Abstract

This study examines the effect of satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance, as well as to know the effect of firm commitment to satisfaction and work discipline. In this research involving 57 respondents, all of whom are employees of community empowerment and village empowerment office in malang regency. Data analysis used is path analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis to confirm indicator that explain construct or variable. Confirmatory factor analysis results show that all indicators of each variable are able to explain the variable of job satisfaction and work discipline, employee performance through company commitment. From the analysis path (path analysis) found that there is influence of job satisfaction on commitment, The influence of work discipline on commitment, The influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, The influence of work discipline on employee performance, The influence of commitment to employee performance. The total influence between work discipline variables on positive employee performance can be interpreted that the higher the discipline of work hence the performance of employees will increase. Keywords: job satisfaction, work discipline, employee performance and commitment

Abstract

Quality of health services can be defined as the degree of perfection of hospital services to meet the needs of the community for health services in accordance with professional standards and service standards by appropriately using appropriate, efficient, and effective hospital resources provided and safe and satisfactory in accordance with the norm , Ethics, law, and socio-culture with due regard to the limitations and capabilities of hospitals and communities.The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Service Quality and Target Patient Safety of Patient Satisfaction at Prima Husada Hospital Malang. Design This research is explanatory research with multiple linear regression approach with total sample of 100 respondents (patient and companion of inpatient) Prima Husada Hospital. The study was conducted from May to July 2017.The results showed that the regression coefficient of service quality variables (B1) is known at 0.110 which indicates the magnitude of the effect of service quality variable on patient satisfaction. The result of the regression coefficient means that service quality has an effect of 0.110 on patient satisfaction, where the effect is positive (unidirectional). The regression coefficient of patient safety target variable (B2) is known as 0,551 indicating the influence of patient safety target variable on patient satisfaction. The result of the regression coefficient means that the patient's safety goal has an effect of 0.551 on patient satisfaction, where the effect is positive (unidirectional). Service quality variable partially significant to patient satisfaction and patient safety target variable partially significant to patient satisfaction. The hypothesis that the quality of service (X1) and patient safety goals (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on patient satisfaction in this research is acceptable. The standardized beta coefficient value of the target patient's safety variable is greater than the standardized beta coefficient beta value of service quality variables. These results mean that the patient's safety goal is a variable that has a dominant effect on patient satisfaction. Value of correlation coefficient (r) equal to 0,904. This shows a positive and strong relationship between service quality variables and patient safety goals with patient satisfaction. Keywords: service quality, patient safety target, and patient satisfaction of Prima Husada Hospital

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze whether there is influence of training and individual characteristics of employee competence, the effect of training, individual characteristics and competence on employee performance, and the indirect influence of training and individual characteristics on employee performance is mediated by the competence of employees in the environment Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Batu City.The population used in this study is all employees in the environment BPBD Kota Batu by using the census method is to take all existing employees as respondents by distributing questionnaires. This research uses descriptive method of analysis and verification with qualitative approach, and using path analysis. In this research it can be seen that there is influence of training on employee competence of 0,025 and individual characteristics to employee competence equal to - 0,051, influence of training to employee performance equal to 0,196, individual characteristic to employee performance 0,455 and competence to employee performance equal to 0,053, Direct training on the performance of employees mediated by the competence of employees in the environment BPBD Kota Batu is 0.196 + 0.0013 = 0.197 and indirect influence of individual characteristics on the employee performance mediated by the competence of employees in the environment BPBD Kota Batu is 0.455 + 0.024 = 0.479. Keywords: training, individual characteristics, competence and performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze whether there is influence of human resource development and motivation on the performance of existing employees in the Tourism Department of Batu City.The population used in this study is all employees who are in the environment of the Department of Tourism City of Batu by using the census method is to take all existing employees as respondents. This research uses descriptive method of analysis and verification with qualitative approach, and using multiple linear regression analysis. In this research it can be seen that the development of human resources partially and significantly affect the performance of existing employees in Batu City Tourism Department with obtained tcount 2.131 and p-value 0.037 <0.05 and human motivation partially and significantly affect the performance Employees who exist in Batu City Tourism Department with obtained tcount 2,311 and p-value 0,024 <0,05. While the results of the test f obtained F-count = 4.494 and the value of p-value = 0.015 <0.05 which means the development of human resources and motivation simultaneously affect the performance of employees in Batu City Tourism Department. Keywords: human resource development, motivation and performance.

Abstract

AbstractThe sample used is 194 employees of PT PLN (Persero) Main Unit Development of East Part Network and Bali I (UIP JBTB I). Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan disiplin kerja, motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan kinerja guru 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara motivasi terhadap kinerja  guru 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara gaya kepimpinan terhadap kinerja guru 5) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru 6) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara disiplin kerja, motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan organisasi terhadap kinerja guru.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kota Batu yang memiliki status PNS dan Non PNS, dimana jumlah pegawai yang memiliki status PNS yaitu sebanyak 41 dan non PNS yaitu sebanyak 31 pegawai, dengan menggunakan total sampling atau sensus sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji F dan uji t.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut :1) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja kinerja guru, artinya semakin meningkatnya disiplin kerja guru maka kinerja guru akan mengalami peningkatan 2) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, artinya semakin meningkatnya motivasi kerja guru maka kinerja guru akan mengalami peningkatan. 3) Gaya kepimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, artinya semakin baiknya gaya kepemimpinan maka kinerja guru akan mengalami peningkatan4) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, artinya semakin baiknya budaya organisasi guru maka kinerja guru akan mengalami peningkatan 5) Terdapat pengaruh antara disiplin kerja, motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan organisasi terhadap kinerja guru.Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Kinerja Guru Abstract            This study purposeswere 1) to describe the work discipline, motivation, leadership style, organizational culture and teacher’s performance,  2) to determine the effect of work discipline on teacher’s performance, 3) to determine the effect of motivation on teacher’s performance, 4) to determine the effect of leadership style on teacher’s performance, 5) to determine the effect of organizational culture on teacher’s performance, 6) to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation, leadership style and organizationalculture on teacher’s performance.            This study population was teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri(Public Islamic Senior High School) at Batu City with government and non government teachers status. The government teachers were 41 people and non and government teachers were 31 people. Total sampling or census method was used to choose the entire population as research samples. Data analysis technique was multiple linear regression analysis with F test and t test.            The research results and discussion generate following conclusion. First, Work discipline affects on teacher’s performance, it means that higher work discipline will increase theteacher's performance. Second, motivation affects on teacher’sperformance, it means that higher motivation will increase theteacher's performance. Third, leadership style affect on teacher's performance, it means that better leadership style will increase the teacher's performance. Forth,organizational culture affect on teacher's performance, it means that better the organizational culture  will increase the teacher's performance. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh kwbijKn pimpinan serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja dan integritas guru SD di Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PNS pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang berada di lingkungan Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu yang berjumlah 145 orang dengan metode penyebaran kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) ada pengaruh antara kebijakan pimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Dasar yang berada di kecamatan junrejo Kota Batu, 2 )ada pengaruh antara kebijakan pimpinan terhadap integritas guru Sekolah Dasar yang berada di kecamatan junrejo Kota Batu, 3) ada pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar yang berada di kecamatan junrejo Kota Batu, 4) ada pengaruh antara integritas yang dimiliki guru terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar yang berada di kecamatan junrejo Kota Batu, 5) ada pengaruh antara kebijakan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru Sekolah dasar yang ada di Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu, 6) ada dampak antara kebijakan terhadap kinerja guru yang ada di sekolah dasar se Wilayah Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu.Kata kunci : Kebijakan, Kepuasan Kerja,Integritas dan kinerja Abstract            The purpose of this study are: to analyze the influence of the influence of leadership and its impact on performance through job satisfaction and integrity of elementary school teachers in Junrejo District, Batu City.             The sample used in this study were civil servant teachers in public elementary schools located in the Junrejo sub-district of Batu city, amounting to 145 people with questionnaire distribution method. Abstract

The tourism industry in Indonesia is currently growing very rapidly, this will have an impact on the growth in the hospitality industry that rapidly anyway. The growth in the hospitality industry will increase the intensity of the competition. The intensity of the competition which will require the support of competent human resources.  A competent human resources is the intellectual capital that improve competitiveness. The existence of cultural organizations that support the development of knowledge and skills of human resources, is very strategic. Intellectual capital will be able to improve the financial performance of the hospitality.This research aims to test the influence of intellectual capital on performance corporate hospitality. In addition the study also tested the influence of intellectual capital on performance by adding a variable hospitality company organizational culture as moderation. This research uses data panel (includes time series data and cross section) that includes eight samples the hospitality industry during the years 2012-2015. A method of data analysis in this study uses the approach of Partial Least Squares (PLS).Research results revealed that Intellectual Capital effect significantly to financial performance, but the culture of the organization is not able to strengthen or weaken the influence of Intellectual Capital (VAIC ™) against the financial performance of the company's hospitality. Keywords: Intellectual Capital, financial performance, organizational culture.

Abstract

            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek terhadap minat beli ulang sepatu merek Adidas pada toko Sport Station Dinoyo, Malang. 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sepatu Adidas pada toko Sport Station Dinoyo, Malang. 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh minat beli ulang terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sepatu Adidas pada toko Sport Station Dinoyo, Malang. 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek terhadap minat beli ulang melalui variabel intervening kepuasan pelanggan sepatu Adidas pada toko Sport Station Dinoyo, Malang.            Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, berjenis deskriptif. Dikarenakan pendekatan kuantitaf sebab pendekatan yang digunakan di dalam usulan penelitian proses, hipotesis, turun ke lapangan, analisa data dan kesimpulan data sampai dengan penulisannya menggunakan aspek pengukuran, perhitungan, rumus dan kepastian data numerik. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelanggan took Sport Station Dinoyo, Malang yang diambil sebanyak 120 responden dengan menggunakan non Probability Sampling.            Hasil pengujian pengaruh tidak langsung citra merek terhadap minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan dengan arah positif antara citra merek terhadap minat beli ulang melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Artinya, apabila citra merek semakin baik diikuti dengan kepuasan pelanggan yang semakin tinggi maka minat beli ulang akan semakin meningkat. Sebaliknya apabila citra merek semakin tidak baik diikuti dengan kepuasan pelanggan yang semakin rendah maka minat beli ulang akan semakin menurun.Kata kunci : citra merek, minat beli ulang, kepuasan pelanggan ABSTRACT            This study aims to find out 1) To analyze the influence of brand image on the interest to repurchase Adidas brand shoes at the Dinoyo Sport Station store, Malang. 2) To analyze the effect of brand image on customer satisfaction on Adidas shoes at the Dinoyo Sport Station store, Malang. 3) To analyze the effect of repurchase interest in customer satisfaction on Adidas shoes at the Dinoyo Sport Station store, Malang. 4) To analyze the effect of brand image on repurchasing interest through the intervening variable of Adidas shoe customer satisfaction at the Dinoyo Sport Station store, Malang.            This study uses a quantitative approach, descriptive type. Due to the quantitative approach because the approach used in the proposed research process, hypothesis, down to the field, analyzing data and conclusions of the data up to the writing using measurement, calculation, formula and certainty of numerical data. The population in this study were Dinoyo Sport Station shop customers, Malang, which were taken as many as 120 respondents using non Probability Sampling.            The results of testing the indirect influence of brand image on repurchasing interest through customer satisfaction can be concluded that there is a significant indirect effect with a positive direction between brand image and repurchase interest through customer satisfaction. That is, if the brand image gets better followed by higher customer satisfaction, the interest in repurchasing will increase. Conversely, if the brand image is increasingly not well followed by customer satisfaction, the lower the interest in repurchasing will decrease.

Abstract

Abstrak Upaya yang dilakukan pondok pesantren dalam pembentukan sumber daya manusia sangatlah memungkinkan, karena hal yang sangat utama dilakukan adalah pembinaan akhlak dan kedisiplinan yang tinggi sebagai salah satu faktor penting untuk menarik minat mondok masyarakat sekitarnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Untuk memberikan bukti bahwa pengaruh dari manajemen pesantren terpadu dalam hal sarpras, humas, kurikulum, kesiswaan dan biaya terhadap figur kyai. Adapun objek penelitiannya adalah masyarakat di Kecamatan Tumpang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan survei dan menggunakan kuisioner. Kuisioner dibagikan kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Tumpang sebanyak 51 sampel yang diambil dari 12 desa dalam satu Kecamatan Tumpang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hasil variabel sarana dan prasarana menunjukkan bahwa variabel tersebut berpengaruh secara parsial dan positif terhadapt figur kyai. Sedangkan untuk variabel hubungan masyarakat berpengaruh secara tidak signifikan terhadap figur kyai. Lebih lanjut pada variabel kurikulum, kesiswaan, dan biaya juga berpengaruh secara tidak signifikan terhadap figur seorang kyai. Sedangkan untuk hasil dari variabel sarpras, humas, kurikulum, kesiswaan dan biaya berpengaruh secara bersama-sama atau secara simultan terhadap figur kyai. Hasil dari variabel sarpras, humas, kurikulum, kesiswaan dan biaya  berpengaruh secara bersama-sama atau secara simultan terhadap figur kyai. Disarankan kepada Ketua lembaga pesantren terpadu agar membuat suasana dan metode belajar yang mendukung dengan adanya sarana dan prasarana, humas, dan kurikulum yang baik maka santri tidak mudah bosan dalam melaksanakan proses belajar.Kata Kunci: Sarana Prasarana, Humas, Kurikulum, Kesiswaan, Biaya AbstractThe efforts made by Islamic boarding schools in the formation of human resources are very possible, because the main thing to do is high moral and disciplinary development as one of the important factors to attract the interest of the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to provide evidence that the influence of boarding school management is integrated in terms of sarpras, public relations, curriculum, student affairs and fees towards kyai figures. The object of the research is the people in Tumpang District. Data collection in this study was using surveys and using questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed to the community in Tumpang Subdistrict with 51 samples taken from 12 villages in one Tumpang Subdistrict. The results of the study show that the results of the facilities and infrastructure variables indicate that these variables have a partial and positive effect on the kyai figures. Whereas for the public relations variable it does not significantly influence the clerics figure. Furthermore, the curriculum, student, and cost variables also have an insignificant influence on the figure of a cleric. As for the results of the variable sarpras, public relations, curriculum, student affairs and costs have an effect on jointly or simultaneously on the cleric figures. The results of the variable sarpras, public relations, curriculum, student affairs and costs have an effect together or simultaneously on the kyai figures. It is recommended to the Chair of an integrated boarding school to create an atmosphere and learning method that supports the existence of facilities and infrastructure, public relations, and a good curriculum so that the santri is not easily bored in carrying out the learning process.Keywords: Infrastructure, Public Relations, Curriculum, Student Affairs, Fees
