Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of macro and micro fundamental factors on the company’s value, and the object of research were infrastructure sector companies and construction sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2015 to 2017. Fundamental macro factors consist of inflation and exchange rates. While the micro fundamental factors consist of DER and ROE. The type of research used is associative research. The population in this study, 13 companies that were included in the research criteria, which were engaged in the Infrastructure and Construction Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data collection techniques are documentation techniques and then the data are analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially, inflation, exchange rates and DER have no effect on firm value. ROE has a positive and significant effect on firm value. The variable that has the most dominant influence on firm value is ROE. This shows that among the research variables, ROE most influences investors' decisions to buy the company's shares.                                                                  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor fundamental makro dan mikro terhadap nilai perusahaan, yang mengambil objek penelitian pada perusahaan sektor infrastruktur dan sektor konstruksi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2015 sampai 2017 . Faktor-faktor fundamental makro terdiri dari inflasi dan kurs. Sedangkan faktor-faktor fundamental mikro terdiri dari DER dan ROE.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi  dalam penelitian ini adalah 13 perusahaan yang masuk kriteria penelitian,  yang bergerak  pada Sektor Infrastruktur dan Sektor Konstruksi yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengumpulan data adalah teknik dokumentasi dan selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial, inflasi, kurs dan DER tidak berpengaruh nilai perusahaan. ROE  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap nilai perusahaan adalah ROE. Abstract

 This study aims to find out the influence of the quality of services, people, processes and physical evidence on the decision to purchase mining services by PT Berau Coal to PT BUMA. In this study, data collection was carried out through survey methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents within the company organization PT Berau Coal starting from the position of supervisor /engineer to general manager. The number of samples taken in this study was 50 people. Thetechnique sampling used in this study is Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23.0. The results of data processing show that the variable quality of services, people, processes and physical evidence affect the decision to purchase mining services. Parameters for testing the effect of service quality on service purchasing decisions show a t value of 3.191 (sig = 0.003), the influence of people on the decision to purchase services shows a t value of 2.341 (sig = 0.024), the effect of the process on the decision to purchase services shows a t value of 2.400 ( sig = 0.021), and the effect of physical evidence on the decision to purchase services shows a t value of 2.797 (sig = 0.008). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, orang, proses dan bukti fisik terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa penambangan oleh PT Berau Coal kepada PT BUMA. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dalam organisasi perusahaan PT Berau Coal mulai dari posisi supervisor / insinyur hingga general manager. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan SPSS 23.0. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan, orang, proses dan bukti fisik mempengaruhi keputusan untuk membeli jasa penambangan. Parameter untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan pada keputusan pembelian layanan menunjukkan pada nilai 3,191 (sig = 0,003), pengaruh orang pada keputusan untuk membeli layanan menunjukkan pada nilai 2,331 (sig = 0,024), efek dari proses pada keputusan untuk membeli layanan menunjukkan pada nilai 2.400 (sig = 0,021), dan pengaruh bukti fisik pada keputusan untuk membeli layanan menunjukkan pada nilai 2,797 (sig = 0,008).Keywords : Quality of services, people, processes and physical evidence, service purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of profitability on company value and how the influence of profitability on company value with CSR disclosure as a moderating variable. With the purposive sampling method, there are four samples of mining sector companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index for the period 2010-2017. Data is processed using SPSS version 23. The analysis technique in this study uses simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). MRA is used in this study to analyze CSR Disclosure as a variable that moderates the effect of the independent variable Profitability on the dependent variable Company Value.The result of the research which has been done by using multiple linear regressions shows that profitability has significant and positive influence to the firm value. Meanwhile, the analysis of moderating variable with the interaction test method of MRA shows that the disclosure of corporate social responsibility does not moderate the influence of profitability on the firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dan bagaimana pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan pengungkapan CSR sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Dengan metode purposive sampling, didapatkan empat sampel perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index periode 2010 – 2017.  Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier dan Moderated Regresion Analisys (MRA). MRA digunakan di dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Pengungkapan CSR sebagai variabel yang memoderasi pengaruh antara variabel independen Profitabilitas pada variabel dependen Nilai Perusahaan. Hasil penelitian dengan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Abstract

 This research is an associative study with a quantitative approach.With 89 sample of customers of PT. Pegadaian (Limited) which is obtained by cluster sampling technique, consisting of customers which has received a Partnership Program of CSR assistance in Lombok Island in last 3 (three) years (2014-2016). This study used a causal correlation, which have independent variables (influencing variables) and dependent variables (variables that are affected). This research aims to determine the causal correlation between independent variables, CSR on the loyalty of customers of PT. Pegadaian (Limited) on Lombok through the Corporate image variable.Based on the results of the research and discussion it is inferred that : 1) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between CSR variables on Corporate Image. The data analysis showed that there is a very strong correlation between CSR variables and Corporate Image. 2) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between the variables of Corporate Image on Customer Loyalty. The data analysis showed that there is a very strong correlation between the variables of Corporate Image on Customer Loyalty. 3) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between CSR variables on customer loyalty. The data analysis showed that there is a very strong correlation between CSR variables on customer loyalty. 4) There is a direct, positive and significant influence between CSR variables on Customer Loyalty through Corporate Image. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan sampel 89 pelanggan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) diperoleh dengan teknik cluster sampling, terdiri atas nasabah yang telah menerima Program Kemitraan bantuan CSR di Pulau Lombok dalam 3 (tiga) tahun terakhir (2014-2016). Hubungan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah hubungan yang bersifat sebab akibat (kausal), dimana ada variabel independen (variabel yang mempengaruhi) dan variabel dependen (variabel yang dipegaruhi). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel independen yaitu CSR terhadap variabel dependen loyalitas pelanggan melalui variabel intervening Corporate image.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel CSR terhadap Citra Perusahaan. Hasil analisis data juga menunjukan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara variabel CSR dan Citra Perusahaan. 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel Citra Perusahaan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Dari hasil analisis data juga ditemukan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara variabel Corporate Image pada Loyalitas Pelanggan. 3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel CSR terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil analisis data juga menemukan korelasi yang sangat kuat antara variabel CSR terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. 4) Ada pengaruh langsung, positif dan signifikan antara variabel CSR pada Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Corporate Image.Keywords : CSR ; Corporate Image ; Customer Loyalty

Abstract

          Investors use financial statement information in their investment decisions. Earnings is usually the main consideration of investors in making decision. However, the increase in earnings is not always followed by positive stock price changes. It shows that in economic decision-making the investors not only need information about the company's financial condition, i.e profit, but also other information. Therefore, investors need useful tool to predict the up or rise of stock price namely earnings response coefficient which shows market reaction on earnings information published by company. If the investor perceived the information content of the announced profits as good quality then the investors will react positively to earnings anouncement.Therefore purpose of this study is to examine the effect of systematic risk, and earnings persistence on earnings response coefficient at manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2015. This study is determined by the method of purposive sampling and this study obtained 56 sample companies. The study usesecondary data which is obtained from www.idx.co.id. The results of this study based on multiple regression analysis indicate that systematic risk, leverage and profit persistence have no effect on earnings response coefficient.           Para Investor dalam pengambilan keputusan investasinya, menggunakan informasi laporan keuangan. Laba biasanya menjadi pertimbangan utama  investor. Namun kenaikan laba tidak selalu diikuti dengan perubahan harga saham yang positif. Hal tersebut menunjukkan, dalam pengambilan keputusan ekonomi, para investor membutuhkan informasi tentang kondisi keuangan perusahaan tidak hanya informasi laba saja, tetapi banyak informasi lainnya. Untuk itu digunakanlah alat yang berguna untuk memprediksi naik turunnya harga saham, yaitu earnings response coefficient yang menunjukkan kuat lemahnya reaksi pasar terhadap informasi laba yang dipublikasikan. Jika investor memiliki persepsi bahwa kandungan informasi laba yang diumumkan berkualitas, maka investor akan bereaksi positif terhadap perngumuman laba perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini mengkaji earnings response coefficient dengan menggunakan variabel bebas seperti risiko sistematik dan persistensi laba. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh risiko sistematik, dan persistensi laba terhadap earnings response coefficient pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015. Dengan menerapkan purposive sampling diperoleh 56 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa risiko sistematik dan persistensi laba tidak berpengaruh terhadap earnings response coefficient.Keywords : systematic risk, earnings persistence, earnings response coefficient

Abstract

 This study aimed at formulating the strategy proposed to the District Agency of Tourism and Culture of Central Lombok to increase tourist visits. This research is using a qualitative approach within case studies. Informants were selected through purposive sampling. Two informants were selected from the Agency of Tourism and Culture of Central Lombok; namely the Head of Agency and the Field Head of Marketing and Promotion. The research showed that the findings obtained from the analysis using SWOT and data reduction, the tourism in the south coast of Central Lombok has good strength and opportunity. The research recommends that in increasing numbers tourist visits the Agency of Tourism and Culture of Central Lombok conduct four better strategies namely forward integration (increasing control of tourist suppliers), market penetration (intensive promotion), concentric diversification (add tourism products such as water sports, traditional restaurants, hotels), and product development (current products modification). Since there were still problems in Human Resource, the Agency of Tourism and Culture of Central Lombok should pay more attention to human resources by developing human resource products.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan usulan strategi bagi Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Lombok Tengah untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kasus. Informan dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Dua informan dipilih dari Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Lombok Tengah yaitu Kepala Dinas dan Kepala Bidang Pemasaran dan Promosi. Dari temuan penelitian yang telah dianalisa menggunakan alat analisis SWOT kemudian melakukan reduksi data, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, pariwisata di kawasan pantai selatan Lombok Tengah memiliki kekuatan dan peluang yang cukup besar, dan penelitian merekomendasikan dalam usaha meningkatkan angka kunjungan wisatawan, Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Lombok Tengah sebaiknya melakukan empat strategi yaitu Integrasi ke depan (meningkatkan kendali atas pemasok wisatawan), Penetrasi pasar (melakukan promosi dengan gencar), Diversifikasi Konsentrik (menambah produk-produk wisata seperti olah raga air, restoran khas, hotel), dan Pengembangan Produk (modifikasi produk saat ini). Selanjutnya karena masih terdapat masalah pada SDM, Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Lombok Tengah harus memberi perhatian lebih terhadap sumber daya manusia dengan melakukan pengembangan produk SDMKeywords :SWOT Analysis, Strategy Formulation, Strategic management, Tourism

Abstract

The research is aimed at determining the effect of relationship marketing on the loyalty of customers of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Segara Anak Kencana Branch Mataram. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents selected from the customers of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Segara Anak Kencana Branch Mataram through Propotional Stratified Random Sampling technique. The research showed that variable of trust, commitment, communication, and problem handling had positive and significant effect of customers loyalty of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Segara Anak Branch Mataram.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Relationship Marketing yaitu Kepercayaan, Komitmen, Komunikasi, dan Penanganan Masalah terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Segara Anak Kencana Cabang Mataram. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 orang responden yang menjadi nasabah pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Segara Anak Kencana Cabang Mataram dengan menggunakan teknik sampling Propotional Stratified Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepercayaan, Komtmen, Komunikasi, dan Penanganan Masalah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Segara Anak Kencana Cabang Mataram.Keywords :Relationship Marketing, Constumers, Loyality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the workload of each work unit and the category of human resources (HR), analyze the number and HR competencies of each work unit and to analyze the types of human resource development needed by the Highways Department of the Public Works and Spatial Planning ( PUPR) West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB). The population in this study were all employees who worked on the Highways Sector of the PUPR Provincial Office of NTB Province which numbered 49 people. The population in this study were all employees working in the Highways Division of the Public Works Department of West Nusa Tenggara Province with documentation techniques, questionnaires, in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) as the data collection methods used. The data analysis technique used in this study is WISN (Workload Indicators of Staffing Need). The results showed that the workload for each unit in the Highways Sector of the PUPR Office of NTB Province was still not optimal, there were a shortage of human resources of 34 people consisting of 24 (twenty four) technical personnel and 10 (ten) non-technical personnel, as well as still need HR development to improve HR competencies. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja masing-masing unit kerja dan kategori sumber daya manusia (SDM), menganalisis kebutuhan jumlah dan kompetensi SDM masing-masing unit kerja dan untuk menganalisis jenis pengembangan SDM yang dibutuhkan Bidang Bina Marga Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Populasi pada penelitian iniadalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada Bidang Bina Marga Dinas PUPR Provinsi NTB yang berjumlah 49 orang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada Bidang Bina Marga Dinas PUPR Provinsi NTB dengan teknik dokumentasi, angket, wawancara mendalam (Indepth Interview), dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) sebagai metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah WISN (Workload Indicators of Staffing Need). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja pada setiap unit pada Bidang Bina Marga Dinas PUPR Provinsi NTB masih belum optimal, terdapat kekurangan SDM sejumlah 34 orang yang terdiri dari 24   orang tenaga teknis dan 10 orang tenaga non teknis, serta masih membutuhkan pengembangan SDM untuk peningkatan kompetensi SDM.Keywords:Workload, Human Resource Needs, Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN), Needs Assesement. Abstract

In this study aims to determine whether there is an influence between leadership style, work discipline and decentralization policy on managerial performance in regional work units (SKPD) in East Lombok. Using the Saturated Sample method, 30 SKPD were taken. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, performs the classic assumption test (prerequisite) which includes normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. After that also hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test the partial regression coefficient, and F-statistics to test the effect together with the level of 5% (0.05).Based on normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, all independent variables are free from disturbances and no variables deviate from the classical assumptions (Prerequisites). This shows that the available data fulfills the requirements to use multiple linear regression equation models. From the results of the analysis show that leadership style has a positive effect on managerial performance, decentralization policy has no effect on managerial performance, and work discipline has a positive effect on managerial performance.Keywords : leadership style, work discipline, decentralization policy and managerial performance

Abstract

At this research aim to to know what is there is influence [among/between] Earnings of Oprasional and Burden Operational (BOPO), Non Performing Loan (NPL) and of Loan Deposit Ratio to (LDR) To Return On Asset (ROA) at] Conventional BPR of Sub-Province Lombok island East year 2013-2017. Population which is used in this research is all conventional BPR of Lombok island year east sub-province 2013-2017. By using method of Sampel  Saturated,  taken  by  of  sampel  counted  3  bank  which  enlist  in  OJK.  Technique Analysis the used is doubled linear regresi, test classic assumption covering test of normlitas, test autokorelasi., test test and heteroskedastisitas of mult ikolinearitas.
