Abstract

This study was conducted from April to October 2011, aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of filtration and sterilization system (UV) on maintenance media abalone (Holiotis tokobushi / Squamata). The research objectives is to increase survival rate of stem abalone (Holiotis tokobushi / Squamata) more than 75%. The results showed that the maintenance of stem abalone better by using media that has been filtered sea water and in the Ultra Violet (UV). The use of UV to reduce the total bacteria of 6x104 CFU/ml to 4x103 CFU/ml. Total vibrio green colony of 1 x 101 CFU/ml to 0 CFU/ml and total vibrio yellow of 6x101 CFU/ml to 2x101 CFU/ml. Survival Rate aircraft maintenance abalone using filtration and UV amounted to 90.4%. The growth rate of the parent abalone during the study average of 4.10 ± 1.07 mg / month. Need to improve the nutrition / nutrients to feed abalone and seaweed species variation and the need for further research about the use of low temperature for spawning maintenance and abalone.

Abstract

Seeds of humpback grouper are often nursery is the size of 3 cm, to feed for nursery use artificial feed or pellets. Feed pellets are in great demand by employers nursery, this is because the artificial feed (pellets) nutritionally complete, easy to obtain, not depending on the season, easy in giving, does not require much effort to chop up trash fish and does not contaminate the media maintenance. Obstacles often faced in the nursery humpback grouper is an artificial feeding system gradually by feeding manually little by little until the fish are fed. Feeding system requires a lot of effort and a long time, making it less practical. The purpose of this engineering is to get the technique of feeding "Automatic Feeder" on nursery humpback grouper. Goal of this engineering is to obtain SR more than 95%, the growth rate is better and the efficiency of the use of labor. The results showed that - Survival Rate (SR) maintenance by using automatic feeder of 98.25%. Daily growth of fish feed administration using a automatic feeder for 0.01965 gram / day and FCR of 1.48. In the nursery unit of humpback grouper should use tools that SR increased automatic feeder, feeding on time, not a lot of energy providers dobutuhkan feed and feed can be set so as to be more efficient and effective.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the fish hatchery techniques of African catfish ( Clarias gariepinus ) at Fish Seed Kabat village Pakistaji District of Banyuwangi. Activities carried out starting from the preparation of the parent , the parent maintenance , spawning , hatching eggs , eggs treatment , seed treatment , and harvesting the seed . Parent Dumbo Catfish ( Clarias gariepinus ) were used in this study has a weight of 1.5 kg , with a ratio of 1 : 1 ( one tail of the male and female parent ) . Feed the fish seed of African catfish ( Clarias gariepinus ) is provided in the form of natural feed silk worms , and artificial feed in the form of boiled egg yolk mixed with milk powder . In order to combat infectious diseases such as anti-biotic be giving super tetra capsule with a volume of 5 liters . Seed harvesting is done in two ways: partial harvesting and harvesting total ..

Abstract

Seed Grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus) has been obtained from the arrest of nature, seeds from the seeding is still rarely sold because people still rarely conduct business hatchery tiger grouper. The purpose of this study was to describe the maintenance larvae Tiger Grouper (. From the results of research conducted can be concluded that the maintenance of larvae Groupers Tigers there are several steps include preparation tub larval rearing, stocking eggs, monitoring the development of the larvae, menegeman feeding, processing water quality, pest and disease control, grading and harvesting.

Abstract

Carp is one of the freshwater fisheries sector commodities to growrapidly over time. This fish is much appreciated by the public because of the meat tasty. Carp is also a fish that is easy ti adapt to various environmental conditions so it is worth to be cultured. The purposeof thisstudytechnicalskillson themaintenance ofa hatchery techniques carp (Cyprinus carpio)which wasdone by observation, interviews, literaturesupportedthe active participationandsupport. This research was conducted in Freshwater Aquaculture Development Unit Umbulan Sidepan Village, District Winongan, Pasuruan, East Java Province from July to September 2012. Activities hatchery Carp include the selection and preparation of the parent, preparation of pond, water quality measurements, spawning, egg hatching, larval rearing, feeding, harvest and marketing. Spawning is done naturally by the ratio of male and female is 2:1. The number of eggs produced is 121.500 points and the survival rate of 60,01%. Profits earned in the amount of Rp. 6.634.980,- a year. Marketing of the Carp in the Pasuruan, Sidoarjo and Gresik.

Abstract

Stolephurus commersonii is one of fishery products into the non-oil export commodities that are being developed, so it needs to be a good handling or processing, so that it can also be S. commersonii consumed in areas far from producing regions. In marketing, S. commersonii can be found in the form of fresh fish and in the form of processed fish. The purpose of research is to explain about the processing of S. commersonii). From the results of this study was able to conclude that the raw material in the production of rice in the company anchovies are stolep Horus commersonil in wet form (Raw Material). While food additives used are salt (NaCl) and supporting material in the form of water and ice. The production process consists of rice teri receipt of raw materials. Abstract

The crisis in the management of fisheries resources caused by their utilization of fishery resources that are not wise (exploitative and not pay attention to aspects of sustainability) countries have shifted the paradigm of management so far has relied on the government (government-centered regulation) to a management paradigm that gives more space to the community users in the formulation and implementation of wisdom. There is a recognition that is constantly evolving and getting stronger, if a management regime that there can be effective and have legitimacy, then the community groups of users (user groups) of fisheries resources should be involved more actively in the management of these resources. This kind of management regime known as the co-management of fisheries (fisheries co-management). There are indications and evidence is strong that the implementation of co-management is an appropriate solution to the problems of excessive exploitation of fishery resources. One of the key factors of success of co-management of marine fisheries is a strong desire coupled with the capability (capabilities) that is stronger than all the parties involved (government and public) to share responsibility in managing fisheries resources wisely.
