Abstract

Kompetensi Guru merupakan salah satu hal yang mempengaruhi peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Semakin tinggi Kompetensi yang dimiliki Guru maka kefektivitan Pembelajaran juga akan semakin tinggi. Namun bukan hanya Kompetensi Guru saja yang mempengaruhi Efektivitas Pembelajaran akan tetapi Fasilitas Belajar yang disediakan dalam proses pembelajaran juga mempengaruhi peserta didik untuk mengembangkan kompetensi yang dimilikinya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu “Untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh Kompetensi Guru dan Fasilitas Belajar Terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Siswa Kelas X SMAN 1 Tulungagung”. Desain penelitian yang di gunakan bersifat deskriptif berjenis riset eksplanatori dengan metode survey. Data di ambil menggunakan kuesioner melalu google form dengan responden berjumlah 61 orang, dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah tehnik Simple Random Sampling. Metode analisis data yang di gunakan adalah regresi Linear berganda. Metode pengumpulan data masing-masing variabel menggunakan angket (kuisioner). Hasil penelitian Uji t terbukti bahwa ( Kompetensi Guru X1 ) nilai thitung (4,622) > ttabel (2,002) dan ( Fasilitas Belajar X2 ) nilai thitung (3,219) > ttabel (2,002) dapat disimpulkan secara parsial bahwa “ada pengaruh Kompetensi Guru dan Fasilitas Belajar Terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Siswa Kelas X SMAN 1 Tulungagung Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020”. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung (69,229) > Ftabel (3,16). Hal ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif variabel Kompetensi Guru dan Fasilitas Belajar Terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Siswa Kelas X SMAN 1 Tulungagung Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Hal tersebut juga ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengujian regresi linier berganda yang menunjukkan bahwa koefisien determinasi (Adjusr R square) sebesar 0,705. Nilai Adjusted R square dikalikan 100% menjadi 70,5%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai masukan bagi mahasiswa, dan kepada dosen pengampu mata kuliah yang bersangkutan, serta sebagai referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Abstract : Consumptive behavior is the behavior of someone who consumes and possesses goods that are less needed just to fulfill the desires of pleasure and desire only to achieve maximum satisfaction. The problem in this study based on preliminary research shows that consumer behavior in online shopping is quite high. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the effect of economic literacy on consumer behavior of the University of Bhinneka PGRI Tulungagung University Economic Education Study Program 2019/2020 (2) the effect of self-control on the consumer behavior of the University of Bhinneka PGRI Tulungagung University Academic Education Study Program 2019/2020 (3) the effect of economic literacy and self-control on the consumptive behavior of the University of Bhinneka PGRI Tulungagung University Economic Education Study Program 2019/2020 academic. year. The research method uses quantitative research. The population in this study is all students of the Economic Education study program at Bhinneka University PGRI Tulungagung academic year 2019/2020 a number of 356 students. The number of samples in this study were 78 students. The research instrument in the study was using a questionnaire method. Assessment scores use a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research shows that in partial of economic literacy (X1) has no effect on consumptive behavior (Y). While the self control influential on the consumptive behavior (Y). It was significant influence negative and between economic literacy and self control to the consumptive behavior of 41,8%. This research is expected that students can reduce their consumptive behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning entrepreneurship and productive skills on entrepreneurial character in the tenth grade students of Smkn 2 Tulungagung. This research is categorized as a quantitative descriptive study with a population of 102 students who are students of class XI tkro Smkn 2 Tulungagung. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and questionnaire techniques. Data collection methods using questionnaire questionnaire, the instrument used in the form of questions with answers that have been available answers consisting of 5 (five) options with scoring = answer a score 5, answer b score 4, answer c score 3, answer d score 2, answer e score 1. The sum of each variable 8 and 9 questions so that the lowest value is 8 and the highest value is 45. To find out the relationship between the two variables X and Y use the Likert scale formula. From the results of multiple linear regression tests can be seen from the table "coefficients", obtained equation Y = 10.830 + 0.305X1 + 0.492X2 where (a) is a constant of 10.830 states that if the independent variable (entrepreneurial learning and productive skills) is 0 (zero) then the value of the dependent variable (entrepreneurial character) of 10,830, (b1) is a regression coefficient of X1 regression coefficient 0.305 states that each addition of one unit of variable X1 assuming other variables X2 is constant then this will affect the increase in the magnitude of y by 0.305 and (b2) a regression coefficient of X2 0.492 regression coefficient states that each addition of one unit of variable X2 assuming another variable (X1) is constant then this will affect the increase in the amount of Y by 0.492. Because it can be given to students of class XI SMK Negeri 2 Tulungagung.

Abstract

Poverty is a major problem faced by all countries including Indonesia. One of the poverty alleviation programs in Indonesia is the Family of Hope Program (PKH). Central Java Province is one of the provinces that has a relatively high number of poor people among the provinces in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to examine the success of the PKH Program in poverty alleviation efforts in Central Java. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in poverty alleviation efforts through PKH policies in Central Java Province, starting from the education, health and social welfare components. The theory used in this study is the vicious circle theory of poverty. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and study documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Wonosobo Regency, Central Java Province has succeeded in reducing poverty levels in addition to that the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Wonosobo Regency has run quite well. But in reality there are still many Beneficiary Families (KPM) who depend on PKH assistance, given that such assistance is only temporary and is more focused on breaking the poverty chain. Abstract

This study aims to determine the satisfaction of buyers who are influenced by the quality of service and the atmosphere of the location at the Asih Depot in Tulungagung, East Java. This research is a quantitative research. A total of 96 respondents in this study were sampled from some buyers of the Asih Depot. The population in this study are Depot Asih buyers. The sampling technique in this study uses the method of accidental sampling. The research variables are Service Quality (X1), Location Atmosphere (X2), and Buyer Satisfaction (Y). Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaire methods (questionnaire) to obtain data on Service Quality, Location Atmosphere and Buyer Satisfaction. Data analysis techniques using the SPSS version 21 for windows.The results of data analysis in this study indicate simultaneously F_count (15.315)> F_tabel (3.09) and a significant level of 0.000 ˂ 0.05, so that it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on Service Quality and Location Atmosphere Against Buyer Satisfaction at the Asset Depot in Tulungagung Regency, East Java.

Essay Economic Education. UNIVERSITY BHINNEKA PGRI. Advisor: Maria Agatha S W, M.Pd., M.M Peer association is life side by side with people that are around us that affect out lives and have is positive impacts such as students studying together or doing other benefical and negative activities such as carrying out economic activities tend to behave consumptive. Whereas lifestyle is a way someone spends the time and the use of money owned, shared students who are not able to control lifestyle and have relationship negative peers so they only think of momentary pleasures and unable to distinguish between needs and desires because of that classified in consumptive behavior for the sake of paralleling or aligning the situation with these peers. This research aims to analyze the effect of peer relationship and lifestyle on behavior consumptive economic education students VIII semester UNIVERSITY BHINNEKA PGRI Academic Year 2019/2020 Data collection method in this research is using a questionnaire. The research method uses multiple linier regression analysis. (Test) proven peer association value t count (4,435) > t table (2,017), lifestyle t value (3,435)> t table (2,017) can be concluded partially "there is influence the significant peer group and lifestyle towards behavior consumptive economic VIII semester education students". Simultaneously (Test F) proved the value of F calculate (49,142) F table (3,21) this shows "there is influence significant between peer relationships and lifestyle to behavior consumptive economic VIII semester education students". Coefficient of determination (R2) for peer relations and lifestyle for consumptive behavior student proven .696. Adjusted R Square value multiplied by 100% to 69,9%. While the remaining 30,4% is influenced by other variables outside this research. Thus the results of this study can be concluded "Yes significant influence of peer association and lifestyle on consumptive behavior of economic education students semester VIII UNIVERSITY BHINNEKA PGRI Academic Year 2019/2020". Results this research can be used as input for students, as well as for reference for researchers next.

Abstract

A budget is a design that is structured in the form of numbers and is expressed in terms of monetary units that cover all of the company's activities within a certain time span. Budgeting stage is a stage that is very important because a budget that is not effective and does not lead to performance can result in failure of programs or activities that have been prepared. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of budget effectiveness at the 2017-2018 Borobudur Conservation Center in realizing the budget per activity-output. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method with effectiveness measurement calculations. The results showed that the realization of the budget per activity-output of the Borobudur Conservation Center in 2017 and 2018 on average as a whole was carried out effectively and the programmed activities had been realized in accordance with the planned objectives.
