Financial decisions in the company are an important part that is very influential on operational and financial performance. The survival of a company is showed from an operational activity that carried out, so that the company gets the desired results. Financial decisions in the form of working capital policies are important for the survival of the company. Companies can use working capital to get good financial performance. Financial performance can be reflected in profitability and firm value. The role of working capital towards financial performance in companies involves other factors, namely firm size. Large companies with assets have quite a lot of different policies on the use of working capital. This impact will affect the financial performance produced. Associated with the size of the company, this study examines working capital for financial performance by considering firm size. The study aims to examine working capital for financial performance. The study was conducted on manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a study period of three years 2015 to 2017. Test results showed the relationship of working capital to financial performance by considering firm size. With this connection, it shows the importance of using woking capital that is good enough to generate profitability and firm value. This study aims to explore the influence of the composition of perceptual task conflicts on group performance in non-profit organizations. In addition, this study also explores the role of moderators of collaborative conflict management on the influence of the composition of perceptual task conflicts on group performance. Data collection is done by questionnaire. Data were analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis. This study involved 232 respondents from 58 teams / working groups from non-profit organizations namely college scouts, libraries, village level government institutions, early childhood education, PKK organizations and dasa wisma. The results of hierarchical regression analysis indicate that the composition of perceptual task conflicts negatively affects group performance. However, there is not enough evidence of the role of collaboration conflict management in with the influence of the composition of the conflict on the task of the group on group performance. Several implications are given based on the results of this study

Membangun UKM agar mampu untuk bertahan dalam kondisi persaingan yang semakin kompleks tidaklah mudah , Pelaku usaha yang telah mempersiapkan diri untuk berkompetisi akan eksis, tetapi banyak pula pengusaha yang gagal. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian sebelumnya , bahwa kegagalan bisnis UKM sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan pengelolaan modal kerja. Pengelolaan modal kerja adalah mengatur penggunaan modal kerja sesuai kebutuhan usaha. Kebutuhan modal kerja sangat ditentukan oleh tingkat siklus konversi kas sehingga perlu memperhitungkan tingkat perputaran dari masing masing komponen di dalam modal kerja. Penelitian ini membandingkan antara penggunaan modal kerja dengan kebutuhan modal kerja yang harus dipenuhi oleh usaha, penggunaan modal kerja bisa berlebihan , atau kekurangan. Kelebihan atau kekurangan modal kerja berdampak pada ketidak efisienan perusahaan dalam menjalankan usaha, yang pada akhirnya akan mengalami kebangkrutan

Dewasa ini muncul banyak akun-akun Instagram perusahaan termasuk perusahaan jasa transportasi di Indonesia sebagai salah satu cara untuk melakukan fungsi public relations, salah satu perusahaan jasa tersebut adalah PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Walau menjadi satu-satunya perusahaan perkeretaapian di Indonesia, namun PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) harus tetap melakukan public relations demi menjaga hubungan dengan masyarakat dan membangun citra positif perusahaan. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan oleh PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) adalah pengelolaan akun resmi Instagram yaitu @keretaapikita. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya perusahaan untuk melakukan public relations guna menjaga hubungan dengan masyarakat serta membangun citra perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah proses public relations akun resmi Instagram @keretaapikita yang unik dan tentu saja berbeda dengan akun-akun Instagram perusahaan jasa transportasi lainnya. Teori dan konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsep public relations, proses public relations, dan citra. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa unit Public Relations PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) melakukan semua proses public relations seperti fact finding, planning, communicating, dan evaluating dalam mengelola akun Instagram @keretaapikita dengan mengemas konten yang menarik sehingga dapat membuat citra positif perusahaan di mata masyarakat.

Konsumsi kopi di Indonesia dalam kurun waktu beberapa tahun ini mengalami peningkatan sebesar 8% pertahunnya. Hal ini didukung dengan pesatnya pertumbuhan usaha industri kopi dibeberapa daerah karena semakin banyak masyarakat yang sangat menyukai minuman yang berasal dari biji kopi ini. Banyaknya usaha yang bergerak di bisnis serupa menimbulkan tingginya persaingan yang kompetitif antar produsen. Salah satu upaya yang perlu dilakukan adalah menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk menarik minat beli konsumen potensial. PT. Sinar Mayang Lestari merupakan produsen industri kopi dengan merk dagang Malabar Mountain Coffee. Dalam menghadapi pesaing, perusahaan menggunakan dua bentuk direct marketing yaitu face to face selling dan online marketing. Face to face selling dilakukan melalui kegiatan exhibition dan juga roadshow coffee sedangkan online marketing melalui media sosial. Kedua bentuk direct marketing ini dijadikan sebagai unit analisis dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan regresi linier berganda dimana face to face selling dan online marketing sebagai variabel bebas dan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel terikat. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampel dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian kopi arabika Malabar Mountain Coffee. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa direct marketing secara bersama-sama yang terdiri dari face to face selling dan online marketing mempengaruhi konsumen dalam memutuskan untuk membeli kopi arabika Malabar Mountain Coffee.

Perkembangan bisnis harus disikapi secara berbeda oleh setiap pihak. Bagi konsumen, maraknya bisnis baru yang muncul semakin menguntungkan mereka, tetapi bagi pemasar pertumbuhan bisnis bisa menjadi bencana karena semakin ketatnya persaingan. Oleh karena itu pemasar harus memahami apa yang menjadi motivasi atau mendorong niat beli konsumen dan melakukan keputusan pembelian. Saat ini perkembangan bisnis batik di Indonesia sangat pesat. Pemasar batik diharuskan pintar mengolah strategi untuk bertahan di pasar, salah satunya adalah dengan mempelajari motivasi belanja konsumen. Motivasi, atau lebih dikenal dengan orientasi belanja diyakini memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 orang konsumen batik di Purwokerto dan sekitarnya dan regresi berganda sebagai alat analisis. Hasilnya, dari enam variabel orientasi belanja, terbukti bahwa kualitas produk dan belanja impulsif memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen.

This study aimed at explaining the influence of disruptive innovation on business performance with competitive advantage as a mediator and networking capability as moderate. The tool of analysis used was Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The sample size of this research was 120 owners and/or managers of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Purwokerto areas. The result showed that disruptive innovation has a positive effect on both business performance and competitive advantage. The study supported the view that competitive advantage has a positive impact on business performance. Also, competitive advantage act as mediating variable on the relationship between disruptive innovation and business performance. Finally, the last hypothesis stated that networking as moderation variable of disruptive innovation to business performance was supported.

This study aims to evaluate the program of internationalization of UMKM Creative Industries in Purbalingga . Respondents in this study are the SMEs Creative Industries business people who are considered to have knowledge about the Creative Industry in Purbalingga. Data collection using in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the analysis concluded that several factors lead to non-optimal of Creative Industry MSEs internationalization programs sequences was lack of financial, managerial capabilities, lack of information, government support, and the international environment. In order to optimal, Creative Industry of MSMEs internationalization programs should be conducted to use counseling and sustainable facilitation, in which the government and successful entrepreneurs in the international market help entrepreneurs MSMEs creative industries in Purbalingga to succeed in the international market.

Crude oil is a commodity and major world needs today. Since the historic collapse of Lehman Brothers helped precipitate the global economic crisis in the spring of 2008, a strong positive correlation between the price of crude oil continues to appear and the global stock markets, including the stock exchanges in Indonesia. This happens due to capital market investors assume that rising energy prices are a sign of the increasing global demand objective of this study was to determine the effect of crude oil prices and the price of coal on JCI in the Stock Exchange in the period 2012 -2017. This study will use a time series data analysis tool Vector Autoregression approach. VAR model approach is considered more suitable for detecting a mutual relationship or a dynamic two-way causality between variables in world crude oil prices, the price of gold and the price of coal on the stock price index of the mining sector in the system of equations
