Abstract

The study aims to increase the relative contribution of science learning to the achievement of national education goals. Internalizing the value of monotheism in scientific material will not reduce the level of scientific scholarship itself. This research is a qualitative study that is a literature study (library research) that uses books and other literature as the main object. In fact, these studies can improve the quality of science material. Science as a means to develop cognitive potential, science can also grow the potential of conscience (affective). This scientific material will be able to instill confidence in everything that exists in nature. Everything that is essentially created by God, Almighty God. This belief can drive against beliefs about submission, characteristics, and order of things that Allah created (sunnatullah), so that humans can learn them. All this will enable the growth of a positive attitude, the awe of the greatness, power, and love of God, a motivation to give thanks, increase faith and devotion to Allah Almighty. Internalization of the value of monotheism in science material can be done through the disclosure of values/wisdom/meaning/nature of the scientific material based on Islamic values.

Abstract

Metacognitive is one of the important factors must have by student. This study aims to determine the effect of the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending) learning model  on students' metacognitive sklills and find out the students' responses about it’s implementation. This research is a pre-experimental study with one group pretest-posttest design. The subject of this study was grade 3rd of biology education students. The instrument in this study is an essay and metacognition descriptor rubric to assess students' metacognitive skill, then questionnaires to obtain data on student responses that implemented the CORE learning model. Based on the results of the paired sample t test on student metacognition scores obtained sig.  0.00 <0.05, it means that there are differences between the results of the student's pretest and posttest. Then, based on N-gain analysis pretest and posttest data, it is known that the N-gain value is 0.71, it’s means high increase category,. Then the result of pearson correlation test to analyze correlation between cognitive learning outcomes and student metacognitive skills obtained sig. 0,00, it means that there was a correlation between the two of them. Based on some of these analyzesit can be concluded that the CORE learning model influences students' metacognitive skills on lipid material. This was supported by the results of a questionnaire showed that students gave positive responses about the application of the CORE learning model, it was known from questionnaire data, more than 85% of students felt the CORE model had a positive impact on learning.

Abstract

AbstrakSantri pada dasarnya mempelajari agama secara mendalam dan kurang menyukai pembelajaran IPA karena adanya dikotomi antara ilmu umum dan ilmu agama, padahal semua ilmu itu bersumber dari Al-Quran. Ada lebih dari 800 ayat kauniyyah Al-Quran namun pembahasan tentang itu kurang diminati. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendesain pembelajaran IPA terintegrasi Al-Quran dan nilai-nilai pesantren serta bagaimana implementasinya. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi pustaka (library research) untuk menganalisis Kompetensi Inti dan Kompetensi Dasar IPA Terpadu yang ada di SMP/MTs Kelas VII, ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang berisi ayat kauniyah serta nilai-nilai pesantren. Hasil menunjukkan semua Kompetensi Inti dan Kompetensi Dasar memiliki potensi pengintegrasian pembelajaran IPA dengan Al-Quran dan nilai-nilai pesantren. Hal ini dapat dijadikan sebagai kerangka awal islamisasi sains dalam bidang pendidikan.AbstractSantri basically studied religion deeply and did not like science learning because of the dichotomy between general science and religious sciences, even though all the knowledge came from the Quran. There are more than 800 verses of the Kauniyyah of the Quran, but the discussion about them is of little interest. This study aims to design integrated Quran science learning and Pesantren values and how they are implemented. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research to analyze the Core Competencies and Basic Competencies of Integrated Science in VII Class SMP / MTs, verses of the Quran which contain verses of kauniyah and the values of pesantren. The results show that all Core Competencies and Basic Competencies have the potential to integrate science learning with the Quran and pesantren values. This can be used as an initial framework for the Islamization of science in the field of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKS Inkuiri materi Listrik Dinamis. LKS inkuiri dirancang  menggunakan pendekatan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D, dengan tahapan Define, Design, Develope, dan Disseminate. Hasil penelitian berupa lima LKS Inkuiri dengan klasifikasi empat LKS eksperimen dan satu LKS non-eksperimen. Pada tahap disseminate dilakukan uji coba pemahaman siswa terhadap LKS inkuiri, dengan menggunakan tes formatif yang terdiri dari 14 soal pilihan ganda dan satu soal essay. Hasil skor siswa kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk memperoleh daya serap siswa terhadap pemahaman materi. Secara rerata dayas serap siswa pada materi LKS inkuiri terkategorikan baik.

Abstract

Fun educational learning media rarely exist in the elementary school environment . So this study aims to develop educational learning media snake ladder with plant theme for firist grade elementery school. This research was conducted in three elementery schools in Bekasi. The method used is a research and development model with Borg & Gall. The results show aspects of media needs only 25% of teachers using games in learning media. While as many as 83% of teachers think the learning material in the book is very supportive theme to use instructional media. Researchers also conduct tests to students about the concept of living things, especially plants with an average value of 43.33 which enter into the category of "less". Based on these findings, the researchers conducted the development of instructional media educational ladder snake plant subthemes. This medium-sized 2x3.5 m where each field contains information about the plant concepts that are tailored to the learning curriculum. Students also are directly involved with being pawns and dice made from flannel made safe with the size 30x30cm.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa melalui model kooperatif think talk write berbantuan media leaflet pada materi perubahan lingkungan kelas X MIA 3 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan dua kali pertemuan. Setiap siklusnya terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi aktivitas belajar siswa, lembar observasi proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah siswa dengan kategori aktif pada siklus I sebesar 60,61% dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 75,76%. Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 75,76% dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 87,88%. Persentase proses pembelajaran siklus I sebesar 94.44% dengan kategori baik dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 100% dengan kategori baik. Secara keseluruhan pembelajaran kooperatif think talk write berbantuan leaflet  dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi perubahan lingkungan di kelas X MIA 3 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak. AbstractThis research was aimed to improve students’ activities and learning outcomes through the ‘think talk write’ cooperative model using leaflet media in the material of environmental changes at Class X MIA of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak. The method implemented in this research was classroom action research conducted in two cycles with two meetings. Each cycle comprised of four steps: planning, implementing, observation, and reflection. The instruments used in data collection were observation sheet of students’ activity, an observation sheet of the learning process, and a test. The findings showed that in cycle I, 60.61% of students were categorized active and increased in cycle II by 75.76%. The percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes in the cycle I was 75.76% and increased in cycle II by 87.88%. The percentage of the learning process in the first cycle was 94.44% in the good category and increased in the second cycle by 100% in the good category. Based on the findings, it was concluded that the selected learning model improved students’ activities and learning outcomes in the material of environmental changes at class X MIA 3 of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif biologi melalui model Problem Based Learning pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Bulu Kabupaten Sukoharjo Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah  PTK yang terdiri dari 2 siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan dokumentasi, tes dan lembar observasi kegiatan pembelajaran. Data dan sumber data berasal dari siswa yang dijadikan subjek penelitian dan guru mata pelajaran biologi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa hasil siklus I ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif sebesar 67% (19 siswa tuntas KKM). Hasil tersebut belum memenuhi indikator keberhasilan sebesar 80% (22 siswa tuntas KKM). Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif 85% (24 siswa tuntas KKM) sudah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan yaitu 80%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model PBL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif biologi.Abstract This study aims to improve cognitive learning outcomes in biology through Problem Based Learning models in class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Bulu, Sukoharjo Regency in the 2018/2019 Academic Year. This type of research is a CAR consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques using documentation, tests and observation sheets of learning activities. Data and data sources come from students who are subjected to research and biology subject teachers. Data analysis techniques using comparative descriptive. The results of the study stated that the results of the first cycle of completeness cognitive learning outcomes by 67% (19 students completed KKM). These results do not meet the success indicator of 80% (22 students complete KKM). In cycle II experienced 85% completeness of cognitive learning outcomes (24 students completed KKM) had met the success indicator that is 80%. So it can be concluded that the PBL model can improve biology cognitive learning outcomes.

Abstract

AbstractEfforts to manage the recycling of paper waste into new paper have been carried out in recent times. It takes a tool or machine that is able to effectively and efficiently recycle used paper into new paper. There are several factors that affect the effectiveness of paper recycling machines, one of which is the paper thickness. One method that can be used to analyze the factors that influence paper thickness in the paper production process using a paper recycling machine is regression analysis. Regression analysis is data analysis techniques in statistics that is used to examine the relationship between several independent variables and dependent variable. However, if we want to examine the relationship or effect of two or more independent variables on a dependent variable, the regression model used is a multiple linear regression model. This study purposes are to analyze the factors that influence paper thickness using a paper recycling machine using multiple linear regression and to inform the modeling about that. The results showed that the factors that affect the paper thickness optimization are destruction and press phase. AbstractUpaya pengelolaan daur ulang sampah kertas menjadi kertas baru telah banyak dilakukan pada jaman sekarang. Dibutuhkan suatu alat atau mesin yang mampu secara efektif dan efisien dalam mendaur ulang kertas bekas menjadi kertas baru. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat efektifitas mesin daur ulang kertas diantaranya adalah ketebalan kertas. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketebalan kertas pada proses produksi kertas menggunakan mesin daur ulang kertas adalah analisis regresi. Analisis regresi merupakan teknik analisis data dalam statistika yang digunakan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara beberapa variabel bebas dengan variabel tidak bebas. Namun, jika ingin mengkaji hubungan atau pengaruh dua atau lebih variabel bebas terhadap satu variabel tidak bebas, maka model regresi yang digunakan adalah model regresi linier berganda. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketebalan kertas menggunakan mesin daur ulang kertas menggunakan regresi linier berganda serta memberikan informasi pemodelan mengenai hal tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi keoptimalan ketebalan kertas adalah fase penghancuran dan pemadatan kertas

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create appropriate and good LKS teaching material using inductive thinking model in science learning, and to test whether there are differences in students' critical thinking by using science teaching materials based on inductive thinking model compared to conventional teaching materials in SDN 66 Kota Bengkulu. This type of research is R&D (Research and Developmet), which was developed using the Borg and Gall model proposed by Sugiyono. The instruments in this study were questionnaire and essay test. The data analysis technique used is the "t" test. The results of the study that teaching materials are appropriate according to the material experts , teachers and the product is also good according to students. Teaching material about force in science using LKS based on inductive thinking model can improve the critical thinking of SDN 66 students in Bengkulu City. This is also evidenced by the results of the "t" test obtained at sig 0.00 <0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there is a significant difference between students who use science teaching materials based on inductive thinking models with conventional teaching materials at SDN 66 Bengkulu City

Abstract

AbstrakPembelajaran menurut peraturan harus berpusat pada mahasiswa. Dalam perkembangannya mahasiswa yang memiliki hal tersebut belum diketahui profil kognitifnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profile kemampuan kognitif mahasiswa PGSD pada mata kuliah Ilmu Alamiah Dasar. Penelitian dilaksanakan di program studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan teknik analisis kualitatif penskoran dengan koreksi terhadap jawaban tebakan.  Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Mahasiswa PGSD memiliki profil kemampuan kognitif pada mata kuliah Ilmu Alamiah Dasar (IAD) sebagai berikut; (1) Mahasiswa PGSD STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo yang memiliki kemampuan kognitif yang sangat tinggi sebesar 7%, tinggi sebesar 40%, sedang sebesar 37%, dan kemampuan kognitif yang rendah sebesar 17%. (2) Mahasiswa PGSD STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo dalam mata kuliah Ilmu Alamiah Dasar memiliki profil kemampuan kognitif berupa kemampuan mengingat (C1) sebesar 75%, kemampuan memahami (C2) sebesar 90%, kemampuan mengaplikasikan (C3)sebesar 57,50% dan kemampuan menganalisis (C4) sebesar 30%. (3) Kemampuan mahasiswa PGSD STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo dalam proses kognitif LOTS (Low Order Thinking Skill) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kemampuan proses kognitif HOTS (High Order Thingking Skill). AbstractLearning according to regulations must be student-centered. In its development, students who have this have not yet known their cognitive profile. This study aims to determine the profile of PGSD students' cognitive abilities in the Basic Natural Sciences course. The research was carried out in the STKIP Muhammadiyah Primary School Teacher Education Study Program Muara Bungo. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods and qualitative scoring analysis techniques with corrections to guess answers. The results of the analysis show that PGSD students have a profile of cognitive abilities in the subject of Basic Natural Sciences (IAD) as follows; (1) PGSD STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo students who have very high cognitive abilities by 7%, high by 40%, moderate by 37%, and low cognitive abilities by 17%. (2) PGSD STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo students in Basic Natural Sciences courses have a cognitive ability profile in the form of the ability to remember (C1) by 75%, the ability to understand (C2) by 90%, the ability to apply  (C3) by 57.50% and the ability to analyze (C4) by 30% . (3) The ability of students of PGSD STKIP Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo in LOTS (Low Order Thinking Skill) cognitive processes is higher than the ability of HOTS (High Order Thingking Skill) cognitive process.
