Abstract

The discussion on philanthropy is not something new, but there have been several works in the form of books, articles and scholarly research that discuss philanthropy, but the author has not found the results of someone's research on the meaning and implementation of alms in secret as a form of philanthropy in the Qur'an, so the author needs to make a discussion regarding this theme. Starting from this problem, the author needs to examine more deeply about the implementation of alms in secret as a form of philanthropy in the Qur'an. To answer this problem, the researcher uses the thematic method, namely by discussing a certain theme thoroughly and aiming to solve the problems raised, and get a conclusion and it can be used as a guide, with the Library Research. The results of the findings of this study are a form of giving in secret and intended for the poor, as a form of philanthropy, so this gift contains a very noble value for the giver, because it can prevent the birth of showing off and wanting to be praised, as well as maintaining the dignity of the person who receives it. Abstract

Pesantren, which is a typical educational institution in Indonesia, has played a major role in the intellectual life of the nation's children. Both intelligent in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. Pesantren has two main focuses in implementing learning programs, namely the learning aspect and the educational aspect. Related to learning, students as subjects in Islamic boarding schools get cognitive knowledge through recitation forums, both classical and sorogan. Meanwhile, in the educational aspect, students gain knowledge and experience related to the affective and psychomotor domains from the boarding education system where students spend the most time interacting with fellow students, ustadz and kiai. Santri when doing activities in the dormitory are required to be independent and responsible. This study intends to describe the management of boarding school management in the formation of the independent character of students. The conclusion obtained by the researcher is that proper planning, organization, implementation, assessment and evaluation as well as the synergy between dormitories, schools and mosques are the keys to the success of pesantren in the pattern of forming the character of the independence of students. Abstract

As a center of Islamic civilization, mosque must be well organized. Because the function of the mosque is not only for ritual activities but also it can be used as a place to give good education about Islam to produce future generation with a good faith and believe in Allah ﷻ. Abstract

In order to increase religious values ​​in schools, it is necessary to hold religious activities. Religious activities are described based on the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 55 of 2007 concerning Religious Education and Religious Education and the National Education System Article 3 No. 20 of 2003, national education functions to develop capabilities and shape the character and civilization of a dignified nation in the context of educating the nation's life, aiming at developing the potential of students to become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable. , creative, independent, and become a democratic and responsible citizen.” Therefore, religious activities must be formed and implemented in order to achieve the goals of national education. Given the unfinished covid-19 pandemic and education has entered the new normal, so that religious activities run optimally but by complying with health protocols, it is necessary to revitalize religious activities. Revitalization is an update step in previous activities so that students return to remembering tahlil readings, prayers and prayers that have not been done for a long time due to the lockdown. Abstract

Lack of public awareness of the importance of social economy both in a broad scope and in a small scope, namely in society is a real problem for a country. Because the small and medium-sized business sector is a milestone for basic-level business actors. This causes the lack of community economic actors, as evidenced by the increasing number of rural communities and/or people with a low economy leaving their activities such as farming, trading and small fishermen. They prefer to do instant business such as wandering and playing stocks and sometimes exceeding the limit by violating Islamic law. Thus, the application of populist economics in the pawn contract system based on the Qur'an with thematic studies, as a solution to overcome the economic problems of the people who are spared from the practice of usury. Abstract

Legality Derived from the word "legal" which means legal, valid according to law. While legality itself is legitimacy, legality. So "Legality" can be interpreted as a legitimacy or validity of a law based on State Law or the ideological source of a group. M. Quraish Shihab's interpretation process in legalizing the "Merry Christmas" greeting using QS. Maryam 33 through several methods including, using "Dalalah Lafadz 'Am, Syaddud dzaraI', and the rules of Maqashidul Lafdzi fiqh 'Ala Niatil Lafidz". With the latter method he interprets who is allowed or not to say "Merry Christmas". Like other contemporary commentators in interpreting the Qur'an, he also considers harmony and harmony between religious communities. None of the classical and contemporary scholars have stated that it is permissible to say "Merry Christmas" by saying that it has been approved by Al-Qur'an. The Qur'an is even recommended using the QS argument. Maryam verse 33 as used by M. Quraish Shihab in legalizing the saying. Ulama' who allow it only consider this as a form of "Mujamalah and Muhasanah" only. Because it is seen from the interpretation of the verse that none of the scholars interprets that the verse is a verse that approves the greeting of Merry Christmas, and also by looking at the history of the "Christmas" celebration.
