Abstract

Abstract—. The  aims of this research is to find a relationship  beetwen the intersesting to enter SMK N 1 West Sumatera and activemant result on Engginering Drawingfor academic year 2017/2018 at grade XI SMK N 1 West Sumatra. Member of sampling is 47 students that taken from total sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are: 1) Descriptive analysis, 2) normality test and linearity test, and 3) Hypothesis Test. The results of this study is  that there is a significant relationship between intersesting to enter SMK N 1 West Sumatera and activemant result on Engginering Drawingfor academic year 2017/2018 at grade XI SMK N 1 West Sumatra, with 95% confidence level. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient value of 0.510, it is mean  that the category of relationship is enough ( between 0,40-0,70). Abstract

Abstract—The main of this research is about students who got good of Methodology Research course`s, but the completion of thesis proposal was not already. Therefore, should be known what the effect of learning results of Research Methodology toward completion of thesis proposal, student of PTB FT UNP semester July-December 2017. The population of this research is 153 students who taked thesis proposal semester July-December 2017. The sample is 61 students who taked thesis proposal semester July-December 2017. Random technique was used by the sample research. The data were primary and secondary data. The primary data was obtained by questionnaires that they distributed to the respondents, the secondary data was the value of Research Methodology.The results showed there was an effect from the learning result of Research Methodology on completion of thesis proposal. Therefore headmaster of PTB conclude the value of Research Metodology as recommendation to allow the student creating thesis proposal with B point.Keywords: Research Metodhology, Thesis, Learning Result

Abstract

 This study was to reveal how much the industrial work experience to the readiness of  working class XII students  majoring  in  building  engineering  at  SMK  Negeri  1  Padang.This  type  of  research  is  quantitative  with correlational descriptive approach. The sample in this research is 116 students using total sampling Research instrument used in the form of  questionnaire with Likert scale. The research trials was conducted on 30 students of class XII of SMK Negeri 5 Padang, the reason to test of  instrument at SMKN 5 Padang because (1) It is impossible to get the experiment in SMKN 1 Padang due to the limited number of samples and population, (2) SMKN 5 Padang the same characteristics as SMKN 1 Padang. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, test data analysis requirements and  hypothesis testing.The results of the study revealed that there positive correlation at the variabel  experience of industrial work practices to the readiness of students' work of the students of class XII SMKN 1 Padang 2017/2018.The effective contribution of technical internship experience amounted to 41.73% and the amount of other contributions was found to be another factor. Keywords: experience, industrial practice, working readiness

Abstract—Thisresearchbeginswiththe problemsofnewstudentswhileadaptingtostudyincollege.This researchaimstorevealthecorrelation betweenadjustment incollegelearningwithstudentachievement indexDepartment ofCivilEngineeringFTUNP.Thisresearchisacorrelation researchwiththetotal populationofCivilEngineeringDepartmentFTUNPentryyear2016whichare173student. Thesample inthisstudywere64studentsusingProportional RandomSamplingtechnique.Datacollectedusing questionnaireswithLikertScaleconsistingof5criteria,consistingofpositiveandnegativestatements. Thenumberofitemsintheresearchquestionnaire were38pointsstatement.Analysismetodeofthis researchusingPearsonproductmomentcorrelation, basedontheresultsoftheanalysisfoundthatthere isacorrelation betweenself-adjusting learningincollegewithstudentachievement indexwithvaluesof rhitung of0.434> rtabel0.246.
