Abstract

The purpose of this research is analyzing the impact of customer experience, marketing communication and customer satisfaction to brand loyalty. Customer experience and customer satisfaction has a significant influence on brand loyalty. Based on the previous studies, there is other factor that could affect the brand loyalty namely marketing communications. With the implementation of the concept of customer experience, marketing communications and customer satisfaction, customers will become loyal. The results of this study is there is influence of the customer experience on brand loyalty in Merah Putih restaurant shown with asign value at 0.008, there was no effect of marketing communication on brand loyalty shown with a sign value at 0.968. And there is influence of the customer satisfaction on brand loyalty in Merah Putih restaurant shown with asign value at 0.021. Apparently, the marketing communication which is run by Merah Putih restaurant is not maximized, it causes brand loyalty in Merah Putih restaurant become weak

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leverage and growth to price book value, and test the mediation return on equity and dividend payout ratio in the causal relationship. The study population was categorized as a company of Jakarta Islamic Index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2004-2009. Data collection methods used is purposive sampling. Criteria on the sample used, the company must have positive earnings per share and issued financial statements make it possible to determine the variables of the study.Testing of all hypotheses in this study using path analysis with Amos 16.0 package program. Furthermore, some important findings from this study can be statedas follows: 1)growth does not significantly effect the price to book value, 2) leveragehas positive and significant effect on the price to book value, 3) return on equity anddividend payout ratio to mediate the influence growth of the price to book value. However, this study found no evidence that the return on equity mediates the effect ofleverage on price to book value.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Koperasi Pengusaha Angkutan Kota (KOPATA) Purwokerto during 2007 to 2011. The objectives of this research were to know the financial performance of (KOPATA) Purwokerto during 2007 to 2011 and to know the tendency of financial performance of KOPATA Purwokerto during 2007 to 2011.The methods used in this research were financial performance analysis based on the decree of Minister of Cooperative, Small and Medium Business No.14/M.KUKM/XII/2009 consisting seven aspects such as Capital Structure, Asset Quality, Management, Efficiency, Liquidity, Independence and Growth, the Cooperative Identity and Trend Analysis.The result of this research showed that the average of financial performance scores of KOPATA Purwokerto during 2007 to 2011 was 58,10 located under the value 60 ≤ x ≤ 100, so it can be classified as “Unhealthy”. Then, the result was based on trend analysis calculation showed that its equation had negative slope (-0,125). It meant that the trend of financial performance tend to decrease or projected to fall.The implication of conclusion above was KOPATA Purwokerto should maximize its idle assets to optimize its profit for example, by expanding new business such as rental facilities and providing spar-parts needed by members. KOPATA Purwokerto should pay attention the application of 5C’s analysis such as Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Condition of Economic to minimize the risk and troubled loans/non performing loan

Abstract

Study on meaning, or widely known as meaning in life commonly studied from the perspective of existential psychology. Meaning is an important construct since meaning will help individual in seeking and finding the goals of individual existence. Previous studies show that meaning is utilized in two context, life meaning and job meaning. We argue that the two constructs is closely related so that in some studies, both terms ussually interchangeably used.The aim of the research is to investigate the consequences of meaning in life. Field survey is conducted in Universitas Jenderal Soedirman with the sample size of 140 lecturers. The findings are as follows: meaning in life significantly influence job involvement and lecturer motivation, job involvement significantly influence career planning, but insignificantly toward career identity, whereas motivation significantly influence career identity and career planning. The future research could be conducted to verify current finding, particularly to validate the influence of job involvement toward career identity.

Abstract

Banyumas is the centre of the crystal coconut sugar (Ant Sugar) producer very potensial in Central Java. In Banyumas, there are approximately 200 business units spread of “ant sugar” in the District of Cilongok and Sumbang. On the hand, Sumbang District includes areas that are endemic levels of Iodine Deficiency Disorders Diseases was quite high (39,3 percent) (Hadisaputro et al., 1997). Based on the properties and utilization, crystal coconut sugar is one product that is right for alternative food fortified with iodine. Based on this, then do devotion Program to community Service basis on result of research about application technology of production of crystal coconut sugar industry iodized in home industry coconut sugar of KSU Liga Sirem In Sikapat Village, Sumbang district, Banyumas regency. The method is done by technical assistance and learning by doing in the application of science and technology and in business management ant sugar iodized. The target outcomes of this program is the increased skill of coconut sugar home industry in producing quality ant sugar iodized in accordance with SNI and health standards as well as high economic value, there by increasing income and public health, Resulth of Program to community Service basis on result of research, among others: (1) coconut sugar home industry on KSU Liga Sirem has been able to apply the technology of production of ant sugar iodized by two methods, first methods bases raw material from “ pure nira” and second methods based raw material from coconut sugar (reproduction), (2) The product of ant sugar iodized 30 –80 ppm of KIO3 solution produced by the coconut sugar home industry KSU Liga Sirem has been in accordance with quality standards set by SNI-SII.0268-95 and Depkes RI and also having a preference that preferred by consumers, (3) Improving of quality and packaging of ant sugar product can increase the value-added products Rp. 15.000/kg to Rp.20.000/kg. (4) the program has a positive impact on increasing income and public health in home industry of crystal coconut sugar at KSU Ligasirem of Sikapat Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to examine influence of Corporate Governance mechanism, leverage, and profitability to firm’s value of manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2010-2012. Firm’s value is calculated by using Tobin’s Q. Meanwhile Corporate Governance mechanism is measured by board of director, independent commissioners, institutional ownership, and audit committee. Samples used in this research are manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange on period 2010-2012. This research uses purposive sampling method to choose samples so it is resulted 30 companies as samples. Data is analyzed by using multiple regression method. This study finds that board of director, independent commissioners, leverage and profitability has significant positive effect to firm’s value. Besides, this research proves there is significant negative influence from institutional ownership on firm’s value. Whereas, other variables that is audit committee have no significant effect to firm’s value
