Abstract

Business growth is a process to business success. Cooperative as a business entity in the form of business entity, has a good growth indicator of profitability aspect size organization, the amount of human resources, asset growth, credibility in the eyes of finance institutions and others. This study aims to describe the growth of cooperatives from the point of view of the credibility of financing from external financing. This research uses descriptive analysis. The condition of external financing credibility is described from the results of a survey of 34 cooperative management representatives in Pangandaran Regency. Interviews were conducted on cooperative management and Section Head of Protection and Empowerment of Cooperatives in Pangandaran Regency. The results showed that the level of trust of external financing to cooperatives in Pangandaran Regency is 38.82%. This shows that the trust of external parties in providing capital loans is still lacking. Keywords: Business Growth, External Financing Credibility

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of each a Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) and Earning Per Share (EPS) of the Stock Return on Food and Beverage companies registered in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2012-2016. This research was conducted using secondary data. Sample selection technique used is purposive sampling technique, from 14 companies only taken eight companies that match the criteria used. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study have fulfilled classical assumption test. This research also used hypothesis test the are partial test and simultaneous test. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23:00 for windows. From the regression results indicate that the Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) and Earning Per Share (EPS) respectively no significant effect on Stock Return and jointly Total Asset Turn Over ( TATO ) and Earning Per Share ( EPS ) respectively no significant effect on Stock Return . Abstract

Every company must have a goal to achieve. Manpower (human resources) is a main key in achieving the goals of the company, therefore the company requires good quality of human resources to obtain the expected performance. One way that can be done to improve performance is to implement the right leadership style This study aims to analyze the influence of the leadership style on employee performance in PT BPR Mitra Rukun Mandiri Bandung. Sampling technique was saturation sampling type under non-probability sampling, where all population was used as research sample with the total number of 35 respondents. The technique of analysis used simple regression analysis. The result of research shows that Leadership Style is in quite good category and Employee Performance is in low category. Based on hypothesis test, the result shows leadership style significantly influences employee performance at PT. BPR Mitra Rukun Mandiri Bandung. Abstract

This study aims to determine murabahah financing problem and how to handle it. The method used in this research using the descriptive method with the qualitative approach. Primary data sources were obtained using interviews and field observations. Secondary data were obtained through literature study related to murabahah problem and documentation study. The result of research indicates that murabahah financing in BPRS always related to wakalah contract. Wakalah is a contract between two parties in which one party submits, delegates, represents an affair to another party and the other undertakes the mandate at the request of the representative party. The cause of murabahah financing is problematic due to several factors, namely external and internal factors of the bank. External factors of the bank that comes from customers such as: losing in business competition, the business is run relatively new, side stream use of funds, the death of the key person, divorce key person, sick family members, and the character of customers who are not good. While the internal factors due to errors in conducting the analysis and weak aspects of supervision and monitoring. Handling of non-performing financing is done through collection activities, rescue activities (revitalization), settlement of guarantee activities and write off. Billing activities are done by contacting or visiting customers intensively, giving warning letters. Rescue of troubled financing is done by revitalizing rescheduling and restructuring. While write-off is a write-off of financing that is congested from on-balance sheets and recorded on the off-balance sheet. Keywords: murabahah, problem financing, sharia bank

Abstract

This study aims to analyze crediting procedures. The research method used in this research is the descriptive method to describe crediting activities conducted by Cooperative Rahastra Credit Union in Bandung. This research uses the qualitative approach. The data obtained by using the research instrument is through observation, in-depth interview and documentation study. The results of the study indicate that crediting procedures include credit administration, credit documentation, credit approval, and credit processing. Implementation of credit procedures undertaken by the Cooperative Rahastra Credit Union in Bandung has not been maximized because there is still one indicator of lending procedures that have not been met. Indicators that have not been met is the stage of credit documentation, that is when doing credit analysis not all prospective borrowers through the credit analysis phase. Cooperative Rahastra Credit Union still uses the element of subjectivity in assessing prospective borrowers. As a result of not applying this credit analysis resulted in the addition of bad credit. Abstract

Central government policy delegates the management of Land and Urban Building Tax (PBB-P) requires local governments to improve themselves. This is to optimize the acceptance of the tax as the Local Revenue (PAD). This study aims to explain the partnership built by Cimahi City Revenue Service with Banking Institution and taxpayers in performing the payment of land and urban building tax in CImahi City. The research method used qualitative approach. This approach is intended to reveal the phenomenon of partnership woven by the parties that are partnering Department of Revenue, Banking and Society. Informants in this study is the head of the Revenue Service. Representatives of banking and public taxpayers namely the land and urban building tax. To ensure the validity of data used triangulation technique. The results show that in general the partnership works well is evidenced by the increased acceptance of tax and better communication among the partners. Taxpayers awareness to make payments through banks also increases. It also shows the quality of partnership achieving the expected results. Keywords: partnership, goverment, banking, taxpayers
