Abstract

Ahead of the 2019 Legislative Elections, mostly the Election Participant make a Generation Z to the target for getting the vote. Therefore, the Communication media used to describe the vision and mission of the election participant, mostly by the political party, to find out how much the social media and the involvement of Generation Z voters in the 2019 Legislative Election in High School Student in Makassar City. The goal of research is to find out use of social media on involvement Generation Z Voters in the 2019 Legislative Election. This research using quantitative approach, the data collection using purposive method to distribute questionnaire to High School Senior Student in Makassar and using FGD to get additional data and deeper information. The result show, the politician in Makassar City has not been able to get the attention from novice voter, where is the High School Student, the majority of which have social media accounts for the purposes of the legislative election campaign in Makassar City, the use of the communication media account facility has not been considered urgent, and in general the content and content of campaign messages published in the communication media lacks appeal. Keywords: novice voter, legislative election, generation z, social media, involvement ABSTRAK Menjelang Pemilu Legislatif 2019 sebagian besar peserta Pemilu membidik pemilih pemula dari Generasi Z untuk memperoleh suara. Oleh karena media komunikasi digunakan untuk memaparkan visi dan misi peserta pemilu untuk adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pemanfaatan media sosial dan keterlibatan pemilih dari Generasi Z dalam Pemilu Legislatif 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media sosial dalam mendukung keterlibatan pemilih Generasi Z dalam pemilu legislatif tahun 2019 di kalangan siswa SMU di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif, teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini secara purposive dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada siswa kelas 12 SMA di Makassar, FGD juga dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data serta informasi yang lebih mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para politisi di Kota Makassar, belum mampu memanfaatkan potensi pemilih pemula dikalangan pelajar yang mayoritas telah memiliki akun media sosial untuk kepentingan kampanye pemilu legislatif di Kota Makassar, penggunaan fasilitas akun media komunikasi belum dianggap urgent, dan pada umumnya konten dan isi pesan kampanye yang dimuat di media komunikasi kurang memiliki daya tarik. Abstract

This study aims to determine what difficulties met by government translator and government public relations officers in carrying out their duties and function in the Bureau of Leadership Administration, Regional Secretariat of Central Kalimantan Province from data analysis obtained from questionnaires, observations and related literature studies. The method used in this research is descriptive; the researchers describe the phenomena arisen from questionnaire data which are the answers of respondents filled by the government translator and government public relations officers in the Bureau of Leadership Administration, Regional Secretariat of Central Kalimantan Province. This data analysis is also supported by observation and study of other related literature. This study shows there are several difficulties and overlaps found in the tasks division between government translator and government public relations officers, especially in the field of translation, government relations and public information. Understanding this issue, it is hoped that both government translator and government public relations officers master basic knowledge and competencies related to their job descriptions as discussed in this research. In addition, officials at the structural level are also expected to better understand the duties and function of government translator and government public relations officers so that in coordination and implementation of their tasks, their role can be more optimal. Keywords: government, translator, public relations ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala apa saja yang dihadapi oleh penerjemah dan pranata humas dalam pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsinya khususnya dalam kegiatan penerjemahan, kehumasan dan informasi melalui analisis data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner, observasi dan studi literatur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif yaitu peneliti menjabarkan fenomena yang muncul berdasarkan data kuesioner yaitu jawaban responden yang diisi oleh pranata humas dan penerjemah di Biro Administrasi Pimpinan, Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Analisis data ini juga didukung dengan observasi dan studi literatur terkait lainnya. Kajian ini menunjukkan beberapa kendala dan tumpang tindih serta ketimpangan pembagian tugas antara penerjemah dan pranata humas khususnya dalam kegiatan penerjemahan, kehumasan dan informasi di Biro Administrasi Pimpinan, Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Memahami hal tersebut, diharapkan penerjemah dan pranata humas menguasai pengetahuan dan kompetensi dasar terkait uraian tugas dimaksud. Selain itu, pejabat jenjang struktural diharapkan juga lebih memahami tugas pokok dan fungsi penerjemah dan pranata humas sehingga dalam koordinasi dan pelaksanaan tugas, peran keduanya dapat lebih optimal Kata kunci: pemerintah, penerjemah, pranata humas

Abstract

Communication can be conveyed through various media, including films. The message contained in the film is based on the reality that emerges and becomes a picture of phenomena in everyday life. Ideally, films collaborate the power of visual and audio so that the message is appropriately portrayed. The 27 Steps of May film is a film that portrays sexual violence in adolescents and is only supported by the power of visual not audio. The selection of the film was carried out against the backdrop of the lack of films which explicitly recounted the traumatic impact of victims of violence dominated by visual force. This study aims to describe how the 27 Steps of May film tells the traumatic impact where the method used is a qualitative narrative analysis from Tzvetan Todorov. The results showed that there were five narrative structures, namely: initial conditions, conditions of balance, order, Disruption of balance, awareness of disturbances, attempts to correct disturbances, restoration of balance, creating order again. In this study, visualization of non-verbal code signs related to traumatic post-traumatic stress disorder was shown by the actors in the film, the non-verbal code was in the form of gestures, eye contact, facial expressions, and emotions. ABSTRAK Komunikasi dapat disampaikan melalui berbagai media, termasuk film.Pesan yang terkandung dalam film berdasar pada realitas yang muncul dan menjadi gambaran fenomena di kehidupan sehari-hari.Idealnya, film mengkolaborasikan kekuatan visual dan audio sehingga pesan tergambarkan secara menarik. Film 27 Steps of May merupakan film yang menggambarkan kekerasaan seksual pada remaja dan hanya didukung dari kekuatan visual bukan audio. Pemilihan film ini dilakukan dengan latar belakang minimnya film yang secara tersurat menceritakan dampak traumatik korban kekerasan yang didominasi dengan kekuatan visual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana film 27 Steps of May menceritakan dampak traumatis dengan metode analisis naratif kualitatif dari Tzvetan Todorov. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat lima struktur narasi, yaitu: kondisi awal, kondisi keseimbangan, keteraturan, gangguan (disruption) terhadap keseimbangan, kesadaran terjadi gangguan, upaya untuk memperbaiki gangguan, pemulihan keseimbangan, menciptakan keteraturan kembali. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan visualisasi berbagai tanda kode non verbal terkait traumatic post traumatic stress disorder yang ditunjukkan oleh pemeran dalam film, berupa:gerak isyarat, kontak mata, ekspresi wajah, dan emosi. Kata kunci: struktur narasi, post trauma stress disorder, kode non-verbal, dan film.

Abstract

Market research is important in business, furthermore, market research is considered a way of creating effective strategies and as a basis for consideration in marketing decision making. One of the goals in market research is always oriented towards creating relationships between corporate with customers or known as Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The CRM approach combines the policies, processes, and strategies that the company uses to interact with customers and also to track customer information. Related business, South Korea has become an influential country in the world because of the K-pop music business. Big Hit Entertainment which is the smallest agency in Korea has spawned the most phenomenal idol group idols are BTS to penetrate the international market especially the United States. Big Hit Entertainment is always consistent with various market research approaches CRM in particular. This paper will discuss how Big Hit Entertainment performs various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies in increasing ARMY loyalty as a BTS fan and elaborating communication global marketing. The author will explain the conceptual approach related to CRM and its relationship to market research. Furthermore, the discussion will be classified in several sub-discussion. First, it will describe BTS as a product of Big Hit Entertainment's business. Second, discuss the market research approach of Big Hit Entertainment. Third, customer research through Membership Survey of BTS. Fourth, form of Big Hit Entertainment CRM approach. Fifth offers CRM development in Big Hit market review in the future.

Abstract

The research objective is to find out how the implementation of Universitas Mulawarman Public Relations activities, as well as to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of Public Relations activities at Universitas Mulawarman in improving the reputation of the institution. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using analytical techniques to gather information about a symptom as it was when the study was conducted. Research location at Universitas Mulawarman. Data collection is done by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. There were four speakers in this study. The results showed that Universitas Mulawarman public relations in improving the reputation of the institution was quite successful. News and publications have decreased over the past three years from 2018 in terms of news publication. Whereas service and information have succeeded in building and maintaining a positive image in the institution. Then clippings and documentation have been applied for the availability of valid data neatly archived.Keywords: PR, images, univeristy, reputation of university ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan kegiatan Humas Universitas Mulawarman, serta untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan kegiatan Humas di Universitas Mulawarman dalam meningkatkan reputasi lembaga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis untuk mengumpulkan informasi mengenai suatu gejala apa adanya saat penelitian dilakukan. Lokasi penelitian di Universitas Mulwarman, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Narasumber pada penelitian ini ada sebanyak empat orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa humas Universitas Mulawarman dalam meningkatkan reputasi lembaga cukup berhasil. Pemberitaan dan publikasi mengalami penurunan selama tiga tahun terakhir terhitung sejak 2018 dalam hal publikasi berita. Sedangkan pelayanan dan informasi telah berhasil membangun dan menjaga citra positif pada lembaga tersebut. Kemudian kliping dan dokumentasi telah diterapkan guna ketersediannya data yang valid terarsipkan dengan rapi.Kata kunci: humas, citra, perguruan tinggi, reputasi Lembaga
