Abstract

In this statistical analysis, the researcher used the SPSS ver 25.0 For Windows program. Data processing was carried out with the SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Science) ver 25.0programsm with a population of 50 employees. The technique for determining the sample in this study uses a saturated sampling technique or census sampling, in which all members of the population are sampled. Adjusted R Square with multiple determinations is 61.3% and the remaining 38.7% is the contribution of other factors. For multiple linear regression values, Y = 0.228 + 0.362 X1 + 0.258 X2 + 0.369 X3 and the F test = 5%. The F-count value is 26.826 and F-table is 2.81, meaning the F-count > F-table, it can be said that there is a significant influence between cultures. organization, leadership, and compensation for employee job satisfaction of PT Sarana Scientifa Systemindo

Abstract

The corporate perform IPO to get any additional fund for corporate development. In order to attract the investors, manager can report higher profit that said as earnings management. Earnings management occurs when managers use considerations in financial reporting, and form transactions to change financial statements with the aim of manipulating the amount of profit to some stakeholders about the underlying economic performance of the company. The purpose of this research is to examine earnings management surrounding IPO. The purpose of this research is also to examine the differences in financial performance before and after the IPO. This study uses secondary data of financial statements that did an IPO in 2017-2020, from 180 companies. Based on the testing conducted by wilcoxon signed test, it was found that there were no significant differences between earnings management and financial performance surrounding IPO. The company has great optimism because the company's financial statement information already shows a good financial position without having to do earnings management so that it can attract the attention of investors at the initial public offering to invest their funds by buying the company's shares. The practice of earnings management carried out before conducting an IPO has no effect on the rate of return on assets even though in practice the profit management carried out is an effort to make the company's profits look satisfactory.

Abstract

This study develops the Solow growth model to explore the determinants of GDP. The purpose of this study is to examine which factor has the most influence on GDP. This study uses panel data regression. The variables used include GDP, FDI, productivity, labor, and the inflation rate during the 2012-2017 period obtained from the World Development Indicators, World Bank. The results showed that the labor and productivity variables had a significant positive impact on GDP. Meanwhile, FDI has no significant adverse effect on GDP. Inflation has no significant positive impact on GDP. The government can focus on increasing labor productivity to reap significant returns on economic growth. The recommendation from this research is that the government should formulate policies that can boost productivity to boost economic growth by providing skills training programs for prospective workers, as well as providing incentives so that more jobs can absorb labor and create competition.

Abstract

Pendidikan 4.0 membuat para pengajar dituntut untuk lebih kreatif dan memiliki inovasi tinggi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar yang manfaatnya dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar peserta didik. Dimana motivasi belajar tersebut memiliki fungsi sebagai salah satu dari sekian banyak faktor pendorong yang mampu mempengaruhi penentuan sikap siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Apabila, motivasi belajar siswa meningkat, maka akan semakin tinggi juga hasil belajar yang didapatkannya. Sehingga motivasi belajar adalah sesuatu hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Tujuan riset ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana efek metode pembelajaran berbasis e-learning terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XII TKR SMK N 1 Lelea di Kabupaten Indramayu. Hipotesis penelitian yang diuji yaitu adanya efek signifikan dan positif diantara variabel pembelajaran e-learning terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XII TKR di SMKN 1 Lelea. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Survei. Populasinya adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XII TKR dengan jumlah besaran sampel 67 responden, yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Terdapat 40 pernyataan yang disusun untuk disebarkan dalam bentuk kuesioner. Dalam menganalisis data, digunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil uji hipotesis memperlihatkan pembelajaran e-learning berefek signifikan dan positif dengan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XII TKR  SMKN 1 Lelea, terbukti dari ? ?????? > ? ?????yaitu 7,501 > 1,99773. Hasil riset ini dimaksudkan untuk memberitahukan pembaca bahwa  peningkatan pembelajaran e- learning dapat berguna untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik.
