Abstract

VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is the theology that makes the intranet network even the internet to be able to do voice communications remotely directly. Analog voice signals, such as those heard when communicating on the phone is converted into digital data and transmitted over the network in the form of data packets in real time. In VoIP communications, the user makes a phone connection through a terminal in the form of a PC or a regular telephone (smartphone). With telephones using VoIP, many benefits can be taken include: 1) in terms of cost obviously cheaper than traditional phone rates, 2) network-free, if the internet network is broken VOIP can still be used with notes connected to wifi or wired network, 3) maintenance costs can be pressed due to voice and network data apart, so IP Phone  added, moved and changed. In this research, VOIP is implemented at UM Metro. UM Metro has 3 campuses (Campus 1, Campus 2 and Campus 3) are different areas of location, but still in one City. The result of Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) as communication media between units at UM Metro shows the result of 85, 7% (Strongly Agree) and 14, 3 (Agree), it can be concluded with the existence of VOIP   is very feasible for use as a medium of communication.

Abstract

Health is one requirement for humans. Health care is a process to provide facilities for patients treated in hospitals Pringsewu. As well as it is a basic requirement for controlling and maintaining quality of service. One that affects the quality of health care is the worthiness of inpatient room at the grade 3 in hospital Pringsewu. This study is focus on emphasizes the purpose of the system worthiness inpatient is to determine the worthiness of inpatient grade 3 in hospital Pringsewu, furthermore in this study can give a solution to improve the quality of inpatient grade 3 Hospital by delivering systems decision support to determine the worthiness of inpatient grade 3 that can be used to support the evaluation of service in hospital Pringsewu. The research conducted in hospitals Pringsewu by using Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW). The goal of this research was to determine the worthy or not the inpatient in hospitals Pringsewu. The determination of worthiness decision system's inpatient with a view of seven assessment criteria such as service duty, sleeping facilities, showers, support facilities, oxygen, waiting room services and technical services. Based on the calculation the results obtained SAW, among others: the room is very worthy is C room value of 0.66, adequate is A room value of 0:59, room E value of 0:58, room B value of 0:57, and the room was not worth D value of 0:31

Abstract

Gaya Baru Senior High School is one of the educational institutions in Lampung which is a less favorite institution in the area is precisely located in the district of Seputih Surabaya Central Lampung Regency. Gaya Baru Senior High School has already had a website but not many known. This Senior High School is also no information system through mobile web to promote the institution. Nevertheless, in its development, students or community want to find information about the school can be directly through the mobile web application. So in its development requires fast service. From research that conducted in Gaya Baru High School, existence of new mobile web application system will facilitate student or society of that area, especially in subdistrict Seputih Surabaya district Central Lampung, and present information about the info about situation in high school of new style it can be accessed directly through the mobile web media.

Abstract

In this paper is described how the assembly process of designing and developing a series of inflatable candles microkontroller. The series based on electronics is a simple circuit that utilizes condenser microphone as a sensor. The use of these components are suitable for use in an application circuit electronic candles where the workings of this series starts from LEDs that analogous to wax and then lit using a pushbutton that analogy as lighters, and a flame from the LED can be extinguished by blowing. The concept of this series is simple but could be developed into a series of more innovative and interesting. One development is to add the output of the LED running that made candles burn more lively and interesting. Running LED of this circuit works by using a transistor as a switch that controls power of Az IC 368 and IC Az 418 M J. To simplify the development process, combination of a series of electronic candles with LED running can be simulated using the software Livewire and Proteus. Results of designing and developing a tool is not a new thing or that have not been found but the result of this achievement can be a source of inspiring in the world of electronics that can later be developed further so that it becomes a result of more recent example, lights out with once pat.

Abstract

Processing of disposal and supply goods data in CV. Tasma Jaya Bandar Lampung is used manual way and without computerized system, so it often caused mistaken in its disposal entry. Based on this case, technique for researched used were observation, interview, and refference study. Problem solving for that case through implementation the disposal, supply, report of disposal transaction information system. Based on the result, any new disposal and supply for revise the old system that has many deficiency.

Abstract

Nowadays, technology development encourage people to think creatively, not not only to explore new discoveries, but also to maximize existing technological performance to ease human work in everyday life. The need for an automatic control system is needed with the increasing activity of each individual community with various erratic activities and times. As a result, many activities in the household are delayed, such as turning on or turning off the lights in every room at night and in the morning. Smart home system is one solution that suits the needs of the current automatic controllers. Smart home system is a home or building is equipped with an integrated technology with the help of the tool/tools which can be a computer or other device, for example a smartphone to provide all the comfort, safety, security and energy saving is automatic and programmed. The smart home system can be used to control almost all equipment and equipment at home, from lighting settings to various household appliances, which can be done only by using sound, infrared light or remote control. In this study, a smart home system was created for home light control system applications using Arduino Uno microcontroller via mobile-based wifi media. With this application the user can control the home lights by turning off or turning on the home lights remotely through the mobile media. Thus the efficiency of electricity use becomes more maintained.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Bangunrejo is still a lot of parents who belong to underprivileged families economy, therefore the programs that support the smooth process learning as highly desirable for smooth scholarship students in completing education. Distribution of scholarships is done by the Department of Education Central Lampung greatly assist students who are not able to or achievement during their studies. To assist the determination in determining the eligible student then takes a decision support system. In the process of development of a decision support system to determine the scholarship recipients at SMAN 1 Bangunrejo use traditional methods Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). This method was chosen because it is able the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the alternative meant that the right to receive scholarships based on criteria specified. Research done by finding the weight values for each attribute, then do ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, that the best students achieving the eligible. Based on test results, a system built to help the working team selectors scholarship, can accelerate the scholarship selection process, can reduce errors in determining the scholarship recipients, so the scholarships granted in accordance with the target.

Abstract

Determining quality spices is one example of decision-making issues based on many factors or semi-structured criteria. Decision support system is part of one of the computer-based information systems commonly used to support decision making on a company's activities to find a very good traditional spice. Decision support system of the selection of traditional spices qualified in making herbal turmeric acid can be produced by using several methods, one of them is the weighted product (WP) method. Weighted product is one method of solving the problem that uses multiplication to connect the attribute value, where the value of each attribute must be raised first with the weight of attribute concerned. By using this product weihgted method, it is expected to help the research team to determine the selection of spices of very high quality. By using the decision support system and computerization, the quality of spice data can be stored therein, if there is an error in inputting the value or spice data herbal turmeric acid, then the wrong data can be repaired without re-input value or quality spice data.

Abstract

Cassava is one type of plant that can be planted in tropical climates. Cassava commodity is one of the leading sub-sectors in the plantation area. Cassava plant is the main ingredient of sago flour which is now experiencing price decline. The condition of the abundant supply of sago or tapioca flour production is due to the increase of cassava planting in each farmer. With the increasing number of cassava planting in farmer's plantation cause the price of cassava received by farmer is not suitable. So for the need of making sago or tapioca flour often excess in buying raw material of cassava This resulted in a lot of rotten cassava and the factory bought cassava for a low price. Based on the problem, this research is done using data mining modeled with multiple linear regression algorithm which aim to estimate the amount of Sago or Tapioca flour that can be produced, so that the future can improve the balance between the amount of cassava supply and tapioca production. The variables used in linear regression analysis are dependent variable and independent variable . From the data obtained, the dependent variable is the number of Tapioca (kg) symbolized by Y while the independent variable is milled cassava symbolized by X. From the results obtained with an accuracy of 95% confidence level, then obtained coefficient of determination (R2) is 1.00. While the estimation results almost closer to the actual data value, with an average error of 0.00.
