Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar konstribusi kekuatan otot perut dan kelentukan pinggang secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan tendangan lurus Atlet Pencak Silat SMI Komwil Kota Padang Unit/tempat Polresta Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Atlet Pencak Silat SMI Komwil Kota Padang unit/tempat Polresta Padang yang berjumlah 30 orang (23 orang putra dan 7 orang putri). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik porposive sampling atlet putera saja yang berjumlah 20 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengukur variabel bebas kekuatan otot perut dengan Instrumen Tes Sit Up,  Kelentukan pinggang dengan Tes Trunk Extention (angkat badan atas), dan variabel terikat tendangan lurus dengan tes kemampuan tendangan lurus. Hasil data dan pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi ganda dengan tarag signifikan α = 0,05. Dari penelitian tersebut diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: 1. Terdapatnya konstribusi kekuatan otot perut sebesar 27% terhadap tendangan lurus. 2. Terdapatnya konstribusi kelentukan pinggang sebesar 24% terhadap tendangan lurus. 3. Terdapatnya konstribusi kekuatan otot perut dan kelentukan pinggang secara bersama-sama sebesar 38% terhadap tendangan lurus Atlet Pencak Silat SMI Komwil Kota Padang unit/tempat Polresta Padang.

Abstract

Suatu Graf Jahangir J(n,m) untuk n ≥ 2, m  ≥ 2 adalah suatu graf  dengan (nm  + 1) titik yaitu graf yang  terdiri dari  satu Cycle  (Cnm ) dengan menambahkan satu titik yang bertetangga ke m titik dari  Cnm yang  berjarak n satu sama  lain di Cnm . Suatu graf dikatakan rainbow connected, jika setiap lintasan yang  menghubungkan dua  titik u, v di G memuat rainbow u-v path  dan  suatu graf dikatakan strong rainbow connected, yang jika  terdapat suatu lintasan dengan panjang d(u, v) yang  menghubungkan dua  titik u, v memuat  rainbow u-v  geodesic. Pada  makalah ini  diperoleh batas atas untuk bilangan 2   rc(J2,m ) dan  src(J2,m ), dengan 2 ≤ m ≤ 8 yaitu rc(J2,m ) = src(J2,m ) = m + 1 untuk 2   m = 4k − 2, rc(J2,m ) = src(J2,m ) ≤ m + 2 untuk m = 4k dan  rc(J2,m ) = src(J2,m ) ≤ m−1   2      + 2 untuk m  ganjil.   Kata kunci: Graf  Jahangir, rainbow  connection number,  strong  rainbow      connection  number

Abstract

This was a case study research that had purposes to describe the students’ learning styles (Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic) tendency or the most dominant style and analyze quantitatively and qualitatively in the English subjects at the English Literature Students’ of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Bahasa Asing Persada Bunda Pekanbaru. The data were collected by giving a quetionnaire that was based on the learning styles indicators. The questionnaire was given on Thursday and Wednesday on the October 11 to 12 2017. There were 120 population and 41 samples. The result of the research showed that among 41 students, 15 of them had Auditory learning style, 10 of them were Kinesthetic and 4 of them were Visual. Meanwhile, the rest of them, 12 were the combination between 2 styles. It meant that they had the same amount of two learning styles.

Abstract

CRM application program (Customer Relationship Management) Business Chips in Tempe Tino is a web-based program, wherein the application program is intended as an alternative option and is expected to replace the manual work processes.Within the scope of a highly competitive business nowadays Tempe Chips Enterprises Tino applying the concept of CRM is as a step to maintain good cooperative relationship with the customer.The purpose and function of the design of this CRM is to improve service to customers in order to maximize profits for the company. While the goal is for customers to be able to facilitate aspects of the transaction and to be able to submit complaints and dissatisfaction with the services obtained.

Abstract

Tugas-tugas yang bagus dan jelas dapat membantu siswa dan guru dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis tugas yang terdapat didalam buku “Active English” dan karakteristik nya. Desain dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ceklis evaluasi dari 3 orang penilai; dosen, guru, dan peneliti sendiri. Kemudian, data diolah dengan cara mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis tugas yang terdapat didalam buku “Active English”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa didalam buku siswa“Active English” terdapat (1) tugas-tugas Listening skill  yang terdiri dari ‘Recognizing phonological and morphological elements’, ‘multiple choice’, dan ‘information transfer’, (2) tugas-tugas Speaking skill yang terdiri dari ‘conversation’ dan ‘uncompleted short story’, (3) tugas-tugas Reading skill yang terdiri dari ‘Reading aloud’, ‘written response’, ‘picture-cued item’, dan ‘short answer question’, (4) tugas-tugas Writing skill  yang terdiri dari ‘Task in (hand) writing letters, words and punctuation’, ‘anagram with picture’, dan ‘gap filling with pictures’, dan , (5) terdapat karakteristik dari aspek meaning, difficulties, coherence, unity, beginning and end yang bagus. Namun karakteristik dari aspek outcome  hanya dijelaskan secara umum diawal pembahasan materi. Kesimpulan nya adalah tugas-tugas didalam buku “Active English” kelas 4 Sekolah dasar sudah bervariasi dan karakteristik nya sudah bagus secara umum. Key Words : Analysis, Tasks, Course Book.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Principal Leadership Role in Efforts to Improve PerformanceTeachers In Junior-IT Amanah River City Full. Formulation of the problem in this research is how the Principal Leadership Role In Improving Teacher Working At SMP-IT Amanah River City Full. In Leadership Role Principal then it must be based on indicators Role of Leadership Principal: (1). Principal As Edukatot, (2). Principal As a manager, (3). As Principal Administrator, (4).Principal As Supervisor, (5). Principal As a Leader, (6). Principal For Innovators, (7). Principal As a motivator. From these results it is suggested: (1). Principal in order to understand the condition of the teacher well, has the ability to take decisions that are participatory, and has the ability to communicate well so intertwined harmonious cooperation between principals and teachers. (2). Principal should have a firmness in the dilakkan sanctions by the teacher if there is a violation of school rules that have been set together, such as in the case of late in attendance that do not fit the specified order. (3). Principal should be able to provide motivation to teachers so motivated to improve performance. In the form of awards either praise or reward, such as the election of an exemplary teacher. (4). Abstract

Penelitian ini ditulis untuk mengetahui apakah hasil belajar KKPI siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan pendekatan student centered learning (SCL) melalui metode pembelajaran discovery lebih baik dari hasil belajar KKPI yang pembelajarannya menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas XI TKJ SMKN 2 Padang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Populasinya adalah siswa kelas XI TKJ sebanyak tiga kelas. Dari tiga kelas dipilih dua kelas sampel karena mempunyai variansi yang homogen dan jumlah siswa yang sama yaitu kelas XI TKJ1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI TKJ3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan tes, data diolah dengan uji perbedaan (t-test). Berdasarkan perhitungan t-test diperoleh t hitung 2,424 dan t-tabel 2,000 dalam taraf kepercayaan 0,05, sehingga t hitung > t tabel. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan penggunaan Pendekatan Student Centered Learning (SCL) melalui  Metode Pembelajaran Discovery memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa  pada mata pelajaran KKPI kelas XI TKJ SMKN 2 Padang.   Kata Kunci: Pendekatan Student Centered Learning, Discovery, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data and information about the level of formal education, as well as providing employee motivation and employee performance in the Office of the South Tapanuli DPRD Office and to know the relationship of formal education and work motivation to the performance of employees in the South Tapanuli DPRD Office. This research was conducted in South Tapanuli DPRD Office with total sample of 75 people and the instrument used was questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was tested using Moment Correlation Technique with a result of 0.14. The data analysis technique used is F test at significant alpha level of 0.05. The results obtained show that the arithmetic F calculate is greater than F-table (18.3> 3.13). With degrees of freedom dk = 72 (n-k-1) k = 2, = 75 at a significant level of 95% and alpha 5%. Thus a hypothesis stating "there is a positive relationship between formal education and work motivation on employee performance in the South Tapanuli DPRD Office" is acceptable. It is clear that if formal education and employee motivation improved, it will be able to improve the performance of employees in Padang Sidempuan Mayor’s Office. Thus, formal education needs to be improved as well as motivation to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This research is motivated because not yet achievied the goal of mathematics learning especially students mathematical communication ability. Mathematical communication needs to be the focus of attention in the learning process of mathematics. However, the learning process has not been able to facilitate students to develop mathematical communication ability. One of the learning strategies that can accommodate the aspects in communicating mathematics is Learning Start With A Question (LSQ) strategy. The purpose of this research is to find out whether students mathematical communication ability by applying Learning Start With A Question (LSQ) strategy is better than using conventional learning. This type of research is experimental research. Population in this research is students of class XI MIPA SMAN 3 Teladan Bukittinggi. Sampling is done by simple random sampling technique. The result of this research show that students mathematical communication ability by applying Learning Start With A Question (LSQ) strategy is better than using conventional learning. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah media pembelajaran berbasis web pada SMK YPN Belinyu yang efektif. Desain Penelitian ini menggunakan four-D yang langkah-langkahnya terdiri dari define, design, develop, dan dissemination. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dimana data yang didapatkan langsung dari sumbernya, yaitu sekolah, guru, pakar dan siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriftif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan keefektifan pada media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah sebuah media berbasis web yang digunakan untuk pembelajaran secara online. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan  bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis web efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa yang juga berimplikasi pada meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa dengan diperoleh perbandingan hasil preetest dan posttest terdapat peningkatan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 38%.
