Abstract

The purpose of this study is: to test whether or not there is a go public linkage with the financial performance of the bank and to determine whether there are differences in financial performance of bank go public and non-go public bank.The sample used in this research is a banking company go public and non-go public bank listed in the bank Indonesia and presents the financial statements of the period 2013 to 2015. The results of this study indicate that there is no link to go public with the financial performance of the bank. In addition, there is no difference between the performance of the bank go public with the performance of non-go public banks. In this research using camel minus management method with 4 variables.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance, as well as to know the effect of firm commitment to satisfaction and work discipline. In this research involving 57 respondents, all of whom are employees of community empowerment and village empowerment office in malang regency. Data analysis used is path analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis to confirm indicator that explain construct or variable. Confirmatory factor analysis results show that all indicators of each variable are able to explain the variable of job satisfaction and work discipline, employee performance through company commitment. From the analysis path (path analysis) found that there is influence of job satisfaction on commitment, The influence of work discipline on commitment, The influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, The influence of work discipline on employee performance, The influence of commitment to employee performance. The total influence between work discipline variables on positive employee performance can be interpreted that the higher the discipline of work hence the performance of employees will increase. Keywords: job satisfaction, work discipline, employee performance and commitment

Abstract

Quality of health services can be defined as the degree of perfection of hospital services to meet the needs of the community for health services in accordance with professional standards and service standards by appropriately using appropriate, efficient, and effective hospital resources provided and safe and satisfactory in accordance with the norm , Ethics, law, and socio-culture with due regard to the limitations and capabilities of hospitals and communities.The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Service Quality and Target Patient Safety of Patient Satisfaction at Prima Husada Hospital Malang. Design This research is explanatory research with multiple linear regression approach with total sample of 100 respondents (patient and companion of inpatient) Prima Husada Hospital. The study was conducted from May to July 2017.The results showed that the regression coefficient of service quality variables (B1) is known at 0.110 which indicates the magnitude of the effect of service quality variable on patient satisfaction. The result of the regression coefficient means that service quality has an effect of 0.110 on patient satisfaction, where the effect is positive (unidirectional). The regression coefficient of patient safety target variable (B2) is known as 0,551 indicating the influence of patient safety target variable on patient satisfaction. The result of the regression coefficient means that the patient's safety goal has an effect of 0.551 on patient satisfaction, where the effect is positive (unidirectional). Service quality variable partially significant to patient satisfaction and patient safety target variable partially significant to patient satisfaction. The hypothesis that the quality of service (X1) and patient safety goals (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on patient satisfaction in this research is acceptable. The standardized beta coefficient value of the target patient's safety variable is greater than the standardized beta coefficient beta value of service quality variables. These results mean that the patient's safety goal is a variable that has a dominant effect on patient satisfaction. Value of correlation coefficient (r) equal to 0,904. This shows a positive and strong relationship between service quality variables and patient safety goals with patient satisfaction. Keywords: service quality, patient safety target, and patient satisfaction of Prima Husada Hospital

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: to analyze the influence of integrity, employee loyalty to the leadership policy and its impact on the performance of existing employees in the environment of the Office of Communications and Information Batu City.The sample used in this reasearch is all employees who are in the environment Communications and Information Office Batu City which amounted to 77 people with the method of distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the integrity of employees of the Office of Communications and Information has a significant effect on improving employee performance, the loyalty of employees of the Office of Communications and Informatics have a significant effect on improving employee performance, the integrity of employees of the Office of Communications and Informatics have no significant effect on the policies of leaders, The loyalty of employees of the Office of Communications and Informatics have a significant effect on the leadership policy, as well as the leadership policy of the Office of Communications and Informatics has no significant effect on the improvement of employee performance. Keywords: integrity, loyalty, leadership policy and employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze whether there is influence of training and individual characteristics of employee competence, the effect of training, individual characteristics and competence on employee performance, and the indirect influence of training and individual characteristics on employee performance is mediated by the competence of employees in the environment Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Batu City.The population used in this study is all employees in the environment BPBD Kota Batu by using the census method is to take all existing employees as respondents by distributing questionnaires. This research uses descriptive method of analysis and verification with qualitative approach, and using path analysis. In this research it can be seen that there is influence of training on employee competence of 0,025 and individual characteristics to employee competence equal to - 0,051, influence of training to employee performance equal to 0,196, individual characteristic to employee performance 0,455 and competence to employee performance equal to 0,053, Direct training on the performance of employees mediated by the competence of employees in the environment BPBD Kota Batu is 0.196 + 0.0013 = 0.197 and indirect influence of individual characteristics on the employee performance mediated by the competence of employees in the environment BPBD Kota Batu is 0.455 + 0.024 = 0.479. Keywords: training, individual characteristics, competence and performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: to test How the overall picture of the ratio of the financial period of 2012 to 2016 How the effect of capital asset quality, profitability, liquidity to the performance of sharia commercial banks.The sample used in this research is banking company of sharia bank which is registered in bank indonesia as well as present financial report for period 2012-2016. The results of this study show that in this study, the financial ratios of CAR, and BOPO, for syariah commercial banks have significant effect on ROA, while NPF and LDR have an effect on ROA but not significant on the profitability of sharia foreign exchange bank in Indonesia and using camel minus management method with 4 variables. Keywords: ROA, CAR, NPF, ROA, and LDR

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze 1) the leadership roles characteristics and 2) the influence of the work environment, 3) the performance of employees through work motivation on the Unisma and uin maliki Malang. The hypotheses were 1) the leadership roles influences the performance of employees, 2) the work environment influences on employee performance, 3) the leadership roles influences the work motivation, 4) work environment can influence work motivation, 5) work motivation influences on employee performance and 6 ) the leadership roles and work environment influences the performance of employees through work motivation.This research was a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. Hypothesis was with Path Analysis. The data were obtained by questionnaire given to 113 respondents as permanent employees in Unisma and uin maliki MalangThe results of this study showed that the direct influence: 1) the leadership roles had significant influence on employee performance, namely 35,9%; 2) the work environment had a significant influence on the performance of employees, namely 0,1%, 3) the individual characteristic had significant influence on the work motivation, namely 36,3%; 4) the work environment had a significant influence on the work motivation, namely 63,8%; 5) work motivation had significant influence on the performance of employees, namely 24,7%.. And indirectly influence: 1) the leadership roles had significant influence on the employee performance through work motivation, namely 18,16% 2) work environment had significant influence on the employee performance through work motivation 26,64% Keywords : leadership roles, work environment, employee’s performance, work motivation

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze whether there is influence of human resource development and motivation on the performance of existing employees in the Tourism Department of Batu City.The population used in this study is all employees who are in the environment of the Department of Tourism City of Batu by using the census method is to take all existing employees as respondents. This research uses descriptive method of analysis and verification with qualitative approach, and using multiple linear regression analysis. In this research it can be seen that the development of human resources partially and significantly affect the performance of existing employees in Batu City Tourism Department with obtained tcount 2.131 and p-value 0.037 <0.05 and human motivation partially and significantly affect the performance Employees who exist in Batu City Tourism Department with obtained tcount 2,311 and p-value 0,024 <0,05. While the results of the test f obtained F-count = 4.494 and the value of p-value = 0.015 <0.05 which means the development of human resources and motivation simultaneously affect the performance of employees in Batu City Tourism Department. Keywords: human resource development, motivation and performance.

Democracy as a process has formed the spirit of equality and togetherness in advance in politics, among the many parties democracy elected candidates for legislative members is one that has important meaning in because in this legislative elections in the community given many personal alternatives that have different qualifications For Become vice and fight for their aspirations.Unlike pilpres or pilkada that can choose the decision (ekskutif) then the legislative elections choose the policy controller (legislative), and from the legislative function as a controller of this decision also includes the function of budget compilers (budgeting)The policy of organizing politics in Indonesia provides an opportunity for the people to enjoy a democracy, but problems arise as part of the political dynamic becomes a challenge for organizers to offer a proportional and fair system.The election process of legislative members is not maintained from the very tough competition because of the many tricks done to influence the sympathy of the community and to win as many votes as possible in order to be elected as members of the legislature.In response to the phenomenon it is necessary in the know and examined factors ketokohan factors as factors that greatly influence the decision of choosing.The popularity factor will also have a psychological impact on voters, with the popularity of legislative candidates then it is likely to choose to have a large enough percentage.Educational factors can not be excluded as part of factors that will contribute to legislative candidates to weigh in the parliament. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya anggapan bahwa koperasi di Indonesia yang mayoritas dianggap sebagai badan usaha yang tidak mempunyai daya saing. Kondisi empiris mengungkapkan bahwa koperasi belum bisa mensejahterakan anggotanya sendiri, bahkan banyak koperasi yang mengalami kegagalan dan bubar akibat berbagai faktor.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan perspektif kepada koperasi tentang pentingnya menggarap anggota dengan menggunakan customer focus dengan mempertimbangkan faktor internal dan eksternal yang dimiliki koperasi itu sendiri. Dengan strategi customer focus, koperasi tidak harus memenangkan persaingan dengan cara mencari banyak pelanggan baru, melainkan memenangkan persaingan dengan cara fokus kepada anggota yang loyal. Anggota yang loyal akan tetap bertahan dan mendukung perusahaan bahkan pada saat perusahaan tersebut berada pada kondisi yang paling buruk.Penelitian ini tergolong dalam penelitian kuantitatif, dan termasuk field research dengan pendekatan explanatory atau confirmatory. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 5 bulan, dengan jumlah responden sebesar 133 responden yang terdiri dari pengurus, pengawas, manajer, karyawan dan anggota dari 7 koperasi di kota Batu yang telah dipilih secara purposive. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis dengan bantuan SPSS versi 18.0.Temuan yang dihasilkan adalah strategi customer focus berpengaruh secara signifikan meningkatkan daya saing koperasi. Faktor internal dan eksternal merupakan variabel moderating yang bisa dipakai bersama-sama customer focus untuk menambah peningkatan daya saing koperasi.Beberapa faktor internal dan eksternal pada koperasi perlu dipertahankan dan harus mendapatkan perhatian lebih untuk mendukung keberhasilan pelaksanaan customer focus sehingga koperasi bisa berdaya saing dengan badan usaha lainnya.Kata kunci : customer focus, faktor internal, faktor eksternal, daya saing koperasi. Abstract            This research is motivated by the assumption that the majority of cooperatives in Indonesia are considered as business entities that do not have competitiveness. Empirical conditions reveal that cooperatives have not been able to prosper their own members, even many cooperatives have failed and disbanded due to various factors.The purpose of this study is to provide a perspective to the cooperative about the importance of working on members by using customer focus by considering internal and external factors that are owned by the cooperative itself. With a customer focus strategy, cooperatives do not have to win the competition by finding many new customers, but winning the competition by focusing on loyal members. Loyal members will survive and support the company even when the company is at its worst.This research is classified as quantitative research, and includes field research with an explanatory or confirmatory approach. This research was carried out for 5 months, with the number of respondents amounting to 133 respondents consisting of administrators, supervisors, managers, employees and members of 7 cooperatives in the city of Batu which had been selected purposively. Data analysis used was Path Analysis with the help of SPSS version 18.0.The resulting findings are an influential customer focus strategy that significantly improves the competitiveness of cooperatives. Internal and external factors are moderating variables that can be used together with customer focus to increase cooperative competitiveness.Some internal and external factors in the cooperative need to be maintained and must get more attention to support the successful implementation of customer focus so that cooperatives can be competitive with other business entities.Keyword : customer focus, internal factors, external factors, cooperative competitiveness
