Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan triangle pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan switch pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan triangle pass dan switch pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja Tahun 2019 dengan sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 bantuan computer program SPSS 16,0 For Windows. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut (1) pelatihan triangle pass berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dengan hasilthitung= 5,90> ttabel = 2,14, (2) pelatihan switch pass berpengaruh terhdap teknik passing sepakbola thitung= 3,69> ttabel = 2,14. (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan triangle pass dengan switch pass terhadap kemampuan passing sepakbola sebesar thitung= 10,20% > ttabel = 2,04. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan triangle pass terhadap passing sepakbola, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan switch pass terhadap passing sepakbola, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan triangle pass dan switch pass terhadap passing sepakbola dimana pelatihan switch pass memberikan pengaruh lebih sigifikan sebesar 10,20% dibandingkan dengan pelatihan triangle pass sebesar 9,07%.Kata Kunci : teknik passing sepakbola, pelatihan triangle pass, pelatihan switch pass. This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of 'triangle pass' training on soccer passing techniques, (2) the effect of 'switch pass' training on soccer passing techniques, (3) the differentiation between the influence of 'triangle pass' and 'switch pass' training on soccer passing skills. The subjects in this study were male students of football extracurricular in Singaraja State Middle School 3 in 2019 with 30 samples used in this study. This study used an experimental method with the design of the modified pre-test post-test group design. Data analysis used t-test statistical calculations at the significance level (α) of 0.05 SPSS 16.0 For Windows program computer assistance. The results of the study were as follows (1) 'triangle pass' training affected soccer passing, with the results of tcount = 5.90> ttable = 2.14, (2) 'switch pass' training influenced the technique of the soccer passing in which The result was thitung = 2.71> t table = 2.04. (3) there was a significant difference in effect between 'triangle pass'training and 'switch pass' training on football passing ability and the resultof t count = 10,20% > t table = 2.14. From the results of the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that (1) there is an effect of 'triangle pass'training on soccer passing, (2) there is an effect of 'switch pass'training on football passing, and (3) there is a significant difference between 'triangle pass' and 'switch pass'training on soccer passing while the training switch pass contributet more than 10,20% compared to the triangle pass training of 9,07%.keyword : football passing techniques, triangle pass training, switch pass training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan slalom dribble to dribble speed (dribble), (2) pengaruh pelatihan tepukan dribble terhadap kecepatan menggiring bola (dribble), (3) perbedaan tingkat kecepatan menggiring bola (dribble) yang dilatih menggunakan teknik slalom dribble dan tepukan dribble. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstra kurikuler sepak bola SMP Negeri 1 Tegallalang tahun 2014 berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan menggiring bola. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistic uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Pelatihan slalom dribble memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan tepukan dribble terhadap kecepatan menggiring bola (dribble), dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan slalom dribble = 3,22 > pelatihan tepukan dribble = 2,63. Kata Kunci : Kecepatan menggiring bola (dribble), pelatihan slalom dribble, pelatihan tepukan dribble. Subjects were participants of extra-curricular student football SMP Negeri 1 Tegallantang in 2014 amounted to 40 people. Analysis of the data using t-test statistical calculations (t-test) at the 5% significance level. The results of this study (1) the training slalom dribble affect the speed dribble (dribble),, with the result thit = 21.35 > ttab = 18.13, (2) the training pat dribble affect the speed dribble (dribble), with the results of thit = 21.49 > ttab = 18.86, (3) there are differences in the level of speed dribble (dribble) were trained to use techniques and pat slalom dribble dribble, with the result thit = 24,479 > ttab = 15,078. Training slalom dribble gives a better effect than the speed of training pat dribble dribble (dribble), seen from the average yield of training slalom dribble = 3.22 > dribble pat training = 2.63. keyword : Speed dribble (dribble), training slalom dribble, dribble pat training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan dengan manual uji-t independent pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05, dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 8,94 > ttab = 2,048, (2) pelatihan side hop berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 16,51 > ttab = 2,048, (3) Terdapat perbedaan antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 10,01 > ttab = 2,048. Pelatihan side hop memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan side hop = 52,80 > pelatihan double leg speed hop 48,80. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan side hop terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) Ada perbedaan peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai antara pelatihan double leg speed hop dan side hop, dimana pelatihan side hop lebih baik dari pada pelatihan duble leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkaiKata Kunci : double leg speed hop, side hop, daya ledak, otot tungkai This study aims to determine (1) the effect of training on the double leg speed hop leg muscle explosive power, (2) the effect of side hop training on explosive leg muscle power, (3) the difference between the training double leg speed hop and side hop on explosive leg muscle power. Subjects were participants in extracurricular boys volleyball SMP 2 Singaraja numbered 30 people. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test post-test design. Test data collection using the vertical jump test. Analysis of the data using calculations with independent t-test at the significance level (α) of 0.05, with SPSS 16.0. The results of this study (1) the training effect on the double leg speed hop leg muscle explosive power, with the result thit = 8,94 > ttab = 2.048, (2) side hop training effect on leg muscle explosive power, with the result thit = 16,51 > ttab = 2.048, (3) There is a difference between training double leg speed hop and side hop on explosive leg muscle power, with the result thit = 10,01 > ttab = 2.048. Side hop training gives better results than the double leg speed hop training on explosive leg muscle power, seen from the average of the training side hop = 52,80 > 48,80 double leg speed hop training. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan fartlek terhadap daya tahan anaerobik, (2) pengaruh pelatihan pelatihan hollow sprint terhadap daya tahan anaerobik, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan fartlek dan hollow sprint terhadap daya tahan anaerobik. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet kyourugi usia 15-19 tahun Bulldog Tae Kwon Do Club berjumlah 22 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified two groups pretest-posttest design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes lari 300 meter. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh terhadap terhadap daya tahan anaerobik, dengan hasil thit = 3,81> ttab = 2,22, (2) pelatihan hollow sprint berpengaruh terhadap daya tahan anaerobik, dengan hasil thit = 2,39< ttab = 2,22, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh daya tahan anaerobik antara pelatihan fartlek dan hollow sprint , dengan hasil thit = -0,09< ttab = 2,08. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan fartlek terhadap peningkatan daya tahan anaerobik, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan hollow sprint terhadap peningkatan daya tahan anaerobik, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruah antara pelatihan fartlek dan hollow sprint terhadap peningkatan daya tahan anaerobik.Kata Kunci : PELATIHAN FARTLEK, PELATIHAN HOLLOW SPRINT, DAYA TAHAN ANAEROBIK This study aims to determine (1) the effect of fartlek training for anaerobic endurance, (2) the effect of hollow sprint training for anaerobic endurance, (3) the difference against between the influence of fartlek training and hollow sprint for anaerobic endurance. The subjects of this research were 22 people at 15-19 years old from Bulldog Tae Kwon Do Club. This research was an appearance experimental study, with the modified group pre-test – post-test design. The data collection test was using 300 m run. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the fartlek training affected to the anaerobic endurance, with result thit = 3,81 > ttab = 2,22, (2) the hollow sprint training affected to the anaerobic endurance, with result thit = 2,39 > ttab = 2,22, (3) there was not differences in the anaerobic endurance between the fartlek training and hollow sprint training, with result thit = 0,09> ttab = 2,08. The conclution of the study are (1) the fartlek training affected to the anaerobic endurance, (2) the hollow sprint training affected to the anaerobic endurance, (3) there was not differences in the anaerobic endurance between the fartlek training and hollow sprint training. keyword : Pelatihan fartlek dan hollow sprint, daya tahan anaerobik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan passing overlap terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan passing give and go terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing overlap dan passing give and go terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet sepakbola usia 9-13 tahun Sekolah Sepakbola (SSB) Tabanan United tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) Pelatihan passing overlap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dengan hasil thitung = 13,229 > ttabel = 2,145, (2) Pelatihan passing give and go berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dengan hasil thitung = 12,220 > ttabel = 2,145, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing overlap dan passing give and go terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control thitung = 0,367 < ttabel = 2,145. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan passing overlap yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan passing give and go yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, (3) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan pelatihan passing overlap dan passing give and go terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control. Results of data analysis (1) Training passing overlap effect on skills enhancement passing control, with the result t = 13.229 > t table = 2.145, (2) Training passing give and go effect on skills enhancement passing control, with the result t = 12.220 > t table = 2.145 (3) The difference in the effect of passing of training and passing overlap give and go to improving the skills of passing control t = 0,367 < t table = 2.145. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan juggling dengan punggung kaki terhadap keterampilan dribbling sepakbola (2) pengaruh pelatihan dribble slalom terhadap keterampilan dribbling sepakbola (3) perbedaan antara pelatihan juggling menggunakan punggung kaki dengan pelatihan dribble slalom terhadap keterampilan dribbling sepakbola Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Patas tahun 2016. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Keterampilan dribbling diukur dengan tes Illinois agility tes. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Pelatihan juggling dengan punggung kaki berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling pada Siswa Putra Ekstrakurikuler Sepakbola Madrasah Aliyah Negeri patas tahun 2016, sebesar 26.75%,(2) Pelatihan Dribble Slalom berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling pada Siswa Putra Ekstrakurikuler Sepakbola Madrasah Aliyah Negeri patas tahun 2016, mengalami peningkatan sebesar 17.56%, (3)Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan juggling dengan punggung kaki dan dribble slalom terhadap keterampilan dribbling,dimana pada pelatihan dribble slalom mengalami peningkatan yang lebih baik dan lebih efisien pada Siswa Putra Ekstrakurikuler Sepakbola Madrasah Aliyah Negeri patas tahun 2016. Disarankan bagi pelatih, pembina olahraga, pelatih olahraga, guru penjasorkes dan atlet serta pelaku olahraga lainnya dapat menggunakan pelatihan Juggling dengan Punggung Kaki dan Dribble Slalom yang terprogram dengan baik sebagai satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan Keterampilan Dribbling dalam Sepakbola. Bagi peneliti lain, jika ingin melakukan penelitian sejenis, agar menggunakan variabel dan subyek atau sampel penelitian yang berbeda, dengan memperhatikan kelemahan-kelemahan yang ada pada penelitian ini sebagai bahan perbandingan. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan juggling dengan punggung kaki, dribble slalom, keterampilan dribbling. This research method is a quasi-experimental design with the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Dribbling skills measured by tests Illinois agility test. The results of this study were (1) Training juggling with the instep effect on dribbling skills on Student Son Extracurricular Football Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Patas 2016, amounted to 26.75%, (2) Training Dribble Slalom effect on dribbling skills on Student Son Extracurricular Football Madrasah Aliyah patas 2016, an increase of 17:56%, (3) There are differences in effect between training juggling with the back foot and dribble slalom on dribbling skills, where the training dribble slalom increased a better and more efficient on Student Son Extracurricular Football Madrasah Aliyah patas 2016. Suggested for coaches, sports coaches, sports coaches, teachers penjasorkes and athletes and other sports people can use the training Juggling with Feet Squad and Dribble Slalom programmed well as an alternative way to increase Dribbling Skills in Football. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan footwork maju mundur ke segala arah dan maju mundur depan belakang terhadap kelincahan pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 2 Gerokgak tahun 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan “the modified pre test post test group design”. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 30 orang kelincahan bulutangkis diukur dengan tes kelincahan pelatihan footwork maju mundur ke segala arah dan pelatihan footwork maju mundur depan belakang . Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengukuran variabel terikat yaitu kelincahan permainan bulutangkis. Teknik analisis data mengunakan uji-t independen dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan footwork maju mundur ke segala arah berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 36,534 > t tab 2,145, (2) pelatihan maju mundur depan belakang berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit =20,840 > t tab 2,145, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan footwork maju mundur ke segala arah dan maju mundur depan belakang terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis, dengan hasil thit = 3,067 > t tab 2,048. Pelatihan footwork maju mundur ke segala arah memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibanding pelatihan maju mundur depan belakang terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata pelatihan footwork maju mundur ke segala arah = 0,35 > pelatihan maju mundur depan belakang = 0,36. Disimpulkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan footwork maju mundur ke segala arah yang signifikan terhadap kelincahan (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan maju mundur depan belakang yang signifikan terhadap kelincahan (3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan footwork maju mundur ke segala arah dan maju mundur depan belakang yang signifikan terhadap kelincahan, dimana pelatihan footwork maju mundur ke segala arah lebih baik dari pada pelatihan footwork maju mundur depan belakang Kata Kunci : : Footwork maju mundur ke segala arah dan maju mundur depan belakang terhadap kelincahan bulutangkis. This study aims to determine the effect of training footwork back and forth in all directions and back and forth behind the front of the agility of the students' extracurricular badminton SMP Negeri 2 Gerokgak 2016. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with "the modified pre-posttest group design" , The research subjects were 30 badminton measured by test agility training agility footwork back and forth in all directions and training footwork back and forth behind the front. This research data collection techniques derived from the measurement of the dependent variable is the agility of a badminton game. Data analysis techniques using independent t-test with a significance level α = 0.05. The results of this study (1) training footwork back and forth in all directions affect the agility of badminton, with the result thit = 36.534> t tab 2,145, (2) training back and forth behind the front affect the agility of badminton, with the result thit = 20.840> t tab 2,145 and (3) there are differences in the influence of training footwork back and forth in all directions and back and forth behind the agility badminton front, with the result thit = 3.067> 2.048 t tab. Training footwork back and forth in all directions gives a better effect than the training front and back and forth to the agility badminton, seen from the average training footwork back and forth in all directions = 0.35> training front and back and forth = 0.36. It was concluded that: (1) there are significant training footwork back and forth in all directions significantly to agility (2) there are significant training back and forth behind the front significantly to agility (3) there are differences in the influence of training footwork back and forth in all directions and back and forth ahead rear significant agility, footwork training where back and forth in all directions is better than on the training front and back and forth footwork. keyword : Footwork back and forth in all directions and back and forth behind the front of the agility badminton.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing satu dua terhadap keterampilan passing control sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan umpan terobosan terhadap keterampilan passing control sepakbola, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing satu dua dengan umpan terobosan terhadap keterampilan passing control sepakbola. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan teknik undian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja Tahun 2018 dengan sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 bantuan komputer program SPSS 16,0 For Windows. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut (1) pelatihan passing satu dua berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing control sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung= 9,448 > ttabel = 2,093, (2) pelatihan wall pass berpengaruh terhadap teknik passing sepakbola, dengan hasil thitung= 5,000 > ttabel = 2,093, dan (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan passing give and go dengan passing drop pass terhadap teknik passing sepakbola thitung= 0,718

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai.(3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan single leg speed hop dan dobule leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMAN 1 Banjar tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Data daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan tes vertical jump. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini (1) pelatihan single leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil t_hitung=18,694 > t_tabel=2,063, (2) pelatihan double leg speed hop berpengaruh terhadap power otot tungkai, dengan hasil t_hitung=10,473 > t_tabel=2,063, (3) pelatihan single leg speed hop memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan double leg speed hop terhadap power otot tungkai, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 59,56 > 54,48. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Single Leg Speed Hop, Double Leg Speed Hop, Power Otot Tungkai This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of training speed single leg hop on leg muscle power, (2) the effect of the double-leg speed hops leg muscle power. (3) variability in the effect of training speed single leg hop and dobule leg speed hops on muscle power limbs. Subjects were by boys volleyball extracurricular participants SMAN 1 Banjar 2014, amounting to 50 students. Data explosive leg muscle power was measured with a vertical jump test. This study used an experimental method to design the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Data analysis using statistical t-test calculation (t-test) at significance level of5%. The results of this study (1) the training speed of single-leg hop influence on leg muscle power, with the result t_hitung = 18.694> t_tabel = 2.063, (2) training of double-leg speed hops affect leg muscle power, with the result t_hitung = 10.473> t_tabel = 2.063 , (3) the training speed of single-leg hops give a better effect than the double-leg speed hops training on leg muscle power, seen with an average yield of 59.56> 54.48. keyword : Training Single Leg Speed Hop, Double Leg Speed Hop, Limb Muscle Power

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan pass and shoot drill terhadap teknik shooting, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan change of pace and direction drill terhadap teknik shooting, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan pass and shoot drill dan change of pace and drill terhadap teknik shooting. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test – post-test group design. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes shooting under-basket. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) yang dibantu SPSS 16.0 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja dengan jumlah 30 orang. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan pass and shoot drill berpengaruh terhadap teknik shooting, dengan hasil thitung = 10,640 > ttabel = 2,145, (2) pelatihan change of pace and direction drill berpengaruh terhadap teknik shooting, dengan hasil thitung = 8,228 > ttabel = 2,145 dan (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan pass and shoot drill dan change of pace and direction drill terhadap teknik shooting, dengan hasil thitung 0,628 < ttabel = 2,048. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan pass and shoot drill terhadap teknik shooting yang signifikan dengan peningkatan sebesar 5,8%, (2) Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan change of pace and direction drill terhadap teknik shooting yang signifikan dengan peningkatan sebesar 5,13% dan (3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh teknik shooting antara pelatihan pass and shoot drill dengan pelatihan change of pace and direction drill. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian dengan pelatihan yang berbeda untuk memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci : shooting, pass and shoot drill. The purposes of the study were (1) to find out the effect of pass and shoot drill training toward shooting technique, (2) to find out the effect of change of pace and direction drill training toward shooting technique, and (3) to find out the differences between the effects of pass and shoot drill training and change of pace and direction drill training toward shooting technique. This study was using the modified pre-test – post-test group design. 30 students of extracurricular of basketball in SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja who were tested shooting under-basket were the sample. The data were analyzed quantitatively by using t-test and done by SPSS 16.0 with significance 0.05. As the result, (1) pass and shoot drill training statistically affect shooting technique with (tc¬¬) 10.640 > (tt) 2.145, (2) change of pace and direction drill training affect shooting technique with (tc) 8.228 > (tt) 2.145, and (3) from the result (tc¬¬) 0.628 < (tt) 2.048, it shows that pass and shoot drill training and change of pace and direction drill training did not show significantly different effects toward shooting technique. It indicated that (1) there was a significant effect of pass and shoot drill training toward shooting technique 5,8%, (2) there was a significant of change of pace and direction drill training toward shooting 5,13%, and (3) There was no significant difference between pass and shoot drill training and change of pace and drill training toward shooting. As the suggestion for another researchers, it should be developed with different technique to improve the results.keyword : shooting, pass and shoot drill.
