Jurnal Manajemen Bisnis Krisnadwipayana, yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JMBK mulai dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2013 oleh Program Magister Manajemen Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. JMBK terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam satu tahun, yaitu pada bulan Januari, Mei, dan September yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi manajemen produksi dan operasional, manajemen pemasaran, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan berbagai hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JMBK dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat , yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of rewards and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at a medical equipment company in East Jakarta. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to respondents. This research was tested with validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, and simple and multiple linear regression analysis test. The results of this study partially giving awards a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Anara Trisakti Medika East Jakarta, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Anara Trisakti Medika East Jakarta, and giving awards and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Anara Trisakti Medika East Jakarta.

Abstract

To determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance PT. Bank BCA KCP Citra Towers Kemayoran. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank BCA KCP Citra Towers Kemayoran, amounting to 30 people. The sample uses a saturated sampling technique, all members of the population are sampled, because the relative number is small, while the data analysis method uses partially and simultaneous linear regression. The results showed that partially or simultaneous work discipline and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Bank BCA KCP Citra Towers Kemayoran.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of work environment and career development on employee performance of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center). The research method, in this study using primary and secondary data sources, where the data collection is done by field research and library research. Respondents in this study were all employees of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center) as many as 72 respondents using the slovin technique with a tolerance level of 5 percent. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used random sampling. The results of the study have an effect both partially and simultaneously on work environment and career development on employee performance at PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk Division SSC (Shared Service Center).

Abstract

To determine the effect of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction, PT. Adhi Karya, Tbk. The data used are primary data by giving questionnaires to customers who happen to meet. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of service and promotion has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. PT. Adhi Karya, Tbk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze stock prices are influenced by earnings per share through debut to equity at PT. Unilever Tbk. This study is a causal associative study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study are companies engaged in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of household consumer goods, beverages and food from 2013-2020 listed on the IDX. This sampling used purposive sampling technique and PT. Unilever Tbk as the research sample in this study. The data collection technique was taken from the idx website. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis model test. The results of the study show that the direct effect of partially EPS on stock prices has a positive and significant effect, DER on stock prices has a negative and significant effect, while EPS on DER has a negative and significant effect while the indirect effect of EPS on stock prices through DER has a significant effect.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of product quality and brand image on the satisfaction of  customers. Primary  data  was obtained from  customers of  helm KYT in Kecamatan Bintara Bekasi City. In this study is used purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used in this research  is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Abstract

This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. Partially shows that the physical work environment has the most dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor

Abstract

The objective of the research is to find out the influence of experential marketing  and tourist satisfaction positively and significantly to the revisit intention of tourists in the Kelimutu National Park Area. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive, with respondents in this research were domestic tourists with a total of 140 as a basis for consideration for SEM-PLS. The sample was taken using purposive sampling. The results of the research showed that experential marketing and tourist satisfaction are positive and significant for revisit intention tourist in the Kelimutu National Park.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction for a product is very influential on the sustainability of a business, for that it is necessary to maintain the quality of products and services continuously. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect on the application of business ethics to customer satisfaction. The main object of this research is the customers of Bebek H. Slamet in Joglo branch, West Jakarta. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Does the application of business ethics have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Bebek H. Slamet customers in Joglo branch, West Jakarta. Trust is the most dominant variable of the business ethics variable that affects customer satisfaction at Bebek H. Slamet stalls in Joglo branch, West Jakarta

Abstract

This study explains the support variables for Naval Base supplies for border security operations. The research method used is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaire.The number of samples taken was 80 samples from the total population of 371 persons. The research was carried out starting from the classification of samples respondents based on gender, age, education and years of service. The research variables in this study are supporting variables in the supply as independent variables (X) and border security operations variables as cooperation variables (Y). Indicators for variable X include: personnel involved in the supply, infrastructure for the supply of equipment, supporting facilities for the supplies and types of supplies that can be supported. While indicators on the Y variables include: personnel involved in the operation, operating facilities, area of operation and duration of operation. The data analysis process is carried out with several tests, among others: validity test, namely testing the data analysis process to determine whether the research instrument is valid or not. The next test is the reliability test, the data analysis process to answer the accuracy of the research instruments. The normality of the trial is tested. The next data analysis process is the hypothesis test in the regression test. Regression test is a process of analyzing data to study the influence between research variables. The regression test conducted in this study is a partial regression test because the independent variable used is one variable. After it was implemented, everything was proven. Supports provisioning variables. Naval Base determines positive and significant impact on border security operations.
