Abstract

The need for drinking water now is not to boil water, but to buy it in the form of gallon bottles, which are available wherever it is sold, either at the refill of water or in the supermarket. In a housing estate with many heads of families, it is also difficult to find and obtain water in gallon bottles under certain conditions, and there is also the problem that there is only one brand of gallon bottles, which also makes it difficult to obtain. For this reason, the author provides a solution by creating a go-gallon application with the application of the A-Star (A*) algorithm to be able to detect the service takers of the nearest people, which is basically intended for residential environments, where with this application others can ask to find and purchase gallons and then deliver them to their homes. The A-Star algorithm is one of the distance search algorithms that has an optimal and complete ability to solve problems related to finding or determining a route with the least distance. The hope is that with this application, especially housewives, there is no need to worry when they run out of gallons of drinking water at home, enough with this application, these problems can be overcome.

Abstract

There are 47 very underdeveloped and 63 underdeveloped villages in Melawi regency. More than 50% of the villages have no health facilities, and the percentage of road lengths with good condition is only 20.53% in Melawi County. One of the most important factors influencing health problems is the physical aspect such as the availability of health facilities. In addition, the distance and easy access to health facilities also influence how quickly people are treated and vaccinated during the Covid 19 pandemic. The objective of this study is to determine the degree of accessibility of health facilities in villages by forming village clusters that are likely to be important to the government in ensuring treatment and distribution of Covid 19 vaccine. The clustering method used is the K-Means method with Euclidean spacing to calculate the spacing of the data and the Elbow method to determine the optimal number of clusters on the data, and the Silhouette coefficient evaluation method to test the degree of accuracy of the model created with K-Means. The results of the Elbow method showed the optimal number of clusters to be 2 clusters. Based on the results of the K-Means algorithm process, the clusters that have a larger average distance and access is rated as difficult are cluster 1 with 92 villages in it, and cluster 1 has a smaller average distance and access is relatively easy with 77 villages in it. The result of the evaluation with the silhouette coefficient is 0.299.

Abstract

Every company must have an attendance policy for each of its employees for the purpose of employee attendance and performance reports in the performance of their work, but currently there are still many companies that still have an absence system that is not computerized, so the calculation and accounting process is still done manually, because everything is calculated manually, it is possible that there are errors in the calculations and take time to process data absence of all employees. Therefore, an application that can automatically process and record data is needed to avoid errors and speed up the data processing process. In addition, the application can facilitate employees' attendance as it can be accessed directly from cell phones by using facial recognition and location detection to prove the attendance of employees.

Abstract

Roman Indah bag Factory is a bag manufacturing company that receives orders from customers every month. Fuzzy Logic is used to define the production known so far, so that the preferred result can be used as a basis for manager's decision. In the calculation process, Fuzzy Logic Mamdani requires maximum and minimum production data, maximum and minimum demand data, and maximum and minimum inventory data. Fuzzy logic is able to map an input into an output without factor factors. Fuzzy logic is used to create a model of a system that is able to determine the quantity of production. the factors that affect the quantity of production. Fuzzy logic is called the old new logic because the science of modern fuzzy logic and methodological was discovered only a few years ago, in fact the concept of fuzzy logic itself has been in us for a long time. Mamdani method is the most common method when it comes to fuzzy methodology. Mamdani method uses a set of IF-THEN rules derived from experienced operators/experts. The Mamdani model is often known as the Max-Min model. By using Mamdani method in Roman Indah handbag factory can assist in the efficiency of time and labour, because using Mamdani method can calculate the amount of production in the next month, so from the results can be derived consideration material decision by the manager, whether in determining raw materials, promotion, bag model, consumer, HR, etc. so that more company profits.

Abstract

Rumah yang layak huni, bersih dan memiliki infrastruktur yang bagus merupakan harapan setiap manusia. Sebaliknya, rumah yang tidak layak huni bisa menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan bagi penghuni rumah, dan juga dapat menjadi sumber penyakit yang sebaiknya dihindari oleh penghuni rumah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pihak Dinas PUPR Provinsi Riau masih menggunakan cara manual terutama dalam menentukan rekomendasi calon penerima rumah tidak layak huni. Metode MAUT diselesaikan dengan prinsip memberikan nilai utilitas untuk setiap kriteria dengan rentang nilai 0 hingga 1 yang menunjukkan pilihan terburuk untuk nilai 0 (nol) dan pilihan terbaik untuk nilai 1 (satu), dengan perbandingan bobot nilai masingmasing kriteria menghasilkan perbandingan yang relevan antar kriteria. Hasil perangkingan berdasarkan data yang diproses dengan lima alternatif maka memperoleh hasil 18,0 atas nama kepala keluarga Siswanto dengan status layak mendapatkan bantuan perbaikan rumah dari Pemerintah Provinsi Riau.

Abstract

The development of technology in the field of information systems is currently experiencing a very rapid development, with the presence of an information system, many things can be done easier and faster. For the implementation of tuition payments at Al-Mushlih Junior High School, a web-based information system is needed, which is used for the process of SPP payment services. Currently, the management of school fees payments is still done in the traditional way by entering them in the general ledger, which is very time consuming, especially in the days of school fees payments. Errors often occur when recalling data, and it takes a long time because of the need to check the payment archive in the general ledger. By using a web-based information system, retrieving payment data when needed becomes easier and very fast. The prototype method is used as a reference for system design and development, and it is expected that the new system will facilitate the work of staff and the information produced will be more accurate and precise when reports are generated. Supporting software such as web server, PHp, and Mysql is needed to create a website. The results of the information system created can later process student data, payment data, and transaction data for report generation over a period of time.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that there are some Muslims who are trying to manipulate marriage data because they want to perform a nationwide legal double marriage. With this problem that occurs almost in all parts of Indonesia, the Director General of Bimas Islam issued the instruction number DJ.II/369 of 2013 on the implementation of the Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH) in the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) sub-district The problem in this study is that there are some Muslims who try to manipulate marriage data because they want to perform a nationwide legal double marriage. However, when using the SIMKAH application, there are also recurring server errors caused by dense access to the central SIMKAH server. The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the Marriage Management Information System Program (SIMKAH) to prevent data manipulation in the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Kefamenanu City District, TTU Regency. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach, so the technical data analysis is presented in the form of a presentation or overview of the findings in the field, both in the form of data and information from interviews and other documents. The results of the research in the field show that since the use of SIMKAH application, KUA Kefamenanu Municipality recorded as many as 18 data manipulation experiments conducted in 2018-2020. This SIMKAH application is very effective in the effort to prevent manipulation of marriage data, because the SIMKAH application has been linked to the data of DUKCAPIL, so that only by entering the NIK of the bride and groom, all the data will appear automatically, starting from name, birthplace, date, address, parents' name and marital status. Future brides whose dates are married will need to provide a divorce certificate to register a second marriage, which will be uploaded to the SIMKAH application. If the person cannot provide the divorce certificate, the marriage registration process will not proceed.

Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical country with diverse flora and fauna stretching from west to east. One of the cabbage plants grown in Indonesia has many benefits for human health. Cabbage plants are susceptible to diseases such as pests and pathogens. One of them is clubroot disease, which causes the plant not to grow and develop. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to have a system to support farmers in the scientific field of expert systems that uses the Certainty Factor method to diagnose the nature of clubroot disease. It is hoped that this system can provide information more quickly on whether or not cabbage plants have clubroot disease. The results of this study represent an integrated system capable of solving problems in cabbage plants, especially in the diagnosis of clubroot disease. It is hoped that the applied system can be further developed together with technological developments

Abstract

Traffic offences often occur in different regions, ranging from mild to moderate to severe. The categories of offences include not carrying a Driver's Licence, stnk (Vehicle Number Certificate) or stck (Vehicle Trial Certificate) is invalid, not wearing a seat belt, not turning on headlights during the day and under certain conditions, disobeying traffic signs, disobeying traffic signals. Moderate offences include not having a Driver's Licence, not concentrating while driving and breaking the door of the drawbar. Serious violations include deviating from other vehicles on the road, damaging and interfering with road functions, not insuring one's own responsibility and not insuring staff and passengers. In this study, the K-Means algorithm was used with the aim of obtaining information on data groups of traffic violations based on the time of the incident so that the cause of the traffic violations that occurred in Tasikmalaya City is known. Based on the validation with Davies Bouldin Index metric, 4 clusters were identified which can group the data well. The PerformanceVector results from the assessment of the clusters resulted in 4 clusters with a value of 0.134. Cluster 1 with the most data violations amounting to 74 violations occurred at night, Cluster 2 with the most violations amounting to 16 violations occurred during the day, Cluster 3 with the most violations amounting to 6 violations occurred in the afternoon and Cluster 4 with the most violations amounting to 113 violations occurred in the morning.
