Background of this research is nilai of matematic is good. This research is a descriptive study, with a population of student in Jhon’s Febby population totaling IS 80 people, the sample was taken 60% of the population, namely 48 people with a sampling technique that is stratified random sampling. Techniques using questionnaires, and data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that the description of the earning stratigic l in learning methodwas very good category, the aproved of thelearning strategic its was very good category, and thelearning teknique its was very good. It is suggested to Instructors to improve the application of practice methods on initial activities, core activities and evaluation activities, and for other researchers to be able to examine other factors that have not been examined in this study relating to the application of practice methods.Keywords: Learning, Strategic

This research is motivated by the success of citizens learning in training to open their own businesses, such as receiving wages for orders from suppliers and neighbors. This study aims to see (1) the intrinsic motivation of the learning population in training (2) the extrinsic motivation of the learning population in the training. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative with the circulation of 20 people studying. The sample from this study is the total population of 20 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires (questionnaires) and data collection tools are a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results of the study showed that (1) the intrinsic motivation of the learning population in attending the training was high, (2) the extrinsic motivation of extrinsic learning residents in training was high.Keywords: Motivation, Training

This research is motivated by the many children of oil palm farmers who continue the efforts of their parents to cultivate oil palm, this is allegedly because of the way parents educate children as oil palm farmers. This study aims to describe children's responses to the way parents educate children as oil palm farmers which consists of three types of ways to educate children: (a) exemplary, (b) habituation, (c) advice, (d) attention, and (e) punishment. This research includes quantative descriptive research. The population in this study were children of oil palm farmers totaling 120 people with a sample of 60 people using cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires or questionnaires, while data analysis uses a percentage formula. The results showed that children's responses to the way parents educate children as oil palm farmers in Nagari Lunang Selatan, Lunang Subdistrict, South Coastal District which included (a) exemplary aspects were categorized very well, (b) habituation aspects were categorized very well, (c) advice aspects categorized very well, (d) aspects of attention are categorized very well, and (e) aspects of punishment are categorized very well. This research was motivated by the phenomenon of the success of the Raudhatul Islam TPA Nagari Toboh Gadang Timur institution in Padang Pariaman Regency. This is evidenced by the large number of students and the many achievements obtained by Raudhatul Islam TPA students. Researchers suspect that the cause of the success of this TPA is because the teaching style of instructors varies in learning activities. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 180 students of Raudhatul Islam Landfill. Samples are taken with the intention or purpose of as many as 45 people. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that the variation of educator teaching style was seen from the aspect of sound variation, concentration of students' attention, changes in the position of educators and made contact with students when learning activities were categorized as good.Keywords: Variation, Teaching Style, Educator

The research was distributed by the phenomenon of functional literacy program success rate base on the South coast of Diknaker PKBM. This is evidenced by the high learning outcomes acquired citizens learn. Researchers suspect that the cause of the success of these KF due to high confidence that is owned by the citizens of learning. Type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. Withdrawal technique used is the sample census, all of the population sample was made as many as 20 people, which is called the respondent. Using data collection techniques interviews that is in the form of structured interviews. While the data analysis techniques using the formula percentages. The background of this research is early childhood in Hamlet 05 This Pioneer Village has polite behavior such as happy sharing, being gentle with friends, not quarreling when feeling unhappy, friendly, dislike to say dirty and like to share. This is presumably due to the low teaching skills of educators. This study aims to (1) describe the planting of character values from aspects of honesty (2) describing the planting of character values from the aspect of tolerance (3) describing the planting of character values from an independent aspect (4) describing the planting of character values from religious aspects (5) describing the planting of values characters from social care aspects in Dusun 05 Pioneer Village in Rimbo Bujang Subdistrict, Tebo District 30 people were made into the population. The technique used in sampling random sampling areas was taken forty-eight percent of respondents. The data collection technique uses questionnaires distributed to respondents, and data collection tools use questionnaires. Data analytical techniques with percentage formulas. So the results of the research are planting values of honesty, tolerance, independence, religiousness and social care in Hamlet 05 the Pioneer Village of Rimbo Bujang Subdistrict, Tebo District is categorized as high and good.Keywords: Character Education Planting

This research is motivated by the many years of young married behavior in adolescents in Mandahiliang Kenagarian Koto Laweh, Lembang Jaya District, Solok Regency. This is caused by social control of parents of young married behavior in adolescents in Mandahiliang Kenagarian Koto Laweh, Lembang Jaya District, Solok Regency. This research also purpose to describe of parents' social control, describe of young married behavior in adolescents, and the relationship between the two variables.This research is a correlational quantitative research using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of statement sheets. Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula and Product Moment. Based on this research, show some indication that (1) parents' social control of adolescents was still low, (2) young married to adolescents are high category, (3) there is a significant relationship between social control of parents and young married behavior.Keywords: Parental Social Control, Young Married Behavior

This research is motivated by the high interest of residents studying in the TPA Surau Nurul Iman in Taratak Kenagarian Sungai Abu, Solok Regency, which shows the high level of attendance, activity and discipline of the learning citizens. Researchers suspect that the cause of the high participation of citizens is due to new innovations. This study aims to describe the implementation of learning activities in the TPA Surau Nurul Iman in Taratak Kenagarian Sungai Abu, Solok Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 55 people studying at the TPA Surau Nurul Iman. The sampling technique used was cluster sampling, samples were taken at each level/study group as many as 38 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and data collection tools using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results showed that the implementation of learning activities was seen from sub-variables such as giving material, methods, sources, atmosphere and evaluation categorized as good. This is evidenced by the majority of the learning citizens stating "strongly agree" from each statement given.Keywords: Material, Methods, Learning Resources, Learning and Evaluation, Learning Atmosphere

This research is motivated by the contextual learning approach used by instructor at the Al-Rasyiid Education Tutoring Lubuk Alung in formulating learning materials and the use of interesting and not boring learning models, which are characterized by learning outcomes obtained by students. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was 30 students in Al-Rasyiid Education tutoring. The study sample was taken 22 people. Technical data analysis uses quantitative descriptive techniques with percentage tracking. The results of the study found that (1) students 'responses to the formulation of learning materials used by instructors were categorized as good (2) students' responses to the use of learning models used by instructors were categorized as good. The research was distributed by low level of behavioral learning learners in MDA Baitul Ikhlas Gurun Panjang Barat Village Bayang Sub-district Pesisir Selatan District. This is suspected because of poor teaching skills of educators. The type of this reseach is to description:1) describe the teaching skills of educators towards learners, (2) describe the behaviour of learners, and (3) to see whether there is a connection between the teacheng skills of educators with the learning behavior learners in MDA Baitul Ikhlas. Population in this research is 38 people. The technique use for taken sampling is Stratified random sampling as much as 80% of learners. The number of samples in this study was thirty students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, while data collection tools used questionnaires. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage and product moment. The result of research that is teaching skills which belonged to educators in the low category, behaviour of learners in the category is very low, and there is a significant correlation between the teaching skills of educators with learners learning behavior.Keywords: Teaching Skills, Learning Learners
