Pada zaman Rasulullah masjid dijadikan sebagai center of islamic civilization. Oleh karena itu, banyak masyarakat muslim berlomba-lomba untuk mendirikan masjid. Disisi lain, banyaknya masjid justru menjadi akar konflik keagamaan dan sosial dikalangan masyarakat muslim karena faktor ideologi yang berbeda. Hal ini pula yang bisa disandarkan kepada analisis tentang manifestasi konflik dalam dinamika kehidupan masyarakat. Analisis konflik pada realitas kehidupan sosial menjadi fakta yang cukup mengesankan untuk dikaji dalam rangka menempatkan situasi sosial yang berkembang di tengah-tengah masyarakat pada kerangka dasar data yang tepat serta mengarah kepada posisi impelementatif dari perwujudannya. Konflik yang muncul di tengah-tengah kehidupan masyarakat merupakan bagian dari pembentukan masyarakat itu sendiri. Seperti yang terjadi di dusun Bener Desa Betek Kec/Kab. Madiun, dengan jumlah penduduk 529 mempunyai 2 masjid dan 6 musholla. Fenomena tersebut menarik dan penting untuk diteliti dengan tujuan untuk mengcover teori Konflik sosial oleh Ralf Dahrendorf. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa causa prima terjadinya konflik di Dusun Bener antara lain : (1) perbedaan ideologi; (2) ketimpangan sosial, (3) kekuasaan politik, (4) ekonomi (5) dominasi kelompok elite. Implikasinya adalah untuk memetakan konflik sosial keagamaan di wilayah pedesaan.

This paper aims to see how far the philosophical thought of the god of Ibn T{ufail. The existence of God and the argument to establish His existence have become an important object in Islamic philosophical studies and its discussion was presented in various ways by Muslim philosophers, among them Ibn T{ufail al-Andalusi. Through the work of Roman Alegorik titled H{ay Bin Yaqz}an, Ibn T{ufail is trying to present a figure who is looking for God through his sense. Hermeneutic is choosen to analyze the subject and be explained by narative methode. The conclution is Ibn T{ufail's concept of god has a rationalist character. To know the existence of God, a servant can maximize his rational role even without divine guidance. The rationality is supplemented by metaphysical properties.

Abstract: The renewal discourse about Islamic opinion is always interesting to discuss. Many Moslem scholars give critical opinion about the reaction of knowing and understanding about Islam especially about as-sunah as a law Islamic base. The reaction is there are many people receive and there are many people refuse the exsistent of as-sunnah as a law Islamic base. One of person who refuse as-sunnah as a law Islamic base is Mustafa Mahmud. The controversial opinion becomes serious discussion both in seminar and scientific written. According to Mustofa Mahmud, all hadits are doubt not only in the exsistent but also in syafa’at hadits. They are all false although they are written by Al-Bukhari. Syafa’at hadits is often connected with refusal hadits community (refusal as-sunnah) that is placed in Mesir. This research uses analysis descriptive method that contains critical analysis inside to Mustofa Mahmud’s facing in syafa’at hadits. This research produces a critical opinion and measurement to Mustafa Mahmud’s facing about syafaat hadits.

Strategi Komunikasi Lintas Agama FKUB Surabaya Dalam Menangani Konflik A Lukman Hakim

Abstrak Penelitian ini mengangkat dua fokus penelitian, yaitu: (1) Bagaimana strategi perencanaan komunikasi lintas agama FKUB Kota Surabaya sebelum menangani konflik, (2) Bagaimana strategi tindakan komunikasi lintas agama FKUB Kota Surabaya saat menangani konflik. Untuk menjawab fokus penelitian tersebut secara menyeluruh dan mendalam, dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang berguna untuk memberikan fakta dan data mengenai strategi komunikasi lintas agama FKUB Kota Surabaya dalam menangani konflik. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data model interaksi Miles dan Huberman. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: (1) Proses penyelesaian konflik yang dilakukan FKUB Kota Surabaya diawali dengan perencanaan langkah strategis yaitu musyawarah internal diantara pengurus FKUB untuk merumuskan tindakan terbaik yang akan dilakukan baik rencana tindakan jangka pendek, jangka menengah dan jangka panjang. (2) Secara secara garis besar penanganan konflik yang dilakukan FKUB dapat dipetakan dalam beberapa langkah. Pertama, melakukan koordinasi dengan instansi pemerintah. Kedua, melakukan komunikasi dan pendekatan kepada pihak yang terlibat konflik. Apabila mengalami kebuntuan dalam proses rekonsiliasi maka akan dilakukan pendekatan pada organisasi keagamaan/tokoh agama setempat, pendekatan kultural, pendekatan pemahaman keagamaan berwawasan kebangsaan dan pendekatan sosialisasi aturan yang berlaku. Ketiga, melakukan pembinaan pasca konflik seperti memberikan penyuluhan dan bimbingan hidup rukun kepada masyarakat, meningkatkan silaturrahmi, dialog, temu ilmiah secara rutin antar pemuda, cendikiawan, pemuka agama, membentuk jaringan kerjasama antar umat beragama.

This paper discusses the history of the story of Sa'labah bin Hatib which is ascribed to asbabun nuzul from surat al-Taubah verse 75. Most commentators refer to the history of al-Tabari. Two narrations of al-Tabari index number 16986 and 16987, each base of the sanad ends in Ibn nu Abbas's friend and Abu Umamah al-Bahili. The majority of hadith critics say that most of the narrators in the chain of the second sanad of al-Tabari's history are punished by da'if and munkar. From the side of the law, there are also many irregularities, including: 1) contrary to surat al-Taubah verse 103 which instructs to take zakat. 2) Contrary to the next zahir verse, namely verses 76 and 77 of surat al-Taubah. 3) Contrary to the historical fact, the hypocrites were reluctant to pay zakat fought by Abu Bakr.

Inter-religious harmony has until now become a goal in the life of every human being. Where each individual or group continues to maintain an attitude of tolerance to always live peacefully in a country that has diverse ethnic groups, customs, culture and religion. Given that tolerance must be possessed by every human being on this earth. What about mutual respect, respecting the trust of others, and not forcing the truth to those who already have their own truth. Like religious tolerance, every human being must respect the worship procedure for other religions, teachings that they believe in in his religion and do not see one's religious background if he wants to help him. Dialogue, is one way for tolerance to be maintained in interfaith relations. With the dialogue between religious people, whether individuals or religious groups, it will be easier to express their thoughts without fear of arousing words of attacking one another. In every religion, such as Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Confucianism, views on tolerance and dialogue between religious groups are different. Although, it has the same meaning. Namely, both of them aim to continue to maintain the harmony of life between religious people. In this article, we will discuss interfaith dialogue, tolerance and dialogue in the perspective of religions. Also how can dialogue be a moral to foster an attitude of enthusiasm among religious people.

ترتكز هذه المقالة في تحليل مشاكل جمع الزكاة و تصرفها من المزكين إلي المستحقين. بدأ المؤلف بمفهوم الزكاة في الإسلام الذي يتضمن التفاهم والتنوع كما هو رأي الفقهاء حول هذا الموضوع من أركان و شروط الوجوب و شروط الصحة. جوهر هذه المقالة يبين عن كيفية إدارة الزكاة التي تعتبر ضرورية لرفاه المسلمين ، ولذالك يجب علي كل من المؤسسات أن يتصرف الزكاة بشكل صحيح لتحصل ثقة المجتمع. ويمكن تنفيذ الإدارة قائمة على طريقة مهنية ، يجب القيام بها مع العلاقات المتبادلة في جميع الأنشطة المختلفة المرتبطة بالمؤسسة. ومن طريقة مهنية كما بين جيمس ستونر(James Stoner) تنبني على أربعة أساس، هي عملية التخطيط(Planning) ، والتنظيم (Organizing) ، و التفعيل (Actuating) والإشراف (Controlling). وهذه الأساس الأربع يساعد المؤسسات حكومية كان أم إجتماعية في جمع الزكاة وتصرفها واستخدامها والإشراف عليها.

Soap ope ras, better known as electronic cinema or teledrama, play a major role in society in understanding this real or real life and plugging in frames / images of thought in the future. In preparing for a global era and an increasingly advanced industrial society and intense competition in the global market, Indonesian soap operas must be able to play its role. Along with the increasing number of private TV sets, quantitatively Indonesian soap operas experienced a very proud development and also gave a variety of nuances, however the quality of Indonesian soap operas has only recently developed. Indonesian soap operas must consider the elements of education, entertainment, the real problems of society and the way they are done, such as the DKI reborn Warkop film which has a classic feel but is still interesting as a television broadcast that is comedy and educating. Actually, if we want to emulate a very educational cartoon film such as Upin and Ipin, Shiva even though the results of neighboring state products contain a message of education and a very high moral message, Indonesian children love cartoon films like this, besides being funny, educating , raising local culture, and introducing the name of a particular place. Indonesian television shows are still dominated by shows that are beyond human reach. How much television is still mystical like in the Antv program, almost every day cannot be separated from mystical shows (Eyes of the Dark, Penetrating the inner eye, GGS and others).

Indonesia is a pluralistic country with a variety of ethnicities, races, cultures, languages and religions. Apart from being known as a pluralistic country, Indonesian people are also known to be very religious, and have made various efforts to create harmonious relations between religious communities. However, seeing the complex problems involving religious people in the current era is increasingly prevalent in this business as if in vain. Problems with a higher religion than religion that are no longer related to sadistic bandages, cruel, intolerant, even non-dialogical. Sam Harris, who is a new figure of atheism from the United States, also links this phenomenon and states that created religion creates conflict, division and social involvement. According to Sam, religion can support war, even religion is the core of the problem in the war. The war that was moved was justified because of religion, a religion that was often taken as a source of warfare. To realize the ideals of peace between religious communities, it is a significant effort to restore the nature of religion and the essential purpose of human life, dialogue is a form of effort. Dialogue with an inclusive dialogue model is a form of effort carried out in the present era. The strategy of implementing this dialogue model is one of the messages of religious peace in life, for the sake of religious and human safety. Interfaith dialogue is a form of support for each religious community and the support of the human race in racial struggle and struggle, conflict and inter-religious warfare. Dialogue The notion of interfaith is important as the goal of realizing a culture of peace and awareness will be responsible for virtue. Religious dialogue as a movement to call on all religious people to meet, make a strategy to build relationships between people on the basis of, compile, and coexist peacefully in different communities.

Digital comic or webtoon has its own way of delivering messages to readers, namely using visual and verbal language. Comic can also portray social condition or especially multicultural society where the comic is written. Taking 304th Study Room (Session 1) comic as its object, this study aimed to assess the representation of cultural diversity in the webtoon so it knows what the ideology delivered by the webtoonist. This research is a qualitative research. The theoretical basis in this study is the semiotic theory of Roland Barthes which is seen through the level of its meaning. The results of this study show that through semiotic Roland Barthes the diversity of cultures in the webtoon 304th Study Room (season 1) is represented through characters backgrounds of different etnicity or race and beliefs and characters interaction in the webtoon. The weboonist wants to convey the ideal pluralistic society so that broadly speaking, the myths in the webtoon are cultural diversity, multicultural society. So it can be said that digital comic or webtoon play an important role as a products of popular culture to instilling or perpetuating ideology, especially Pancasilais multicultural society in Indonesia.
