Abstract

Drop tegangan merupakan peristiwa dimana saat pendistribusian tegangan listrik terjadi penurunan tegangan pada beberapa titik konsumen. besarnya tegangan yang diterima tidak sama dengan tegangan yang dikirim. Salah satu penyebab besarnya drop adalah bertambahnya beban listrik. RS X merupakan salah satu Rumah Sakit yang ada di pulau Bali. Rumah Sakit ini mulai dibangun pada tahun 1956 dan beroperasi sampai saat ini. Sudah dapat dipastikan dengan berkembangnya RS X kebutuhan akan energi listrik juga bertambah. Peralatan-peralatan yang menggunakan energi listrik sudah pasti juga mengalami peningkatan jumlah. Hal ini menyebabkan pada satu ruangan bisa mengalami kelebihan beban dibanding dengan ruangan lain yang menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan beban dan ini merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab dari drop tegangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam menghitung drop tegangan yaitu metode aliran daya (Load Flow), dalam metode ini digunakan software ETAP 16.0 untuk mendapatkan Nilai Drop Tegangan. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan setelah dilakukan perbaikan drop tegangan sesuai standar PLN 1:1978 dengan menambahkan kapasitor bank pada simulasi ETAP 16.0 pada Trafo 3 Powerhouse menjadi 0,9%, Trafo W1 menjadi 1,61%, Trafo1 Gerai1 menjadi 0,98%, Trafo2 Gerai1 menjadi 0,82%, Trafo1 Gerai2 menjadi 0,27%, Trafo2 Gerai2 menjadi 1,52%, Trafo1 Gerai3 menjadi 1,31%, Trafo1 Gerai5 menjadi 1,68%, Trafo2 Gerai5 menjadi 1,04%, Trafo3 Gerai5 menjadi 1,04%, Trafo1 Gerai4 menjadi 1,52%, dan Trafo3 Gerai4 menjadi 1,33%.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has had an influence on people's lives, one of which is the need for hotspot network facilities. The rise of various kinds of businesses, government agencies and educational institutions that provide free hotspots that aim to facilitate the teaching and learning process and due to the rapid development of hotspot technology requires a tool called a router to manage hotspot nets and interfacing applications for easier operation of the router system mikrotik and one of the implementing agencies implementing this technology is STMIK Campus Denpasar. The method used in the design and manufacture of this software is the NDLC method (Network Development Life Cycle. Then the design is carried out with the Flowchart process and applied to the application using PHP and API (Application Programming Interface) for the creation of web-based applications and microtic links with software which are made. The advantages possessed by proxy and user management applications this can facilitate in managing and monitoring users who are connected to managed hotspots, and can also provide bandwidth limitations for each user according to the limits that we have given to the user profile settings.

Abstract

Abstrak Di era ini, ada lebih banyak kecelakaan atau pembunuhan yang menyebabkan begitu banyak korban sehingga kadang-kadang ada korban yang identitasnya sulit diketahui karena mereka telah kehilangan bentuk kulit wajah mereka. Penelitian ini membahas tentang rekonstruksi wajah manusia dengan menggunakan komputerisasi. dalam 2D, itu bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan mengembalikan wajah tengkorak, dalam upaya untuk mencapai kemiripan dengan seseorang ketika kehidupan didasarkan pada gambar CT 2D. Dalam penelitian ini, mengukur ketebalan titik-titik Antropolog antara tengkorak dan kulit luar wajah manusia adalah untuk mendapatkan ketebalan dengan cepat dan akurat. Metode yang digunakan adalah Interpolasi Lagrange di mana metode ini dapat digunakan untuk mendapatkan nilai baru dari data dalam rentang yang sudah ada. Beberapa bagian dari penelitian ini adalah persiapan data, pengujian data dengan lagrangeinterpolasi dan hasil tes. Akurasi rata-rata dari metode ini adalah 84,5%

Abstract

Elections in Indonesia from period to period have undergone some changes. Elections legislative candidates not determined voters, but instead became a political elite authority in accordance with the order of the list of legislative candidates and their number sequence. To perform a prediction one of them with data mining. Data mining can be applied in the political sphere for example to predict the results of the legislative election and others. K-nearest neighbor algorithm is one of the data mining algorithm that performs classification based on learning object against which are closest to the object. Election-related research has been done with the k-nearest neighbor algorithm, but accuracy is obtained that method is still too low, so it takes an additional algorithm to improve accuracy. In this study, the proposed method, namely the method of k-nearest neighbor method combined with backward elimination as a selection of features. The dataset that will be used in the study comes from the KPU Sidoarjo that has special attributes 1 and 13 regular attributes. From the results of the analysis and computation of some methods, it can be concluded that the method of k-nearest neighbor method combined with backward elimination produced some conclusions. First, of the 14 attributes in the dataset, retrieved 8 most influential attribute. Second, the best accuracy are of 96.03% when k = 2 and tested by 10 fold cross validation.

Abstract

The management of information on houses of worship is a part of the management of Education, Religion and Religious informations which is managed at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion in Bali. In practice, houses of worship data collected and processed manually with Microsoft Excel application and the information has been given to the community is just the number of houses of worship in every regency or city in Bali. While the public wants more detailed information of houses of worship including the address and location on a map. Bali House of Worship Mapping System is able to provide information of houses of worship in Bali from six religions that have been recognized in Indonesia including location information on Google maps and video documentation on YouTube. So, people can easily search all the houses of worship informations in Bali using web browser.

Abstract

Antenna microstrip merupakan salah satu antenna yang saat ini diterapkan pada teknologi 4G LTE dengan rancangan multi input multi output (MIMO). Untuk mencapai peningkatkan nilai parameter gain (penguatan) agar jangkauan jaringan 4G LTE lebih luas maka dalam penelitian ini dirancang antenna MIMO 2X1 dan 4x1 rectanguler patch dengan digunakan metode array dengan frekuensi kerja 2,3 GHz – 2,4 GHz.Hasil simulasi untuk antenna MIMO 2x1 terdiri dari gain 5,13 dB, return loss -18,913 dB, VSWR 1,2555. Hasil simulasi untuk antenna MIMO 4x1 terdiri dari gain 7,322 dB, return loss -15,59 dB, VSWR 1,3985. Untuk pengukuran perfomansi antenna 2x1 outdoor memiliki rata-rata ping test 119,6 ms, download test 20.12 Mbps, upload test 8,5 Mbps. . Untuk pengukuran perfomansi antenna 2x1 indoor memiliki rata-rata ping test 85,91 ms, download test 20.06 Mbps, upload test 7 Mbps. Untuk pengukuran perfomansi antenna 4x1 outdoor memiliki rata-rata ping test 150 ms, download test 2,82 Mbps, upload test 2,92 Mbps. Untuk pengukuran perfomansi antenna 4x1 indoor memiliki rata-rata ping test 107,45 ms, download test 22,38 Mbps, upload test 5,12 Mbps

Abstract

Nurse is a job that has many roles in everyday life. Obtained from the ability to become a nurse. In 1980, there was an explosion in the number of registrants at the Ljubljana nursing school, Slovenia. The data is then collected in a data collected data that is a nursery dataset. There are several things related to health conditions, family status, financial conditions and other things that are considered feasible or not to enter the nursing school. A system that can be used for this problem needs to be created. In this study, a system will be made by applying the method of punishment based on cases and classifying domains to increase computational time. Each new case will be calculated the similarity value to the old case using the Bayes naive algorithm. The system built will produce a decision about whether or not the applicant is suitable in nursing school. Of the 100 data tested, 96 data were obtained that produced true values. With a computing time between 0.253 seconds - 0.607 seconds.

Abstract

The irrigation system in rainfed lowland is done through a water gate (Temuku). Farmers should always control the height of the water and wetland gates during the dry and rainy seasons. This is due to delays in control which can cause the fields to dry or flooded. In this research, water warning system and Temuku control (water gate) for irrigation of paddy field. This tool can provide water level information and can also close or open the irrigation water gate through an SMS. Components used in the manufacture of water alert warning systems and the control of Temuku (sluice gates) for irrigation rice fields are arduino UNO, ultrasonic sensors, SIM 900 and servo motors. From the results of tests that have been done, it can be concluded that the system of water warning and control of Temuku (sluice gate) for irrigation of paddy field has been able to provide water level information to farmers and also the system has been able to control the irrigation water gate according to the input given by SMS.
