Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a training model or variations of movements to be able to improve the ability to jump serveas a solution to overcome existing problems. This research uses Research and Development research methods. Small group trials are carried out with a sample of 6-12 male volleyball athletes. While the field trials were carried out on 30 volleyball male athletes. The results showed that the volleyball jump servetraining model was effective in developing the male volleyball jump serveability. The volleyball jump servetraining model developed and made by researchers is a product that aims to assist the trainer in developing volleyball jump servetraining programs, in an effort to improve the men's volleyball jump serveability, and as a reference for training materials.

Abstract

Learning facilities are often a problem in the learning process for athletic sports. The purpose of this study was to produce a product to develop a hurdling learning tool. The subjects of the small scale trial were class IV which assessed 28 students, and the subjects of the large scale trial were class V who were assessed 32 who were in SDN 70 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo. The method in this research is related to determining potentials and problems, design data, design validation, revised design, product testing, product testing, usage trials, product revisions, product testing. The results of this development research are in the form of a tool made from a rubber band with adjustable height support poles then poured out and packed into a book.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the level of self-confidence with the shooting results of Futsal extracurricular participants. This study uses a correlational method that links the variable confidence with shooting results. The population in this study were 20 Futsal extracurricular participants of Palembang State Junior High School 24 in which the entire population was sampled. The test instrument consists of 2 types, namely a questionnaire to measure the level of confidence and skills tests to measure shooting results. Data analysis technique used t test analysis with 95% confidence (p = 0.05). The results showed the correlation coefficient between the level of confidence with the results of the shooting kick was 0.473, with a ratio of r table = 0.444. Hypothesis test results obtained t count is 2.276, with a ratio of t table = 2.101. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-confidence and shooting results.

Abstract

The research article analyzes the VO2Max level of Karate athletes. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of independent training carried out by athletes due to the covid-19 pandemic on the athlete's physical status. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method which is conducted as a total sampling of the Gorontalo Province PPLP Karate athletes in the January-December 2020 period of 6 female athletes and 7 male athletes. The findings of the study prove that there was a decrease in the average VO2Max of female athletes by 23% and male athletes by 18%. The application of various forms of training at this stage should be carried out under strict control by the trainer, so that the athlete in carrying out the training program is truly monitored directly and each athlete is serious in carrying it out.

Abstract

The research objective is to develop multimedia learning media by using the youtube channel on volleyball in SMP Negeri 10 Gorontalo and to determine the feasibility of multimedia learning media by using the youtube channel on volleyball at SMP Negeri 10 Gorontalo. The method used in this study is RD with a procedural development model because this model is descriptive, that is, research that is used to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products. The number of research subjects was 223 students with a sample of 143 students consisting of 74 male and 69 female. Expert validation was carried out by 2 experts and one physical teacher. Based on the hypothesis test, a t-count of 16.75 is obtained so that it can be stated that the use of learning media CCY (Channel and Content Youtube) on the basic passing techniques in volleyball games in SMP Negeri 10 Gorontalo can be accepted and used in the learning process of Physical Education especially in basic technical material. passing in a volleyball game.
