Core Subject : Science,
One important point in the accreditation of higher education study programs is the availability of a journal that holds the results of research of many investigators. Since the year 2012, Informatics Department has English language. Journal called IJID International Journal on Informatics for Development. IJID Issues accommodate a variety of issues, the latest from the world of science and technology. One of the requirements of a quality journal if the journal is said to focus on one area of science and sustainability of IJID. We accept the scientific literature from the readers. And hopefully these journals can be useful for the development of IT in the world. Informatics Department Faculty of Science and Technology State Islamic University Sunan Kalijaga.

Abstract

The Fourier series is a trigonometric polynomial that has flexibility, so it adapts effectively to the local nature of the data. This Fourier series estimator is generally used when the data used is investigated for unknown patterns and there is a tendency for seasonal patterns. This study aims to determine the results of the best Fourier series nonparametric regression model and the level of accuracy of the Fourier series nonparametric regression model on rainfall data by month in West Java Province in 2015-2019. This research is about a nonparametric regression model of Fourier series which is estimated using Ordinary Least Square method. Nonparametric regression using the Fourier series approach was applied to Rainfall data in West Java Province in 2015-2019. The independent variables used were the average air humidity, air pressure, wind speed, and air temperature. The model used to model the amount of rainfall in West Java Province is a nonparametric Fourier series. The nonparametric regression model is the best Fourier series with K =13 values obtained Generalized Cross Validation, Mean Square Error, and R2 respectively at 549.92; 462.09; and 97.30%. The results showed that the variables of air humidity and air pressure had a significant effect on rainfall.

Abstract

The food security, fisheries and agriculture services work with local government to help the community. In carrying out its work, the government applies information technology to achieve the goals. Therefore, it is necessary to have an IT governance design to ensure the alignment of the government’s objectives and the use of IT. Governance is an important asset to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of work process improvement using IT. This research is conducted because there has never been an IT governance design assessment. The analysis and design of IT governance at government agencies are carried out using the COBIT 2019 framework to measure the level of IT capability. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews with influential government parties. This study obtained an IT governance design and detected important processes for the domains used, namely EDM04, APO04, APO07, APO08, APO11, BAI03, BAI08, BAI10.

Abstract

In the digital era, Learning Management System is widely used to spread information in higher education, particularly at the university level. There are, however, issues with the Learning Management System's accessibility for users with disabilities. This research aims to investigate the accessibility issues of learning management websites of 30 universities in Indonesia. The top 30 universities in Indonesia according to Webometrics 2022 are the basis for this study. Accessibility issues will be identified and examined using the Wave evaluation tool which is in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 used by ISO 40500. Web Content Accessibility Guideline 2.1 has principles that any web should follow: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust. Based on the research findings, The low contrast ratio between text and background, the absence of text explanations in the images, the lack of descriptive text on the links, the absence of text labels on the form, and the absence of text description on the button were the most frequently encountered accessibility issues.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education in universities plays a significant role in creating an entrepreneurial spirit in students. We explore the application of digital entrepreneurship education contained in the Digital Library Marketing course. This research is qualitative research with a case study. Data collection was conducted through in-depth semi-structured interviews with thirteen informants. The data are photos or videos of activities during the research, and videotape recordings. The data display the output of Digital Library Marketing lectures which shows how theories following research and observation of digital media interfaces are used as promotional and marketing media. The results showed that digital entrepreneurship education applied to the Digital Library Marketing course has an important influence on students to design a professional weblog as a medium of information, to create content writing about how to fill a weblog that can sell the products offered, and to do good copywriting, also to find ideas for delivery and promotion. Besides being applied to the Digital Library Marketing course, digital entrepreneurship education is also held in digital marketing workshops to provide prospective alums. This study is helpful for entrepreneurship education literature in libraries and information that intersects with digital technology as a medium for entrepreneurship.
