Abstract

A wave of vanity of modernity and global industrialization has sneaked into the joints of human life. So in turn, contemporary Islamic thought with all its tools, including the methodology of uṣūl al-fiqh and qawā'id al-fiqhiyyah which has been one of the references and the cornerstone of Islamic banking practice, should mimamorphose with the passage of time and relitas. In other words, it is necessary to incorporate revelation into scientific research in order to free Muslim scholars from the coercion of Western epistemology or to adopt the conventional economic and financial parktics without considering all the risks. This is a great work to be done in order to build Islamic self-image (self image of Islam) in the midst of modern life that is always changing and developing. In this regard, Maqāṣid Syar''ah is a relevant corridor as the basis for system development, practice, and even Islamic banking products in the multidimensional era. In relation to the above issues, this study will describe the values ​​of Maqāṣid Syarī'ah as the corridors of the management of today's Islamic banking institutions. These values ​​can provide protection to customers to be preserved in various aspects of life, including: his religion, his mind, his soul, his descendants and his possessions. This paper is expected to contribute theoretically in the field of Islamic economics and can be used as a reference management of sharia financial institutions and especially for Islamic banking institutions. Abstract

Zakat is believed as a worship that serves to balance social relations. Through zakat wakaf (ziswa), the distance between the person is located and the disadvantaged person can be brought closer. People have an obligation to help and care for the hard people who live around them. In addition, ziswa also works so that the circulation of wealth is not just spinning among a group of people just standing. By learning, people are actively participating in empowering the economically disadvantaged societies. That goal can be realized if zakat is managed with professional management, accountable, and modern. Zakat has been managed by zakat fund management institutions. Abstract

Development of Islamic Economic Thought has begun since Muhammad SAW was appointed as Rasulullah (messanger of God). Muhammad SAW has issued a number of policies that concerning various matters was related with social matters, in addition is legal issues (fiqh), politics (siyasah), as well as commercial or economic matters (muamalah). The economic problems of the people are part of concerning of the Prophet SAW, because economic problems are the pillars of the faith which must be observed. Furthermore, the policies of the Prophet Muhammad SAW made the guidelines by the Caliphs as their successors in deciding economic issues. Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith used as the basis of economic theory by the caliphs are also used by his followers in organizing the economic life of the country. Islamic economic thinking is the response of Muslim thinkers to the economic challenges of their time. The Islamic economic thought is inspired and guided by the teachings of the Qur'an and Sunnah as well by their ijtihad (thought) and empirical experience. Ijtihad is a process of humanity, but the teachings of the Qur'an and sunna are not human thoughts. The object of study in Islamic economic thought is not the Qur'anic and Sunnah teachings about economics but the Islamic scholars think about the economy in history or how they understand the teachings of the Qur'an and Sunnah about economics. The object of Islamic economic thought also includes how Islamic economic history takes place in historical practice. Discourse of economic history in Islam in now, was less respond because most of Muslim scholars have studied and conceptualize in such a way. They are the conceptors of Islamic economics actuallya, although the Islamic economic term in Indonesia has only grown rapidly in the last three decades. The study of Islamic economics gradually developed as an interdisciplinary field of science which is the subject of study of fuqaha, mufassir, philosopher, sociologist, and politician. Abstract

Islam is the only perfect religion that governs all human life and the universe including human economic activities are also regulated in Islam with the Divine principle. In the world of business, in Indonesia there is often a sale and purchase of dirt, while animal waste is basically a dirty object that is not desirable, but with the advancement of science and technology, it turns out that animal dung has many benefits. Based on the above facts, the author wants to examine and discuss and know the problem and then compiled it into a scientific work entitled: "ethics of buying cow dung in the Islamic view in the Village Pandanarum Kecamtan Tempeh" This research uses Descriptive Qualitative Method, with case study approach. Techniques of collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis using field descriptive analysis. The conclusion of the research is: 1) The results of the research that the author did in the ethics of buying and selling cow dung that is happening in the Village pandanarum, do not apply the ethics of buying cow dung karna in this case there are still people who sell sell cattle dung. 2) The sale and purchase of cow dung in the view of Islam is in accordance with Islamic Shari'ah because in this case the community has granted or menysugahkan cow dung 3) Ethical sale of cow dung in the view of Islam in the Village Pandanraum kecamtan Tempeh not apply the ethics of buying and selling cow dung because in this case masyarakt still do not know about the ethics in accordance with the teachings of Islam. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know about business ethics of used mobile phone traders in Kecamatan Selong, East Lombok regency. The reason is studied, because East Lombok especially in Kecamatan Selong is area which majority of Moslem, and its people many who trades as trader especially in buying and selling of used mobile phone. besides East Lombok is an area that has many master teachers and kyai who understand the science of religion. Based on the above reasons, the researcher assumes that the merchant will run the buying and selling in accordance with the ethics of Islamic business but in fact many traders who only prioritize profit by memamfaatkan buyer ignorance. This research is conducted by qualitative approach, which process using triangulation technique as data collection and analyze the result. Focus of this research is to know the ethics of merchant business on buying and selling of used mobile phones in Selong Sub-district, East Lombok. The results of research on how the business ethics of used mobile phone dealers in Selong Sub-district are open traders on used mobile phone conditions, in taking advantage of high traders exploiting buyer ignorance, in obtaining the old geggam phone from the merchant community lowering the price and sell at the highest price. Abstract

The rapid development of sharia banking is not only supported by government regulation but also supported by the quality and service of sharia banking which is getting better. The service, quality, variety of products, minimization of risk that gives profit to customers and the professionalism of sharia banking managers that are increasingly improving now make sharia banking can slowly compete with conventional banking professionally. Sharia banking that proved to be more just and profitable is now growing and gain the trust of the wider community, in this case not only Muslim community but also non-Muslim community. This research uses quantitative method, with field research approach and is descriptive. Technique of collecting data using questioner with sampling technique used is convenience sampling technique. The data analysis uses descriptive statistics, by determining the mean using the mode. The result of this research is the argumentation of non-Muslim customers to customers in syariah banking especially in Bank Syariah Mandiri Lumajang Branch Office there are six factors that are cultural factor, social class factor, learning experience factor, personality factor, self concept factor, attitude and belief factor. The most prompting factor for non-Muslim customers to choose Bank Syariah Mandiri Lumajang Branch Office is a cultural factor in the sixth indicator of service related to Bank Syariah Mandiri.
