Abstract

The climate in Pamekasan district is classified as AW climate, namely tropical climate, wet and dry clear rainfall of at least one month <60 mm (2.4 ich). While according to the classification based on wet months and dry months to help agricultural businesses, especially rice, Pamekasan regency is classified as climate D, which means that it is generally classified as a dry area so that along the kamarau potential drought in Pamekasan regency is very vulnerable and spread in 11 sub-districts of 13 districts in the district pamekasan. The purpose of the research activities on post-disaster socio-economic impacts in Pamekasan district is to obtain data and information about disaster-prone areas as well as socio-economic impacts on the community

Abstract

The motivator of this research is (Rahim and Dwi, 2016), and (Ma, Yiu and Nan Zhou, 2014). The agricultural sector is one of the important sectors that must be considered in providing food for the community. Research aims 1) to analyze the effect of business capital and sales on operating income partially, 2) to analyze the effect of business capital and sales on operating income simultaneously, 3) to analyze variables that have a dominant influence on operating income. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression method. Hypothesis 1) it is suspected that there is a positive and significant influence between business capital and sales on operating income partially, 2) it is suspected that there is a positive and significant influence between business capital and sales on operating income simultaneously, 3) alleged sales variables have a dominant influence on operating income. The results of the study: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between business capital on operating income, 2) there is a positive and significant influence between sales and operating income, 3) there is a positive and significant influence between business capital and sales on operating income simultaneously , 4) variable business capital has a dominant effect on operating income.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Store Environment factors (Store Planning, Merchandising, Store Design and Visual Communications) that form the Store Image and its effect on Private Label Purchasing Decisions. Type of research is Explanatory Research. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling with a total sample of 102 respondents who were buyers of Nevada clothing at Matahari Department Store Royal Plaza Surabaya. According to factor analysis test it is known that there are 5 factors that build the Store Image: Store Atmosphere, Product Quality, Product Variety, Value for Money and Price. The Value for Money factor is the dominant factor influencing the decision to buy Nevada clothing at Matahari Department Store Royal Plaza Surabaya.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of experiential marketing strategic implementation on customer satisfaction in Figure of Java Adventure Tuban. Consumers studied are PAUD teachers, PG, TK, INSTANSI who are partners of FIGURE OF JAVA ADVENTURE TUBAN and order products offered FIGURE OF JAVA ADVENTURE TUBAN. This research is done because now there has been a shift from traditional marketing to experiential marketing. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Experiential Marketing Strategic implementation on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. The six free variables in this study include communication, visual identity, product presence, brand cooperation, spatial environment, and people. The hypothesis that the authors formulated in this study is that the Experiential Marketing strategy that has been done by FIGURE OF JAVA ADVENTURE influential both partially and simultaneously to customer satisfaction. The analytical tool used is with multiple linear regression model with the help of SPSS 22 for windows program. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test, both at 5% significant level. The results show that the six independent variables, namely communication, visual identity, product presence, brand cooperation, spatial environment, and people partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis, should the FIGURE OF JAVA ADVENTURE continue the existing Experiential Marketing strategy, it is better FIGURE OF JAVA ADVENTURE to improve innovation, arrangement of existing games so that consumers feel there is something new, add variety of products with always pay attention to the taste and desire so that more consumers will become partners of FIGURE OF JAVA ADVENTURE, improve the quality of service especially FIGURE OF JAVA ADVENTURE in serving customers, more offers more varied advertising for consumers to prevent advertising wearout and make the site about FIGURE OF JAVA ADVENTURE to support FIGURE OF JAVA ADVENTURE promotion activities to be recognized by the wider community.

Abstract

Balanced scorecard (BSC) is an alternative performance of measurement that aims at combining financial and non-financial performance measures. This measurement is the result of the process based on the mission and strategy of the company. There are 4 aspects measured including financial perspective, consumer perspective, internal business process perspective, then, growth and learning perspective. The data collection used secondary data obtained from the company's annual report from 2015 to 2017. This study aimed to determine how the performance of PT. Bank Jatim of Pamekasan Branch Office used BSC. By using the performance appraisal, it can be seen that the causal relationship between performance supporting factors and the results are achieved. It is expected that PT. Bank Jatim of Pamekasan Branch Office is able to become a trusted bank, have a good commitment, and be able to earn optimal profit. The results of this study indicate that the financial perspective shows a good performance. By the result obtained in the customers' perspective, it means that the performance is good enough. By the value generated in the perspective of this internal business process, the performance is good. Growth and learning perspectives show a good performance. Based on the overall results related to the percentage acquisition in each perspective of BSC assessed, thus, the performance of PT. Bank Jatim of Pamekasan Branch Office is rated well.

Abstract

This research was conducted at UD. REJEKI AGUNG Lamongan is engaged in marketing children's toys. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of displays on purchasing decisions with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at UD. REJEKI AGUNG Lamongan. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the display (product arrangement) on purchasing decisions with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all consumers who had purchased the product in 2017. While the sample was 98 respondents using the Convinience Sampling method, which is a sampling technique that is easy to find. The results of this study indicate that the price and display partially affect Consumer satisfaction and Purchasing Decisions. And simultaneously also shows that price and display influences consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions. Price variables give a greater influence on customer satisfaction and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style and work environment on work performance and work performance of employees. This type of research is explanatory research and conducted at PT ACTS. The study population was employees of PT ACTS Surabaya, with a total sample of 90 people. The analysis technique used uses the smart partial least square (smartPLS) approach. The results of the study prove that leadership style has a negative and significant effect on work stress. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on the work performance of PT ACTS Surabaya.

Abstract

The k'-onk sewing house is one of the companies engaged in sewing and computer embroidery and screen printing that is able to provide services for the community to be quickly creative and able to compete in the expansion area so that it is comprehensive in Indonesia. The type of research used in this study is associative research or relationship research. The type of data used is a type of quantitative data which is a research that is demanded to use numbers, besides that in quantitative research there is also data in the form of qualitative information. The data sources used are primary data obtained from questionnaires and secondary data obtained from other sources. Processing and data analysis techniques use multiple regression regression with the test hypothesis f and t test on the variables studied. The results showed that the internal Conflict Management variable (X1) and External Conflict Management (X2) had a positive effect on Employee Productivity (Y). And the dominant influence is the Internal Conflict Management variable (X1). The results of the study using R square with a value of 0.687 which means that conflict management has an effect of 68.7% on employee performance and the rest (100% - 68.7% = 31.3%) is influenced by other factors not examined in this study .

Abstract

Indonesia is a legal state. All actions taken by each legal subject must be in accordance with applicable and legal law. Regarding the issue of special state administration regarding state revenue also regulated in the law. In the implementation of a sovereign state, national development is needed in stages, directed, sustainable and sustainable in all sectors, both physical and non-physical development. Population retrieval in this study is a number of manufacturing companies engaged in food and beverages that have been listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX) in the period 2012-2015, which amounted to 14 companies. Every company taken is a company that has complete financial statement data in a row during the period 2012-2015. The sample of this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely the selection of sample members based on certain criteria so that a sample of 8 companies was obtained. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on this research, partially or simultaneously there is no influence between marketing and sales, the growth rate of the company towards the level of tax avoidance.

Abstract

The era of globalization has demanded changes in all fields. One of them is the field of tourism marketing. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of promotion, product quality and ticket prices on tourist visitor satisfaction. This research was conducted at Gondang Outbond Education Tourism, respondents used 60 visitors of the gondang outbond education tour using SPSS. The results show that product quality and ticket prices have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. while promotion has a negative effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality and ticket prices are the most important variables in influencing customer satisfaction.
