Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of accounting knowledge, education level, educational background and work motivation on the use of accounting information on MSME actors in Bima City. This research is quantitative associative research. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 137 respondents who are owners/managers of MSMEs in Bima City. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The result of this study is that there is a positive influence between accounting knowledge and work motivation on the use of accounting information. However, the level of education and educational background has no significant effect on the use of accounting information. This research is limited to accounting knowledge, education level, educational background and work motivation so that other variables need to be developed to be more in-depth such as business age, business scale, accounting training, business experience and others

Abstract

Milkfish (Chanos chanos Forsskal) is a food fish that is spread across several regions in Indonesia. Milkfish is quite high in protein, making the digestive process easier for the body when consumed by people of all ages. This causes an increase in demand for this fish on the market, both in local and international markets. This increase in production causes demand for seeds to also increase. However, this request often cannot be fulfilled. This is because the availability of seeds is limited. This research aims to determine the reproductive performance of hatchery scale milkfish. This research activity was carried out in March-April 2023 at the Center for Brackish Water Aquaculture Fisheries (BBPBAP) Jepara, Central Java. The data collection techniques used in this research were descriptive methods and field observations. The results obtained were milkfish hatchery activities including broodstock rearing, handling eggs, checking water quality, enriching broodstock feed, feeding broodstock, as well as larval rearing activities until harvest. Milkfish have euryhaline properties, can spawn more than once a year with an average number of eggs >200,000 eggs for each spawning

Abstract

This study attempted to examine the influence that financial literacy has on investment decisions and how that effect can be tempered by the financial behavior of college students in Denpasar City. Specifically, this study focused on college students in Denpasar City. This study involved quantitative methods. There were 130 pupils from the Denpasar City region that made up the sample population. Primary data were used in the analysis, which was conducted using the PLS-based structural equation modeling approach. The method of collecting data makes use of a questionnaire that is scored on a Likert scale and is submitted using a Google Form. The data are collected using a Purposive Sampling approach. According to the findings of the study, having a strong understanding of personal finance has a large and favorable impact on investment choices. Then, one's financial behavior can have an effect on the connection between financial literacy and investing choices.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of individual characteristics on the career development of structural civil servant officials at the NTB Provincial Government office. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether individual characteristics influence the career development of structural civil servants at the NTB Provincial Government office ?. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The population of this research is the total number of Civil Servants in the regional government offices of West Nusa Tenggara Province who occupy structural positions, namely 1,027 people. The sample was taken using the Slovin formula, so the sample size was 91.12 rounded up to 91 people. Simple multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, and correlation coefficient are the data analysis methods used. The results of the research that has been conducted show that the individual characteristics variable has a positive influence on career development. So it can be concluded that the proposed research hypothesis is completely accepted.

Abstract

Test efforts to find alternatives to increase the even distribution of irrigation water on service land. The results of previous research conducted by researchers show that drip irrigation which is designed in stages with a water source from a drip irrigation tank using two types of emitters in a multi-stage drip irrigation system provides different irrigation water distribution results, so it is necessary to find a solution. so that irrigation can occur evenly. To get an alternative that might be tested is to use several types of emitters in the PVC pipe drip point holes, because these tools already exist on the market. This research aims to determine the effect of using two types of emitters, namely 2 lt/min and 4 lt/min emitters on distribution of irrigation water in a 4-tiered drip irrigation network. The test data analyzed includes irrigation distribution data, flow discharge data and irrigation uniformity (Cu), and the results of the analysis are presented in the form of tables and graphs and discussed before conclusions are drawn. The analysis results show that the average Cu for the two types of emitters is above 97%, which is very good and the two emitters have a very even distribution. The difference in distribution volume for each emitter, for a 2ml/min emitter is around 1ml -2 ml and for a 4 ml/min emitter it is 1ml -2 ml, with an irrigation network flow rate of around 84ml/min – 99.7 ml/min.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the regulations for granting remissions to corrupt convicts in the perspective of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2022 concerning Corrections and to examine how the criteria for granting remissions for prisoners in Corruption Crime cases are regulated according to the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of the Year 2022 Concerning Requirements and Procedures for Implementing the Rights of Prisoners and how to implement Remission for prisoners in Corruption Crime Cases at the Mataram Class II A Correctional Institution. Formulation of the problem; (1) What is the mechanism for granting remission to corrupt convicts according to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2022 and (2) What are the juridical implications of the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2022 in fulfilling the right to remission for Corruptor Convicts. This research uses empirical juridical legal research method that focuses on researching applicable laws and regulations and their application in the field. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that remission is a reduction in the period of serving a sentence given to prisoners and children who meet the requirements specified in the provisions of the regulations per the Law. The conditions for obtaining remission as regulated in Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2022 concerning Corrections are: having good behavior, actively participating in a coaching program, and having demonstrated a reduced level of risk. For Corruption Case Convicts, JC (Justice Collabulator) is no longer required but is still required to pay the fine and/or replacement money in full

Abstract

Marriage is a bond that gives rise to a family as one of the elements in social and state life, regulated by legal rules, both Islamic law and positive law (state law). In marriage laws, the age limit for marriage has been stipulated (material requirements), one of which is the provision regarding the minimum age limit set forth in Article 7 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. In reality, many marriages are conducted below the provisions of marriage laws, which have long been happening not only in urban areas but also in remote areas. The reasons vary, due to economic issues, low education, understanding of cultural and certain religious values, and others. Most Muslim scholars agree that underage marriage is permissible with certain conditions. Thus, supported by the fact that our legal system does not criminalize such marriages and that this issue remains a subject of debate in society, underage marriages should not be criminalized in future law

Abstract

The aims of this research are; 1) to determine the communication strategy of PT.AMNT's CSR program in Sekongkang subdistrict, West Sumbawa Regency, 2) to identify the quality of stakeholder responses to PT's corporate branding or image. AMNT, and 3) analyzing the effectiveness of PT.AMNT's CSR program in Sekongkang sub-district, West Sumbawa Regency according to stakeholders.The design of this research is Mixed Method or mixed research which combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. The sample for this research consisted of 175 people consisting of 25 people in each village in Sekongkang sub-district. CSR program communication strategy data was collected through in-depth interviews, data on stakeholder responses to corporate branding was collected through interviews and questionnaires, while CSR program effectiveness data was collected through questionnaires which were then analyzed using a 5 Likert scale.The results of the research show that the communication strategy of PT.AMNT's CSR program in Sekongkang sub-district has fulfilled the ten elements of the established communication strategy and has successfully implemented information stakeholder strategy, response stakeholder strategy, and involvement stakeholder strategy. According to the majority (>88%) of stakeholders in Sekongkang sub-district, agree that PT.AMNT has a good CSR program. Stakeholders in Sekongkang sub-district also have the view that PT.AMNT has effective CSR programs. After conducting a correlation test using the Pearson test, the r_count value (0.844) was greater than r_table (0.354) and the r_count value was close to one, so it can be concluded that PT AMNT's CSR program is effective in Sekongkang sub-district and has a strong correlation with the company's corporate branding.
