Illegal gold mining activities currently increasingly prevalent in some areas in Indonesia. One of them happened in the south of West Java province precisely in Tasikmalaya Regency. There are three locations that become a place of illegal gold mining in the region that is in District Cineam, District Karangjaya and District Salopa. The existence of this illegal gold mining activity has been detrimental to many parties in addition to the mining method which is done without using safety equipment, this activity has also damaged the surrounding environment and has caused pollution due to the processing using harmful materials such as mercury (Hg), cyanide and borax. Nevertheless, some traditional gold miners consider the activities they do not incur pollution. Therefore we are interested to study the meaning of "environmental pollution" for traditional gold mining. The method used in this research use qualitative approach with type of phenomenology research. Based on the results of the research, some interesting findings include traditional gold miners assuming the use of dangerous materials such as mercury, cyanide and borax does not cause any justification since no one has been sick or died because of frequent use of these hazardous materials.

The occurrence of contacts between various ethnic groups in Indonesia, the different respond to socio-political conditions in Indonesia, the occurrence of Indonesian Islamic affiliations with various countries, gave diverse Islamic cultures with various roles and functions in the history of Indonesia's development since colonial period. to the existence, role and function of various existing Islamic cultural identities, conflict of identity cannot be avoided. This condition requires an intercultural communication with the principle of mutual understanding, mutual respect and mutual support, as in the concept of intercultural communication by Ting-Toomey (1999). Government support for one of the Islamic cultures in Indonesia has triggered a conflict of triangles between the government, Islamic culture mainstreams and Islamic culture streams. Internet is one of the newest medias that has been commonly used by the public. One of the problems which has been happening very often lately is the misuse of the internet mostly done by teenagers in Indonesia on social media, where social media is often used as a tool of cyberbullying. This fact is the main reason why the creators made an event that is also a campaign to spread awareness and invitation to not do cyberbullying with the social media influencers and teenagers as our main target audience. The event was a fashion show mixed with theatre acting and hip hop music. The main theme shown for this fashion show is Street Style with a touch of hip hop music because lately, hip hop is one of the popular music genres among society, especially the young people. Hip hop is considered to be a popular genre because it is known for its critical lyrics with deep meanings. The creators use theories such as Event Management Theory, Fashion Show Theory, Music Theory, Theatrical Theory, Social Criticism Theory, Social Message Theory, Cyberbullying Theory and Social Media Theory. The main theories that are used are Campaign Theory and K. Berlo's Communication Theory. The creators held this event entitled “TRUCE" which means The True Elucidation of Cyberbullying. The creators hope that this event will have an effect in the eyes of the general public and prevent themselves to not do cyberbullying.

The consequences of several Bomb incidents that allegedly carried out by terrorists who hide behind certain religions have led to the emergence of mutual prejudices among the people. Especially in the province of Bali who had experienced the tragedy of the explosion Bomb twice from two thousand two to two thousand five. The notion that the atmosphere among religious life is threatened by religious prejudices. Moreover, media coverage tends to frame the events of terror is always done by hard-line Islamic groups, it is possible that people at the lower level generalize all Muslims tend to be radical. One institution that seeks communication between religious communities is the Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB), whose existence in the province of Bali is very strategic. This article reviews the communication strategies undertaken by FKUB. The research method used is field research by interviewing FKUB figures as key informants. As a result FKUB's strategy contributes to maintaining community harmony, so that at the grassroots level Balinese people remain harmonious.

Organizational culture is a belief, custom, value which exist in an organization in order to differ one organization and the other. Affairs in organizational culture unwittingly manage attitudes and behaviors of the organizational doers that its practice affects to the work environments. This research discusses about the practice of organizational culture values that are applied by PT Pertani (Persero) as one of Indonesian State Owned Enterprises after there were changes in Board of Directors. This research aims to find out the organizational change and the distribution of order changes along with the practice of organizational culture values in PT Pertani (Persero). Researcher uses the theory of organizational communication which focuses on organizational change and organizational culture. This is a qualitative descriptive research using the method of in-depth interview and observation. The result of this research is planned organizational changes found in PT Pertani (Persero) with the distribution of change process through tell and sell method in board meeting once a week, identify and reply by involving employees to create the concept of change for company development, and withold and uphold which is electing important information done by management to be distributed to all employees. After committing organizational changes, the practice of organizational culture values in PT Pertani (Persero) is performed based on Board of Directors' instructions which consist of enforcement of new regulations and a more disciplined and assertive way of working as well as advancing employees' rights in a form of income increase.

Radio broadcasting is the oldest electronic media. It is nearly a century of its existence and tries to keep the existence of overcoming tough competition by the presence of other media. In general, the motivation to exist is influenced by survival factors broadcasters themselves. Recently, it emerged new technologies and methods of distribution that has a profound effect on the way in which the audience listening to radio through the Internet. In the process of radio communications, conventional radio broadcasters have added internet media. The study recommends the meaning communication process in media integration on conventional radio and the internet as a media convergence. This study used qualitative approach that still has not been done to the study of conventional media of communication broadcast integration and the internet to private broadcast radio with the data collection conducted through field observations, interviews, and documentation. In this study, the researcher selected resource persons who were aware of the radio broadcasting situation. The determinations of informants were interviewed by purposively, which chosen by consideration and specific purposes. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis. The data obtained from various sources, using data collection techniques (triangulation), and it carried out continuously until the data saturated. The researcher also analyzed the data with the process of arranging data order, organized them with the interpretation, provided a significant meaning to the analysis, as well as an explaining description to the pattern of dimensions. The process was carried out with data analysis techniques to perform three (3) aspects in a systematic analysis of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. This study confirms that the meaning of the communication process of conventional media of communication broadcast integration and the internet as media convergence to become crucial in improving the knowledge of radio broadcasting at the present and in the future. Besides that, the study found that the current radio broadcasting, in addition to broadcast in the form of sound or noise, it also broadcasts in live streaming or podcasts streamed over the Internet (network) in the form of voice, text, images and video.

Technology in the development of the flow of production, consumption and distribution of information becomes vital. The urgency of the role of technology in information masification is also used by mass media, especially electronic mass media such as television. The development of electronic mass media to date, is also increasingly promising for all parties, not apart from the political elite who use or cooperate with the mass media crew in presenting various programs. Not only that, the news program was no less interesting to most political actors in order to generate opinions among the people themselves. As in the presidential election some time ago, the role of mass media and its news program succeeded in changing people's attitudes towards the figure of a presidential candidate. The problems and use of electronic mass media are considered to be enough to attract sympathy from the public, where in the news program on television the public can see and hear directly what is done and spoken by the political elite. And this can also give rise to responses to opinions in the community.
