Abstract

The Social Welfare Program for Displaced Children (PKSAT) is a program created to address the problems of displaced children. One of the institutions that implement the PKSAT program is the Children's Social Welfare Institute (LKSA) Madani Banten through religious programs. The purpose of this research is to determine the evaluation of PKSAT program using CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Cipp program evaluation includes (1) context evaluation consisting of background, objectives and needs analysis, (2) input evaluation, consisting of 4 aspects, namely implementing, budget allocation, targets, facilities and infrastructure, (3) Evaluation Process, which is divided into 4 parts, namely: Planning and socialization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs, (4) Product Evaluation, which consists of program results. The results of the evaluation research showed that the program implemented in LKSA Madani can be achieved well despite constraints in the program budget.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of youth organizations in increasing the social awareness of youth at the village of Giriharja. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this study are the members of the youth organization. With data collection techniques, namely through observation and interviews. The research location is in the village of Giriharja which was conducted from September until November 2020. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Youth Organization in increasing youth social awareness is in the unfavorable category. This means that youths who lack responsiveness, care, are indifferent to the surrounding environment and cool with their own world so that they forget their duties as youths and members of the youth organization. Therefore, youth are expected to be more concerned with their duties and also care for the surrounding community.

Abstract

Research on evaluation of Joint Business Group programs (Kelompok Usaha Bersama/KUBE) in empowering socioeconomic vulnerable women (Perempuan Rawan Sosial Ekonomi/PRSE) conducted in Lopang sub-district, Serang sub-district, Serang city, Banten province. This study aims to evaluate the KUBE program in empowering socio-economic vulnerable women carried out by the Serang City Social Services. In this program evaluation research, the researcher uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the CIPP evaluation model (Context Evaluation, Input Evaluation, Process Evaluation and Product Evaluation). Furthermore, data collection techniques conducted by observation, structured interviews, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). From the results of the research that researchers have done, the Joint Business Group program (KUBE) conducted by the Serang City Social Services has been running smoothly and has reached a level of success. With this program, many people feel helped so that they are able to manage the assistance. In addition, this program is also able to reduce the unemployment to increase local economy development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the evaluation of empowerment programs using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). This research approach uses kualitatif methods. The research subjects consisted of the Sedekah Ngider Foundation, village administrators and members of the sedekah village. Data collection techique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. In conclusion, the result of the context evaluation on the village alms program have been achieved and the needs of the community have been met. The input evaluation, which includes implementers, budget allocatons, targets, facilities and infrastructure supporting the program has been achieved due to good cooperation from the Sedekah Ngider Foundation and the Sedekah village administrators. Process evaluation includes planning and socialization, implementation monitoring and evaluation of the program in accordance with the process. Product evaluation consisting of program results, according to research that has been carried out vy the village sedekah program, has been achieved in empowering the community in gaining skills and knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Determine the effectiveness of the integration program of religion and science which was carried out at the Rumah Pintar Al-Ikhlas Serang Branch. 2) Analyzing the obstacles faced by the Rumah Pintar Al-Ikhlas Serang Branch in implementing this program. 3) Describe the evaluation of the integration of religion and science programs that have been carried out at the Rumah Pintar Al-Ikhlas Serang Branch. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type and program evaluation using the Tyler model. The results and conclusions of this study are: 1) From the evaluation of the program using the Tyler model in the implementation of the integration program of religion and science at the Rumah Pintar Al-Ikhlas Serang Branch, it was found that the fostered children who took part in this program there were visible changes although not so significant. 2) Obstacles experienced by the Rumah Pintar Al-Ikhlas Serang Branch in implementing this program are the lack of expert teaching staff, teaching media, and the lack of enthusiasm for student learning.
