Abstract

Buana Property is one of the developers in the housing sector or is engaged in the business of selling, buying, and renting property. Advances in technology make Buana properties that always want to grow and be better known in the community with the construction of a mobile commerce system. So far, the system at Buana Properti is still a physical store that is offline so it is not well known to the public, there is no housing sales information system that uses a mobile web system. Therefore, this system is needed to simplify the process of selling housing at Buana Properti Medan which makes it easier for buyers to make house purchases at Buana Property. The system built will also provide a home search feature where this search feature is built using the String Matching method with the Knuth-Morris Pratt (KMP) model. The system that has been built itself uses HTML and PHP programming languages ​​in building mobile web and MySQL as a place database storage. The results of this study are that this system can assist buyers in finding homes that match their wishes and make purchase and payment transactions more easily.

Abstract

Technological progress in the Millennial Era is very fast, especially in the business world, it has a very large effect. Information technology is currently growing in line with the needs of millennial children who want convenience. So every college wants to achieve a goal. So to achieve this goal, higher education institutions encourage to establish a Business Unit of the Faculty of Computer Science, Indonesian Methodist University (FIKOM UMI). Therefore we need a system that aims to improve the development of an entrepreneurial culture and improve the academic community. By overcoming these problems, a web-based millennial child accessories sales application was designed by applying the FCFS (First Come First Served) method. The millennial generation is currently a major player in the Indonesian economy. So in the business context, it is very important to understand the millennial character so that they can read product trends that are currently popular. One of the products that can show a person's character is accessories. The results obtained are intended to make it easier for customers to order and purchase a variety of accessories products and prioritize customers who are required to pay then the goods are sent and processed first. The system is built using the HTML and PHP programming languages, and the server uses Xampp and the database uses MySql.

Abstract

Every buyer always wants to get a good product, including in terms of buyers of citrus fruits, but many buyers do not know how to choose sweet oranges if they have not been tasted first, so buyers usually experience disappointment when buying citrus fruits. The purpose of this study is to assist buyers in choosing citrus fruits, the k-NN method in identifying the taste of citrus fruits. The results of testing with the k-fold cross validation method obtained a value of 96.55%, while testing with the holdout method obtained a value of 91.67%. The benefit of this research is that by using the application that was built, buyers can predict the taste of citrus fruits without having to taste them first.

Abstract

Learning that is usually done offline is now learning at home or online using various applications such as classroom, zoom, google doc, google forms, Whatsapp groups and teacher rooms. Distance learning can reduce the risk of spreading the coronavirus and in accordance with the circular issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture for online learning. As teaching staff, lecturers are expected to continue to make efforts to improve and improve the quality of lectures through various planned programs. Lecturers are required to be able to design and design online learning that is light and effective. Lecturers are required to be able to design and design online learning that is light and effective. Thus, the implementation of online learning at STMIK Kaputama Binjai must be monitored and evaluated so that the quality of education is maintained. Evaluation of online learning can be seen from student responses or questionnaires. Abstract

The textile industry is an industry that produces various fibers, yarns, fabrics, textile apparel, knitted apparel, textile finished goods and knitted finished goods. One that affects the development of the textile industry is the procurement process in the supply chain system. Supply Chain Management. (SCM) is a network of companies that work together to create and deliver a product to consumers. Some of the constraints of the supply process that often appear these days are delays in the supply of raw materials. To help solve these problems, the construction of SCM information systems in the textile industry was carried out. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. By comparing previous research sources, the study offers a design of the SCM model. The results showed the design model of SCM information systems in the textile industry that helps communicate data and information from various lines.

Abstract

Currently, Customer Relationship Management is very important to foster relationships between customers and sellers and provide information carried out by customers. Kzu Parfum shop is one of the SMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) which is engaged in selling perfume and perfume seeds. The problems faced by the Kzu Parfum Store at this time are that there is no system that can run in managing sales records, there are no special media to promote its products, and orders are still done manually by visiting the store to buy the perfume. In this study, the authors implement CRM with the Direct Marketing and Fulfillment method as a medium of information at the Kzu Parfum store, which aims to make it easier for Kzu Parfum to convey information to consumers. The sales system application is expected to solve the problems of the Kzu Parfum Shop, where transactions usually use an online mechanism and provide facilities such as products that contain images and product information. In the catalog, consumers can find information about the product ordering process and can generate sales transaction reports.

Abstract

The Village Service describes the identity of the village itself. So far, the service system for making letters at the office of the Village Head of Balam Sempurna, Rokan Hilir Regency uses services in the form of a manual information system, the service is carried out by a Village Secretary. Some of the problems faced by this service system are difficult and slow in the process of submitting proposals for new letters, permits and certificates. Meanwhile, people want friendly, fast and effective service. The self-service system can be used as a solution to provide excellent service to the community. In this self-service system, the public can access services such as taking care of certificates and cover letters for various purposes by entering or typing the Population Identification Number into the website. If the data is found, the community can immediately perform the desired service. The result of the application is in the form of a certificate or permit
