This research is motivated by the low motivation of entrepreneurship that is owned by graduates of life skills education in the field of fashion skills in learning activities in the District of Lima Puluh Kota, seen from 30 graduates who only a few people who are entrepreneurs. Researchers suspect that the cause of the low motivation for entrepreneurship in graduates of Life Skills education is due to the lack of adversity intelligence possessed by graduates. This study aims to describe the relationship between adversity intelligence and entrepreneurial motivation for life skills education graduates in fashion management skills. This research is a quantitative research with a correlational type. The population in this study were 30 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, a sample of 65% as many as 19 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data collection tools using a list of statements (questionnaires). The results of the study showed that the description of adversity intelligence graduates of life skills education in nursing skills was categorized as low.Keywords: Adversity Intelligence, Entrepreneurial Motivation

This research is motivated by the high attendance of the Paket B equality program and the success of the Paket B education program in PKBM Legusa. This research also purpose to describe the tutor's professional competence in the management aspects of the classroom environment, the use of learning methods, the use of instructional media, and the implementation of learning evaluation. This research use descriptive quantitative approach. For supporting this approach, researcher take 50% of the population is 34 people with a sampling technique that is stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that the professional competence of tutors in classroom environmental management aspects was very good, the aspects of using the learning method were very good, the aspects of using the learning media were very good, and the evaluation aspects were very good. This research is distributed by high motivation learn to citizens studying at language courses program in Hem's Institute city of Padang. Researchers suspect that the learning motivation of high learning citizens due to the instructor in the learning strategies learning activities. Type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this research is to study language courses which amounted to 110 people. Samples taken many as 28 people. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentages. The research results indicate (1) the determination of the expected changes to the citizens learning instructors are categorized good, (2) the determination of which approach to use the trainer to the citizens learn categorized good, (3) the determination of the methods used instructor to the citizens learn categorized good, and (4) the setting of norms of the success of the instructor to the citizens learn categorized good. The research is motivation by the good sports extracurricular at SMAN 13 Padang. This condition is suspected because the guidance provided by the coach in sports extracurricular activities is quite good. This study aims to see an overview of coaching in sports extracurricular activities at SMAN 13 Padang. This research of type quantitative descriptive. Population in this study were eleven-grade students participating in sports extracurricular activities at SMAN 13 Padang as many as 38 people who were all respondents to the study. Data collection techniques using questionnaires by analyzing data using percentage calculations. The results showed that the picture of coaching in sports extracurricular activities at Padang Public High School 13 was good. Suggestions from the results of this study for coaches to maintain and improve the guidance provided in the form of guidance and supervision.Keywords: Extracurricular, Coaching

This research is motivated by the high learning result of santri that can be seen from the achievement of studying santri tahfidz Al-Quran at Al Hidayah Mosque of Solok City. This condition is influenced because of the discipline of students who are very good in following the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this study is to look at the discipline of santri from: 1) discipline of time, 2) discipline in obedience and obedience, 3) discipline in responsibility. The population is twenty-one persons and a sample of twenty-one people is assigned based on the sampling technique of the census. The data collecting technique uses questionnaire of data collection tool. Data analysis techniques use percentage calculations. The results showed that the discipline of santri was very good in terms of 1) time discipline, 2) discipline in obedience and compliance, 3) discipline in responsibility. In conclusion santri have a very good discipline. The discipline of the students affects the improvement of the students' learning outcomes and their learning achievement. This research advice for santri in order to improve self-discipline in daily life.Keywords: Discipline, TPA

This research was motivated by the success of teenage education in Jorong Sungai Cubadak Kecamatan Akabiluru Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. This research also purpose to describe parenting care about teenage education with: (1) Fullfilled for the requirement (2) Giving advice and motivation (3) Supervise process of education (4) Process guidance. This research use descriptive quantitative approach. For supporting this approach, researcher take a quesioner and involve with 50 % from 47 teenage partisipants . Data will be submit and analyse with percentage. Based on this research, show some indication that: (1) parenting care about teenage education showed by participating to fullfill for the requirement was high (2) Parenting care about teenage education showed by participating to give a motivation was high (3) Parenting care about teenage education showed by partisipating to supervise process of education was high (4) Parenting care about teenage education showed by participating in guidance process of education was high. The background of this research is the low motivation of learning of students MDA Miftahul Jannah. It is suspected that one of the causes is the use of limited learning media. This research aims to: (1) describes the use of learning medium according to students, (2) describe student’s learning motivation, (3) describe whether there is a relationship between learning medium according to students with learning motivation. The type of this research is quantitative research with a correlational type. The number of population in this study is 70 people. In the sampling technique used stratified random sampling, the sample amounted to 35 people. In collecting data, the techniques used are interviews, and in collecting data used tools such as interview guides. In analyzing the data used the percentage formula and product moment. From the results of the research, it can be seen that in the Miftahul Jannah Jorong Tiakar MDA, Sub-District Guguak District Lima Puluh Kota, (1) the use of instructional media is classified as less and limited, (2) learners' learning motivation is low, (3) between the use of learning media according to students with learning motivation there is a significant relationship.Keywords: Learning Medium, Learning Motivation

This research is motivated by the low ability to speak of early childhood in Desa Rambai Kecamatan Pariaman Selatan Kota Pariaman. This is allegedly due to poor communication in the family. This study aims to: (1) see communication in the family, (2) see the ability to speak of early childhood, (3) see the relationship between communication in the family and children's speaking ability in Rambai Village, South Pariaman District, Pariaman City. This type of research is quantitative correlational. The study population was 27 parents. Samples were taken as much as 70%, namely 20 people. Sampling technique with area random sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, while the data collection tool uses a questionnaire. Quantitative data analysis techniques use percentages while correlation analysis uses rank order and t test. The results showed that: (1) communication in the family had not been carried out properly, (2) speaking ability of early childhood in Rambai Village, South Pariaman District, Pariaman City in the low category, (3) there was a significant relationship between communication in the family and speaking ability of early childhood in Desa Rambai Kecamatan Pariaman Selatan Kota Pariaman.

This research is motivated by the decline in activities carried out by adolescents. This was allegedly due to the low role of community leaders in Kampung Teluk Embun, Dua Koto Sub-District, Pasaman Regency. This study aims to (1) describe the role of community leaders towards adolescents, (2) illustrate the creativity of adolescents and (3) see the relationship of the role of community leaders with youth creativity in the Kampung Teluk Embun, Dua Koto Sub-District, Pasaman Regency. This type of research uses correlational quantitative methods. The population in this study were adolescents aged 11-24 years who had not married and lived and had activities in Kampung Teluk Embun, amounting to 29 people. Samples were taken as much as 73%. The number of samples is 21 people. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires. While the data collection tool uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique of this research uses percentage, rank order and t test. In the results of the study it can be seen that there is a significant relationship between the role of community leaders according to adolescents with adolescent creativity in Kampung Teluk Embun, Dua Koto Sub-District, Pasaman Regency. This research was motivated by the low level of learning interest of inmates in participating in skill activities at the Andam Dewi Solok Women's Social Workers' Organization (PSKW). This study aims to: 1) to describe learning motivation in sewing skills for inmates in PSKW Andam Dewi Solok, 2) to describe the learning interest in sewing skills for inmates in PSKW Andam Dewi Solok, 3) to see the relationship between learning motivation and interest in learning inmates following sewing skills in PSKW Andam Dewi Solok. This research includes correlational quantitative research. The population in this study were 40 people. The stratified random sampling technique was taken as many as 75% of the inmates. The number of samples in this study were 30 inmates. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data collection tools use questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use percentages and product moments. From the results of the study, it can be seen that (1) the learning motivation of inmates in sewing skills activities is categorized as low, (2) learning interest of inmates in participating in sewing skills is categorized as low, and (3) there significant relationship between learning motivation and learning interest of inmates in participating in sewing skills activities.
