Abstract

To be more competitive, the growth of the creative economy requires customer interaction. This necessitates the use of social media marketing as an efficient marketing platform for products or services based on the existing brand image. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of customer engagement in mediating brand image from relational social media marketing, as well as the role of brand image in mediating consumer engagement from relational social media marketing. The sampling approach is probability sampling, and the method is quantitative. With the sampling approach used, simple random sampling through the distribution of questionnaires, data was collected from 100 respondents. The results of the data analysis were then processed using SPSS 25 software. According to the findings of this investigation, the mediation function is important.

Abstract

This review intends to look at and investigate credit hazard (NPL) and liquidity hazard (LDR) on monetary execution (ROA) at state-claimed banks for the 2015-2020 period. The sample in this research was four state-owned corporations, namely Bank BRI, Bank BNI, Bank BTN, and Bank Mandiri. This exploration utilizes numerous direct relapse investigation strategies utilizing SPSS 20 program. The free factors in this review are credit hazard which is proxied by Non-Performing Advances (NPL) and liquidity hazard which is proxied by Advance to Stores Proportion (LDR), and the reliant variable in this review is the bank's monetary execution as estimated by Return on Resources (ROA). The results showed that the partial effect credit hazard factors (NPL) have a negative and huge impact on monetary execution (ROA) at state-possessed banks for the 2015-2020 period, and somewhat the liquidity hazard variable (LDR) has a positive and unimportant impact on monetary execution (ROA) at banks. BUMN for the 2015-2020 period. At the same time, the credit hazard (NPL) and liquidity hazard (LDR) factors significantly affect the monetary exhibition (ROA) of state-claimed banks for the 2015-2020 period.

Abstract

This study proposes whether consumers will be loyal to a product with a brand that they have just bought and tried by knowing their repurchase intention. This study unfolds consumer satisfaction and consumer brand identification as the factors which can influence repurchase intention. A total of 177 samples were used. Path analysis in WarpPLS was used to examine the proposed hypotheses. The results showed a positive relationship influence of consumer satisfaction on repurchase intention. The results also showed a positive consumer-brand identification on repurchase intention. However, consumer-brand identification failed to moderate the relationship between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that affect the timeliness of financial reports submitted to Indonesia Stock Exchange-listed manufacturing companies in the various industrial sectors. Profitability, liquidity, and firm size are the independent variable in this research, whereas the timeliness of financial report submission is the dependent variable. The population in this research were various industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2012 to 2016. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method to obtain 14 sample companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the IDX website. The analytical method used is logistic regression analysis. Based on the results of logistic regression analysis with a significance level of 5%, the results of this research suggest that profitability (ROI) has no significant effect on the timeliness of financial report submission, while liquidity (CR), and company size (TA) have a significant effect on the timeliness of financial report submission.

Abstract

Lampung is in the top ten lowest positive cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia from June 2020. Even so, the Covid-19 pandemic still affects people's interest in buying a house. Amid the pressure of the pandemic, real estate developers must be able to maintain their business continuity through a good marketing strategy. The study aims to determine the marketing strategies carried out by housing developers during the Covid-19 pandemic in Sukarame, Bandar Lampung. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis techniques. Four aspects of the marketing mix theory, namely product, price, promotion, and place, are used as variables in the study. Of the four aspects, only product aspects are not affected by pandemic conditions. Developers are still using the same marketing strategies as before the pandemic. Even so, developers are still carrying out new marketing strategies through online media to get consumers during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The development of information technology impacts the pattern of society in collecting social funds. One of the popular technologies used in social fundraising efforts is YouTube. This research is in the form of field research which aims to analyze the effect of vlog content and YouTuber image on the decision to donate with the awareness of donating as an intervening variable. This study uses quantitative methods. Sources of data were obtained through research questionnaires which were distributed directly. A total of 110 questionnaires were successfully collected. Funds were analyzed using a variant-based structural equation model (SEM) analysis, known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of data analysis prove that vlog content, and YouTuber imagery have a significant influence on awareness of donation. This research also confirms that the vlog content and YouTube image affect the decision to donate through awareness to donate. Furthermore, awareness of donating is proven to significantly influence the decision to donate.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and prove the influence of discipline, motivation, and organizational commitment on employee performance. For three months the research was carried out, starting from January to March 2022 at the Regional Secretariat of the Kupang City Government. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research using primary data collected through filling out questionnaires (closed questions using a Likert scale) for 60 days of data collection. The population in this study was 1034 employees. The number of research samples was 288 respondents which were determined by proportional stratified random sampling and the Slovin technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 application tools. The results showed that there was a strong and significant influence between discipline, motivation, and organizational commitment variables on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of the Kupang City Government.

Abstract

Household financial behavior is a crucial topic to study because it determines the family's economic well-being. This study examines the effect of financial literacy, financial attitudes, financial experience, and income on household financial behavior. The object of this research is the family finance manager in Sidoarjo City, East Java. The data collection technique is using an online survey. Sample selection was done by using the purposive sampling technique. The sample of this research is 153 financial managers. The data analysis technique used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS_SEM). The results indicate that financial literacy and attitudes positively affect household financial behavior, while financial experience and income have no significant effect. This finding implies that financial policymakers should increase public financial literacy and attitude toward managing family finances.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze venture capital's effect on entrepreneurial attitudes in Tanjung Rejo Village, Medan. This type of research is quantitative associative research. The population in this study is all entrepreneurs in the area of Tanjung Rejo Village, Medan. The sample using the Slovin formula obtained by 58 respondents with the sampling technique is simple random sampling. The data were obtained using a questionnaire by first testing the validity and reliability. The data were obtained using a questionnaire by first testing the validity and reliability. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests first, then hypothesis testing was carried out. The results of the study found that business capital had an effect on entrepreneurial attitudes and the parental role moderated the impact of venture capital on entrepreneurial attitudes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic insurance as a solution to crypto asset risk management. This study uses a descriptive approach, namely research that tries to describe and explain the data obtained with secondary data. This study uses a type of literature study research, namely the source of data obtained from literature studies and various kinds of literature in accordance with the theme of the discussion. The results of this study indicate that: first, the risks that occur in assets due to technology failure, system damage, hacking, loss of capital, fraud, malpractice, war risk, natural disasters, death, bankruptcy, sanctions, and non-compliance are included in the subjective risk classification. , objective and pure. Second, Islamic insurance schemes (takaful) are essential to be included in cryptocurrency risk management in order to increase public confidence in the market. The implications of this article can be considered for cryptocurrency transactions in accordance with Islamic sharia because the risks that will occur in crypto assets have been mitigated by the existence of a sharia insurance scheme (takaful).
