Abstract

Perkembangan internet melalui media social seperti Instagram sangat meningkat penggunaannya beberapa tahun belakangan. Hal ini juga tak lepas dari pengaruh smartphone yang memudahkan pengguna untuk mengakses Instagram kapan pun dan dimanapun. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap niat menggunakan Instagram dengan menggunakan variabel mediasi sikap pengguna. Terlebih dengan semakin banyaknya pengguna Instagram dengan berbagai keperluan dalam tindakan pemakaiannya. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna Instagram sebanyak 100 orang yang dipilih secara acak baik online maupun offline. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepercayaan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap sikap, tetapi dari kepercayaan terhadap niat penggunaan memberikan pengaruh yang positif signifikan. Hasil lainnya dengan menggunakan variabel mediasi yaitu dari segi sikap terhadap niat menghasilkan pengaruh negatif signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan memegang peranan penting agar dapat mengubah niat untuk menggunakan aplikasi media sosial dikarenakan banyaknya kriminalitas yang terjadi melalui internet.

Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan dalam pemilihan busana bagi semua orang yang kesulitan dalam pemilihan busana sesuai karakter kepribadian seseorang. Sistem ini dapat digunakan dengan aplikasi prolog yang mudah dipahami oleh pengguna dengan menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang telah dibuat dalam aplikasi prolog. Hasil dari Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Busana ini, pengguna dapat mengerti busana yang sesuai dengan karakter Kepribadian seseorang dan hasil dari SPK ini dapat digunakan oleh banyak pengguna yang ingin mencoba dan menerapkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini.

Abstract

Hal yang sering terjadi bagi para penggemar dan pembaca novel adalah merasa kebingungan dalam memilih judul novel yang akan dibacanya. Novel yang akan dibaca biasanya berdasarkan situasi dan kondisi dari suasana hati mereka. Hal tersebut dapat disebabkan karena novel-novel yang ada terdiri dari banyak pilihan atau genre, seperti romance, komedi, thriller, horror, misteri, inspirasi, dan fiksi ilmiah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelesaikan masalah di atas sehingga para pembaca novel bisa mendapat rekomendasi novel-novel yang bisa dibaca sesuai dengan suasana hati masing-masing pembaca novel tersebut. Penjabaran dan penjelasan alur penelitian diberikan dalam bentuk flowchart agar lebih jelas yang dimulai dari input, process, dan output. Bagian input berisi tampilan pertanyaan dan input jawaban, bagian process berisi pengecekan jawaban, dan bagian output berisi jawaban alternatif yang ditampilkan oleh sistem. Apabila alternatif-alternatif yang ditampilkan sesuai maka sistem selesai digunakan dan keputusan dikembalikan kepada pembuat keputusannya sedangkan bila belum selesai maka pengguna dapat kembali lagi menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang ada. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah telah dibangunnya Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dalam pemilihan judul novel sesuai dengan suasana hati pengguna sehingga saat pembaca novel merasa kebingungan dalam memilih novel yang akan dibaca, maka Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini dapat membantu memberikan beberapa alternatif jawaban yang dapat dipilih oleh pengguna/pembaca novel.

Abstract

Documents similarity measure is a time consuming problem. The large amount of documents and the large number of pages per document are causing the similarity measures to becomes a complicated and hard job to do manually. In this research, a system that can automatically measuring similarity between documents is built by implementing TF-IDF. Measurements are carried by first creating a vector representation of documents being compared. This vector representation containing the weight of each term in the documents. After that, the similarity value are calculated using cosine similarity. The finished system can carry out comparison of documents in pdf or word format. Document comparison can be done using all the chapters in the report, or just a few selected chapters that are considered significant. Based on experiment, it can be concluded that TF-IDF needs at least three documents to be available in the document collection  being processes. The test of correlation shows that for document in pdf format, there is a significant correlation between the amount of characters in the document with the processing time.

Abstract

With the lightning speed of camera technology evolution, now camera can take pictures by zooming up to many times without reducing the quality of the photo. The quality of the resulting image is very dependent on the interpolation method used. This study discusses the influence of nearest neighbor interpolation methods, bilinear interpolation and bicubic interpolation with various levels of resolution on the original image. The data used in this study is 256x256 pixel RGB image. The quality of the resulting image will be measured using the MSE and PSNR. The MSE assessment results using the Bicubic Interpolation method are in the range 0-1 The results of the PSNR assessment using the Bicubic Interpolation method produced a number above 51dB. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that resolution image quality is strongly influenced by the interpolation method used. The results of the assessment using MSE and PSNR indicate that the Bicubic Interpolation Method is better than the Bilinear Interpolation method and Nearest Neighbor Interpolation.

Abstract

Fingertip detection is a field on computers that has extensive space in field: NUI, robotics, etc. CNN is one method that is being used in object detection, with some CNN updates being faster - RCNN is able to detect objects very well. This study conducted the ability of Faster-RCNN in detecting fingertips with the Inception V2 architecture. Implementation is done on images that have noise and not. The results showed that image without noise has 91% accuracy, while for each noisy image: Gaussian, Salt and Pepper, Poisson and Speckle had an accuracy of 34%, 5%, 80% and 21%.

Abstract

Today, web-based electronic services are usually applied by various higher education institutions in effort to meet the interests of the organization and also the interests of their service users. This research use Kano Model to study service quality attributes found on the website services of higher education institutions at XYZ Higher Education so that the management of XYZ Higher Education can know the priority needs of their web-based service users to improve the quality of the its web-based services. The Kano Model is also used to measure the relationship between the level of satisfaction and the effort to improve it’s level by XYZ Higher Education. This research use 27 service quality attributes that were measured using the Kano Model. The results of this research showed that from 27 attributes, 11 attributes were eliminated and other 16 attributes need to be improved and maintained.

Abstract

Sistem informasi salah satu faktor pendukung sebuah perusahaan dalam mencapai visi misinya, dengan menggunakan sistem informasi yang didukung dengan infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai maka proses bisnis perusahaanpun akan lebih efektif dan efisien, bahkan jika ditinjau dari sisi keuangan akan berdampak lebih ekonomis. Dengan memanfaatkan sistem informasi sinergitas antar perusahaanpun dapat dengan mudah dilakukan guna mendukung pertukaran data/informasi sesuai kepentingan masing-masing perusahaan tersebut, salah satu bentuk kerjasama tersebut yaitu pembayaran aktivitas akademik pada perguruan tinggi dengan pihak Bank, adapun teknologi yang digunakan adalah Host to Host (H2H) e-Collection, yang pada intinya teknologi ini melakukan sinergitas antara data tagihan akademik dari pihak perguruan tinggi dengan data pembayaran dari pihak Bank. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan perancangan dan implementasi H2H e-Collection tersebut kedalam sistem akademik perguruan tinggi, dengan menggunakan metodologi pengembangan sistem informasi Rational Unified Process (RUP)

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to make the Application of Goods Sales CV. XYZ Palembang. The methodology used is iterative (iterative). With several stages of the planning stage, analysis by analyzing the existing problems in the company, this design stage designing the sistem so that problems can be overcome, and at the implementation stage of programming and application testing.The results to be achieved is expected to help CV. XYZ in managing data sales of goods so that sales transactions become more effective and efficient The conclusion is that with this application is expected to provide information, process data in computerized, This application can also minimize the time in calculating the cost of sales of goods and can facilitate in search of data items most sold quickly, accurate so that the sales process can run in accordance with the expected.

Abstract

Selling transactions of goods or services with computer network media connected to the internet is called e-commerce. The development of e-commerce in Indonesia is very high due to the huge population of Indonesia. Tokopedia is one of the most popular e-commerce in Indonesia currently in the form of a marketplace. The purpose of this study was to determine customer satisfaction with the quality of the Tokopedia website using the webqual 4.0 model and the benefits of this study were to provide input for Tokopedia managers in improving service to consumers. The results of this study are usability quality has a negative influence, information quality variables (information quality) and service quality variables (service quality) have a positive influence on user satisfaction.
