Abstract

In order to ascertain the effect of Burnout-mediated cyberloafing behavior on employee performance, this study will examine workload and work stress. The five divisions of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia that were permitted to serve as research samples made up the study's population. There were sixty employees in the sample. Purposive sampling, or the practice of acquiring samples that meet specific requirements, is the sampling approach employed in this study. A questionnaire serves as the study instrument in this survey-based data collection method. techniques for partial least squares data processing. This study demonstrates that cyberloafing behavior is significantly influenced by workload behavior. The practice of cyberloafing is not significantly impacted by job stress. Burnout is significantly impacted by workload. Burnout is significantly impacted by work stress. Cyberloafing is significantly impacted by Burnout. Both directly and indirectly, through Burnout as a mediating variable, workload affects cyberloafing. Burnout acts as a mediator variable between work stress and cyberloafing.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find the determination of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Return on Assets Ratio (ROA) on stock returns in companies included in the LQ45 list for the 2017-2021 period. The research sample was 21 companies with the following criteria: Companies that are consistently in the LQ45 index for the 2017-2021 period and have complete financial reports, excluding companies in the financial sector. Purposive sampling technique is used in the sampling technique. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The F test results of this research state that simultaneously they have a significant effect on stock returns. The results of the t test state that the Current Ratio and Debt to Assets Ratio have a significant negative effect on stock returns, while Return on Assets has no significant effect on the company's stock returns.

Abstract

Studi tentang pengaruh faktor situasional berdasar teori Belk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di lingkungan ritel modern telah banyak dilakukan, namun banyak berfokus pada jenis faktor situasional tertentu dan tidak membedakan pengaruhnya pada pembelian produk food dan non food. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengekplorasi komparasi pengaruh faktor situasional terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada produk food dan non food. Sampel penelitian adalah konsumen yang berbelanja di pusat perbelanjaan Kota Manado minimal 2 kali dalam sebulan terakhir, sebanyak 100 orang untuk pembelian produk makanan dan 100 orang juga untuk pembelian produk bukan makanan. Sampel diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrumen kuesioner, dengan skala Likert 5 titik. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh faktor situasional terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada produk food dan non food, baik parsial maupun simultan. Keadaan terdahulu merupakan faktor situasional yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk makanan dan definisi tugas berpengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk non food. Kontribusi hasil penelitian ini bagi literatur pemasaran dikemukakan dalam kesimpulan.

Abstract

This research is conducted to examine the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Reuse Intention on Tourism Bus in the City of Surabaya (Study on: Surabaya Heritage Track Bus). The questionnaire is distributed to 92 respondents that lived in Surabaya and Outside Surabaya and have used Surabaya Heritage Track Bus more than once. The type of research is casual research that using Partial Least Square analysis method - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The result shows that Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Reuse Intention. Meanwhile, Customer Satisfaction has a mediating role from Service Quality to Reuse Intention.

Abstract

Economic activity cannot be separated from the influence of technological and information development. One of the evidences of technological development in economic field is the availability of various cashless transaction pattern. Indonesian Bank and Indonesian Payment System Association launch QRIS is an integrated digital payment instrument. PT Bank Central Asia is one of the banking financial institution that offers QRIS service in BCA Mobile application. The convenience and benefit that are offered by QRIS BCA Mobile do not always run well. The purpose of this research is to look for the influence of between perceived ease of use on intention to use, perceived usefulness on intention to use, perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use on intention to use through perceived usefulness as mediation variable. This research uses Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) data analysis method. Data in this research that is obtained by distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents of QRIS BCA Mobile users. The results of this research are there is influence between perceived ease of use on intention to use, perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness on intention to use, and perceived ease of use on intention to use with perceived usefulness as mediation variable.

Abstract

Donating behavior has experienced a shift from conventional to digital. To ensure the continuity of donations, companies are required to have a strategy to attract and retain donors. This study aims to analyze platform trust in online donation platforms and emotional loyalty as factors that influence the continuation of donating to online-based donations. Attachment theory is used as a basis in this research where this theory states that strong emotional attachment creates loyalty that can prevent discontinuity in the use of products or services. Then, quantitative measures were used by distributing questionnaires to the selected sample, and 166 responses were collected. The data were analyzed using SEM. The results show that platform trust has an effect on emotional loyalty and continued intention to donate and emotional loyalty has an effect on the continued intention to donate, as well as being a partial mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of place variable on business longevity, and the moderating role of feng shui on the relationship between place and business longevity. This research was conducted quantitatively using the moderation effect test. The analytical tool in this study uses the SMARTPLS-3 application. The total population in this study was 55 Chinese business owners who are members of the C community in Surabaya. After the researchers distributed the questionnaires, the questionnaires that could be used were 41 respondents. Statistical tests used in this study include convergent validity test, discriminant validity test, reliability test, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test. The results of the study show that the place variable has an effect on business longevity, and the feng shui variable negatively moderates the relationship between place and business longevity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak langsung Political Connection, Gender Diversity, dan Agama terhadap penghindaran pajak dengan mengikutsertakan Profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel kontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 51 perusahaan konglomerasi pada tahun 2013-2022 (510 data panel) yang terdatar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis data panel Cross-Section weights pada program Eviews 12. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara keragaman gender pada dewan direksi dan optimalisasi pajak. Selanjutnya Agama anggota dewan lulusan Universitas Beragama cenderung berpengaruh negatif terhadap penghindaran pajak. Koneksi politik juga memoderasi pengaruh Gender Diversity. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang memiliki keberagaman anggota dewan cenderung melakukan penghindaran pajak. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung teori ketergantungan sumber daya dimana koneksi politik dimanfaatkan oleh perusahaan sebagai sumber daya dalam melakukan penghindaran pajak sebagai cara untuk meringankan beban pajak. Penelitian ini dibatasi pada kelompok sampel tanpa mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis perusahaan.
