Abstract

There is no doubt that almost all companies recognized the necessity and the significant role of marketing strategies in the development and the progress of any business. However, the challenge still is how to elaborate and create effective marketing strategies? The purpose of this study is to investigate and illustrate how we could create efficient marketing strategies by using the Collective Intelligence approach? Interviews were conducted with marketing department teams; added to participants from other department members and also customers and stakeholders. through three different steps (before, during, and after the use of this approach); in order to provide and discover the feedbacks and results of all participants through the implementation of the Collective Intelligence approach. Following the result; There is a consensus from the participants of this research study confirmed that the use of this new concept of collective intelligence will not only transform the design of the future trajectory of elaboration of marketing strategies but also the future of work.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Koperasi Pengusaha Angkutan Kota (KOPATA) Purwokerto during 2007 to 2011. The objectives of this research were to know the financial performance of (KOPATA) Purwokerto during 2007 to 2011 and to know the tendency of financial performance of KOPATA Purwokerto during 2007 to 2011.The methods used in this research were financial performance analysis based on the decree of Minister of Cooperative, Small and Medium Business No.14/M.KUKM/XII/2009 consisting seven aspects such as Capital Structure, Asset Quality, Management, Efficiency, Liquidity, Independence and Growth, the Cooperative Identity and Trend Analysis.The result of this research showed that the average of financial performance scores of KOPATA Purwokerto during 2007 to 2011 was 58,10 located under the value 60 ≤ x ≤ 100, so it can be classified as “Unhealthy”. Then, the result was based on trend analysis calculation showed that its equation had negative slope (-0,125). It meant that the trend of financial performance tend to decrease or projected to fall.The implication of conclusion above was KOPATA Purwokerto should maximize its idle assets to optimize its profit for example, by expanding new business such as rental facilities and providing spar-parts needed by members. KOPATA Purwokerto should pay attention the application of 5C’s analysis such as Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Condition of Economic to minimize the risk and troubled loans/non performing loan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leverage (DER), liquidity (CR), profitability (ROE), firm growth (sales growth), firm size (Ln Total Asset), and dividend policy (DPR) on firm value (PBV) at manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2014 – 2017. The population in this study were 177 companies. The sample used in this study were 10 companies. Sample were taken by purposive sampling method. Data in this study were analyzed with multiple linear regression. The result showed that leverage (DER) has negative and significant on firm value (PBV), liquidity has no effect on firm value (PBV, profitability (ROE) has positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV), firm growth (sales growth) has positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV), firm size (Ln of total asset) has positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV), and dividend policy (DPR) has no effect on firm value (PBV).
