Abstract

The purpose of this research is about BPJS Claim Procedures and Inpatient SOP to Support Employee Work Effectiveness at PMN Cicendo Eye Hospital Bandung. This study used qualitative research methods. The type of research is descriptive while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature study. This type of research was chosen because it is in accordance with the problems studied. In general, BPJS claims at PMN Cicendo Eye Hospital Bandung are in accordance with established procedures. However, there are several obstacles in collecting claim files, such as a diagnosis letter that is left behind by the doctor's signature, the completeness of the introductory file and incomplete examination results. For inpatient admissions, it is quite good in providing services immediately, in patient admission procedures, in accordance with what has been determined in correct and appropriate services. Acceptance of new patients is a major part of the treatment process before carrying out an examination to determine the next action to perform surgery or to go home from the hospital.

Abstract

Awareness and perception have become a public health and environmental problem for at least the last two decades, so public awareness and understanding of knowledge about natural radiation and radiation protection efforts are needed. The method by providing understanding is carried out by counseling using posters and interactive lectures, accompanied by the provision of pre-post test questionnaires to measure residents' understanding of radiation and the protection efforts that can be done. Then the data obtained will be tested using SPSS 26 to find out whether there is a change in understanding after providing counseling to residents with the Wilcoxon test. The results after the community knowledge counseling increased by 92% for indicators of understanding, utilization, and effects of radiation, while 97% for indicators of radiation protection with antioxidants. From the results of the Wilcoxon test, the p value < 0.001 therefore it can be said that counseling activities about radiation and protection efforts can affect the level of understanding of the residents.

Abstract

The Apron is a lead apron to protect the body from radiation hazards, to reduce exposure to fluoroscopy radiation, and made of lead as a shield. Based on observations, the number of aprons was seven, purchased in 2011 and 2012. The apron was placed on a small table and the wrong apron was found. Seven of the aprons, one of which was on the first apron, were suspected to have been damaged due to the wrong way of storing the apron and the researcher noticed kinks in the suspected apron. This type of research is quantitative, in the Radiology Unit of RSUD. Mohammad Natsir Solok from January 2021. Population 7 apron, sample 7 apron, data processing by measuring using tools available in fluoroscopy, data analysis compared with Lambert and McKeon (2001) theory. The results showed that the leak in the upper one apron was 51.54 mm2, the lower part 38.21 mm2 in the lower two apron 51.43 mm2, the third apron in the middle right front area was 21.12 mm2, in the lower right front area 1.664,87 mm2, at the rear center area 1,435.57 mm2, the top five rear area apron 6.97 mm2, at the rear center area 26.98 mm2 and the top left front six area apron 46.07 mm2. Of the seven aprons studied, there were leaks that exceeded the tolerance limit, namely on the third apron.

Abstract

The title of this research is "Overview of BPJS Outpatient Registration Administration Services during Covid-19 Pandemic at Al Islam Hospital Bandung in 2021". The purpose of this research was to determine the outpatient registration administrative services provided to BPJS patients. This research was conducted from April to June 2021. The type of research used is using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, while the data collection technique is through a document review process, interviews with the registration supervisor and several staff who served as implementers and also observations carried out in the outpatient registration unit of BPJS patients. The collected data is then analyzed and described in a detailed and structured manner. The results of this research are the process of implementing registration services refers to the applicable regulations and also the provisions that have been made by the hospital. Some of the registration services at Al Islam Hospital that can be used by BPJS patients are, Direct Registration, Telephone Registration, Autoregistration, Referrals between health facilities, and Internal Referrals. From these data it is concluded that the services provided by Al Islam Hospital during the pandemic has made the necessary modification to the existing regulation to adhere covid-19 protocol, are in accordance with applicable regulations and implemented in accordance with the standard operating procedures set by the Hospital. Abstract

The BPJS Health program has been launched for more than six years, but the process of making claims from the hospital to the BPJS Health Office continues to be developed. In line with the policy changes issued by the BPJS Health regulations, hospitals must also follow these changes, for the smooth payment of claims so that the cash flow of hospital operations is not disrupted. This paper aims to find out the system for submitting claims for BPJS Health inpatients at RSUD X, Bandung Regency. The location of data collection is in the BPJS Health Inpatient Claim Unit, RSUD X Bandung Regency, on June 14-24 2021. The type of paper uses descriptive qualitative research, using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations were made at the BPJS Health Inpatient Claim Unit at RSUD X Bandung Regency, then interviews were conducted with two BPJS Health inpatient claims officers, as well as documentation of the claim requirements file. The collected data is then analyzed to draw conclusions. The result of writing is that the claim file and the submission of BPJS Health inpatient claims at RSUD X Bandung Regency are in accordance with the references used, namely Presidential Regulation Number 82 of 2018 and BPJS Health Regulation Number 7 of 2018. However, the SOPs and flowcharts for these activities have not been documented. For this reason, in this paper, it is recommended that the SOP and flowchart of the BPJS Health inpatient claim submission activities is documented. In addition, no less important is the documentation of the Director's Decree for setting regulations as a reference in the activity of submitting BPJS Health inpatient claims at RSUD X, Bandung Regency, so that officers have standards/guidelines as internal references in carrying out their duties.
