, and 6) system evaluation. The results of the study, the SIM database model of the school that was developed, still has shortcomings that must be corrected. Deficiencies at the concept development stage will be a reference for developers to improve. Suggestions from the validator were corrected and subsequently as a basis for designing the School Database SIM model at the system development stage. Conclusions, the concept of developing a school database system in the Department of Education and Culture of Musi Rawas Regency includes; a) developing a school database system for the Education Office admin (home menu, profile menu and submenus, report menu and submenu, admin menu and submenu, and logout menu), b) developing a school database system for school admin (home menu, menu and submenu profiles, menus and student submenus, educators and educational staff menus and submenus, facilities and infrastructure menus and submenus, curriculum menus and submenus, public relations menus and submenus, financial menus and submenus, report menus and submenus, and log out menus).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the flagship program of private madrasah ibtidaiyah in rural areas. Using a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. It was held at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assidiq Giriyoso, Jayaloka District. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, the Board of Teachers, and the Foundation. Data collection technique; observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis step uses an interactive model from Miles and Huberman. The results of the research show that the implementation of the madrasah flagship program is implemented well, namely: 1) the material is delivered according to the ability level of the students, 2) the material delivered has been planned in the learning implementation plan, 3) the teacher is prepared to focus on the abilities of each student, so that the material what is conveyed can be easily accepted by students, 4) facilities and infrastructure, especially tahfiz boarding schools are prepared in front of their respective classes, 5) the curriculum prepared is in accordance with the analysis of students' abilities, which are listed in the learning implementation plan, 6) finances, especially in giving honorarium for teaching staff, according to the number of working hours that have been carried out, and 7) relations with the community are always well established, especially in supporting madrasah flagship programs, because the community is an important element in using products from madrasah. In conclusion, the implementation of the flagship program of tahfiz al-qur'an and English can really have a positive impact on the development of madrasah, because the alumni of madrasah ibtidaiyah Giriyoso are able to compete academically with other students, at the state junior high school level, so that parents entrust their children to school in madrasah

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of device-based blended learning and to analyze the factors that influence the process of implementing device-based blended learning in the Social Sciences Department of STKIP PGRI Lubuk Linggau. This research uses a qualitative approach, where this research is carried out in a natural, reasonable situation and a real setting (natural setting). The type of research used in this research is a case study. The results of the study, the policy for the use of blended learning has been set in the learning guidelines of STKIP PGRI Lubuk Linggau. So that its implementation has been shaded by the Institute so that it does not run alone. Human resources are one of the influential factors in the implementation of blended learning. In conclusion, the application of blended learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in the social studies department at STKIP PGRI Lubuk Linggau was carried out in accordance with the learning guidelines under the auspices of the institution. and learning support infrastructure. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the response of needs to the development of E-modules material elasticity and hooke law in Lebong Regency high school. This research is part of the R n D research method but is only limited to the needs analysis stage, the sampling technique used is pusposive sampling with data samples in this study, namely 201 students of grade XI IPA and 5 physics teachers in 3 high schools. The data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires and observations. The instrument used in this research is an e-module development needs questionnaire sheet for students and teachers. Test results showed that the instrument used was valid and reliable. The results also mentioned that students and teachers at high school in Lebong Regency urgently need the development of E-modules of elasticity and hooke law. With the results obtained from the responses of teachers and students namely strongly agree. Therefore, from these results, researchers hope to contribute to educational practitioners in order to develop teaching materials in the form of E-modules of elasticity and hooke law for students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, control and evaluation of educators at SD IT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The research subjects consisted of the principal, the board of teachers and staff, the guardians of elementary students of IT Mutiara Mutiara Scholar Lubuklinggau. The results of the study, the planning of educators is done well as the teacher and student ratio (2/22) is very relevant in the learning and teaching process. Conclusions in this study, namely 1), the planning of Mutiara IT Scholar SD Lubuklinggau elementary school educators went well namely recruiting educators by selecting the administration of job application files and the ability to read al-Qur'an as well as micro teaching tests, 2) the implementation of educators through coaching from the foundation twice a month, 2013 curriculum training and teacher quality development seminars, 3) the principal controls the teaching staff by going around the learning room during the learning process, checking the attendance of educators through finger print, and learning journals in the classroom, 4 ) the school principal uses a questionnaire, and then disseminates it to students so that the information about the teaching staff in carrying out their tasks can be known and provided guidance by the school principal. Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of educational communication in the Qur'an Lukman letter. This research was designed using a qualitative approach by applying library research methods. The data used in this study are sourced from primary data and secondary data, while the primary data are Al-Qur`an Letters Lukman and supported by the Prophet's traditions that are relevant to the research problem, while secondary data are sourced from books, magazines and written documents. The conclusion of this research reveals that the concept of educational communication in Lukman's Letter is indicated by the dialogical atmosphere between father and son in an effort to achieve life safety in the world and the hereafter. The term dialogic here shows that there is an element of communication between two people, in this case father and son. My father is a communicator or idea initiator in planning the dialogue atmosphere. At the same time it is the party that listens (in dialogue feedback) so that it also becomes the communicant. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style and communication skills on the performance of high school teachers in North Musi Rawas Regency. The research method in this study uses a quantitative approach, using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study used multiple regression analysis with the classical least squares method (Ordinary Least Square), then assumption tests include; multicollinearity, heterokedasticity, autocorrelation, normally distributed. While the statistical hypothesis using the T test and F test. The results of the analysis of variable X1 obtained t-count = 2.644 and p-value = 0.027 / 2 = 0.013 <0.05, meaningful leadership style has a positive effect on teacher performance. Then from the results of the analysis of variable X2 obtained t-count = 2.526 and p-value = 0.013 / 2 = 0.006 <0.05. In conclusion, communication skills have a positive effect on teacher performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the recruitment of lecturers and education personnel at STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the study, Recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubklinggau include; setting standards, implementing recruitment, evaluating, controlling and improving quality. Determination of lecturer recruitment standards involves all related units such as quality assurance institutions, majors, study programs, the head of staffing and the general administrative body, the chairman and vice chairman. The recruitment depends on the needs of lecturers and education personnel in each study program, which is to meet the needs of the ratio of lecturers and students. Conclusions, the recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubklinggau includes; setting standards, implementing recruitment, evaluating, controlling and improving quality. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of participatory leadership and school principal communication on teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression methods. The results of the study, through regression calculations, obtained the calculated F price of 9,246 while the F price of 5% table in db (53-2) was 4.11 and the F price of 1% table in db (53-2) was 7.35. So the relationship between participative leadership and principal communication together with teacher performance, is significant. In conclusion, there is an influence of participatory leadership and school principal communication with teacher performance. Keywords: Participatory Leadership, Communication, Teacher Performance
