<![CDATA[Principal's strategy is the art and knowledge gained by a principal in formulating, implementing, evaluating cross-functional decisions that facilitate the organization in achieving goals. Teachers are the key to the success of an educational institution. Good and bad behavior or teaching procedures for teachers will greatly affect the image of educational institutions. This study aims to examine and discuss in-depth the principal's strategy in developing teacher competence at MA Tarbiyatul Islam Gending Probolinggo. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The model that can be used to improve the competence of teachers in carrying out their duties is through In-service education or In-service training programs. (2) The strategic steps of the principal's leadership in developing teacher competence to improve the quality of education are the first formal strategy, namely the teacher is assigned by the institution to attend education and training, the second non-formal strategy, namely the teacher on his own desire and effort to train and develop himself related to work or position.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to analyze and explain: Planning, implementing, and evaluating the wahdah method in improving the ability to memorize the Qur'an in junior high school students based on the Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School. This article uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data was collected by using field observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data presentation, and data verification. From the analysis of research data, the results of this article are as follows: (1) the planning of the wahdah method in the Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School-Based Junior High School is the division of groups or class divisions according to their abilities. (2) implementation of the wahdah method helps make it easier for students to memorize by reading verses of the Qur'an with tartil repeatedly, memorizing verse by verse and tarqiq. (3) The evaluation is that if students memorize one juz, they will be tested with an ustadz/ustadzah other than their class supervisor. The next research recommendation is about the strategy of implementing the wahdah method with a comparison of taqrir, murojaah will result in better memorizing the Qur'an.]]>

<![CDATA[The emergence of the idea of character education programs in Indonesia is understandable. This is because so far the community has judged that the education process has not succeeded in nurturing Indonesians. For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen the values of national character education, combining Islamic religious values with an archipelago perspective, or commonly called character education based on Nusantara Islam. The Nusantara Islamic philosophy is considered very suitable for character education for the Indonesian nation. This paper uses a qualitative research approach using library research methods. Using the library method to collect data, namely collecting data in the form of text that supports this research. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Nusanatara Islam is an Islam based on cultural infrastructure. Then the concept of character education based on Islam Nusantara is pesantren, madrasa, Integrated Islamic school, university and tradition or culture. Islam Nusantara has many character education values, including obedience, independence, simplicity, togetherness, the spirit of gotong royong, compassion, equality, deliberation, moderation (tawasut}) and tolerance (tasamuh).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to produce a computer-based Islamic Religious Education module that meets the aspects of validity, practicality and effectiveness.The method used in this research is research and development with a design developed by Thiangarajan 4-D models.The research is divided into 4 stages, namely the definition stage, the design stage, the development stage and the dissemination stage.Data sources consisted of qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data in the form of data was obtained through observation and interviews which include comments, criticism, and suggestions. Quantitative data in the form of analysis was collected through the results of student response from questionnaires, practicality questionnaires, validation sheets and learning outcomes tests. The subjects of this research were 32 students of class XI of MIPA at SMAN 1 Sawahlunto.The data were collected throughquestionnaires, observations and tests. The results of the study showed that the computer-based PAI module met the aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness where 85% of student learning outcomes tests scored above 75 or in the complete category.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the study is to know how the implementation strategies in SDN Bubutan IV Surabaya. The descriptive qualitative method is used in this analysis. The collecting data technique is using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data validity test is using source triangulation. The result of the study showed that the school literacy movement strategies are already successful with (1) conditioned physical environment with mini-libraries in each classroom and student artworks around school areas, (2) conditioned the social environment as an effective model by giving rewards toward students, there is also an activity to celebrate a national holiday that integrated with literacy learning, and (3) conditioned the academic environment with an accustomed student to read 15 minutes, the existence of school literacy team and having a library with proper facilities.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study is to produce the teaching material product in the form of tasamuh based e-module in the fiqih subject that have the accurate materials, feasible design, and materials that suitable for the 10th grade students of Madrasah Aliyah. The research method used in this study is Research and Development with the development model by Borg & Call (1983) which has been simplified, they are 1) Research & Information Collection, (2) Planning (3) Develop Preliminary Form of Product, (4) Preliminary Field Testing, and (5) Main Product Revision. This study reveals that; (1) the final product of this development is tasamuh based fiqh e-modul with the materials about corpse’s management in the perspective of 4 madzhab, (2) The result of the 2 material experts‘ trial test about the material accuracy contained in the teaching materials got the percentage of 90.83%, it shows that the accuracy of teaching materials is very accurate, (3) The result of the 2 media experts’ trial test about the design feasibility got the percentage of 91.6%, it shows that the teaching materials has the very feasible design, (4) the result of the fiqih teachers’ trial test showed the percentage of 88.33%, it shows that the developed e-module is suitable for the 10th grade students of Madrasah Aliyah.]]>

<![CDATA[The Spread of the Western feminism movement in parts of the world including Indonesia has had a fairly risky impact on Indonesian society, especially among women. The influence of western feminism is the equalization of positions between men and women in all respects so that not women in Indonesia forget their nature as women both when they become daughters, wives, and mothers so that this often leads to conflict in the family that are contrary to Islamic teachings. This article aims to find the real concept of feminism in Islam. To obtain answers to these problems, the researchers used literature studies namely reviewing various scientific articles related to Western and Islamic feminism as well as reciting verses from the Quran related to equality of men and women. The result obtained from the study stated that the concept of feminism in Islam aims to make women knowledgeable and insightful and not narrow their space of movement. But not just standing alone without needing a partner or a man. Both are creatures of Allah who need each other and were created to perfect each other. In Islam, the nature of men and women is different and there is a nature that can only be done by men or women. Therefore, feminism in Islam only demands equality of rights such as the right to study, the right to work, and the right to a career, not demanding gender equality.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the development of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) at BKM At-Taqwa Mosque, Medan Area University (UMA). The focus of the discussion includes (1) the role of the At-Taqwa Mosque BKM as a center for PAI development at the UMA campus mosque; (2) the process of developing IRE at the UMA campus mosque; and (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of IRE in BKM At-Taqwa UMA. This study uses a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive method. The primary data of the research is the mosque management or BKM Masjid At-Taqwa UMA, while the secondary data is the community of the UMA campus. Data collection was obtained by means of observation, interviews, and document studies. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that (1) At-Taqwa Mosque BKM plays an important role in making the campus mosque a center for IRE development on the UMA campus; (2) the process of developing IRE at the UMA campus mosque is carried out in the form of the ta'lim assembly and TPA in the mosque; (3) as for the supporting factors in the development of IRE at BKM At-Taqwa UMA, namely an organized agenda, adequate number of worshipers, cooperation from BKM management, inviting qualified resource persons/lecturers, and funding support sourced from community infaq.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this article was to determine the effect of the offline learning model assisted by the Dilan practicum module on hot material on the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students of SD Inpres 1 Ujuna. This type of research is quantitative research with the type of experimental research using the Quasi-experimental method with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design design. The subjects in this study were fifth-grade students of SD Inpres 1 Ujuna. Data collection was carried out using multiple-choice questions, and data analysis used prerequisite tests, namely normality and homogeneity tests and hypothesis testing using independent sample t-test tests which were analyzed using SPSS Statistics version 16. Based on the results of this study, a significant value of 0.001 < 0, 05 then accept the hypothesis Ha and reject Ho, meaning that the Dilan practicum module has an effect when used in improving student learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that there is an effect when using the offline learning model assisted by Dilan's practical module on hot material on the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students of SD Inpres 1 Ujuna.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to describe the implementation of the use of used materials and natural materials as learning media in improving cognitive development at RA(kindergarten) Munawwarah Medan. The focus of the study described in this article includes the ability of teachers to design teaching materials sourced from natural and used materials, the learning process, and improving the cognitive competence of students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The process of collecting data was carried out qualitatively by means of observation, interviews, and document studies. Then, the data were analyzed through data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this article found that (1) the teacher's ability is fairly good in designing teaching materials sourced from natural and used materials, this is evidenced by the readiness of teacher learning plans; (2) the implementation of learning takes place effectively, marked by the suitability of the plans that have been made previously with the learning implementation process, as well as the process of learning activities using natural materials and used materials, starting from initial activities, core activities to closing activities; and (3) the cognitive competence of students at RA Munawwarah Medan is increasing well, marked by the child's ability to mention numbers, know the concept of numbers, be able to sort objects from smallest to largest, group objects according to type and color, and mention the function of an object.]]>
