Abstract

The GDM program is a concrete step by the Bungo Regency government in order to improve welfare, providing opportunities for village economic development. As well as increasing the capacity of the community through various village-level organizations and providing opportunities to the village government for the potential that exists in the village so that it can further be developed into the village's economic strength. This study discusses how to implement and handle GDM programs in the context of community empowerment in Bungo District. This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. Data analysis techniques using the model of Miles and Huberman. Furthermore, this study uses a data validity experiment using the Triangulation Method, namely by comparing information or data in different ways to obtain the correctness of information. The results showed how the implementation of community empowerment in Bungo District did not go well so it did not create opportunities for the community to become more empowered and protect the weak groups. The implementation of empowerment was also not carried out It is expected that what is stated in the regent's regulation regarding the GDM program. This is because the village government focuses more on village infrastructure development and does not focus on empowerment activities. The flow of submission and implementation of village community empowerment activities through groups also does not involve and involve the youth organization as a forum for discussion of the various needs of groups in the village community.

Abstract

In December 2019, the world was shocked by the presence of a new virus in Wuhan, one of the cities in China, the Corona Virus or commonly referred to as Covid-19. Covid-19 is a contagious disease and therefore prevention of Covid-19 should be done as soon as possible. The Chinese National Health Commission explains that the coronavirus is easy to spread, Covid-19 can be transmitted from humans to humans who have been infected with Covid-19. Besides Covid-19 can also be attached to items that have been touched by patients who are positive for Covid-19 and are close to Covid-19 patients. The existence of Covid-19 caused panic everywhere - one of them in Indonesia, in dealing with Covid-19, the Indonesian government has provided new policies and appeals to the community to overcome the Covid-19 outbreak. But there are still many people who do not obey the appeal of the government and violate the policies that have been made by the Government. Therefore this study aims to analyze how the efforts of the government bureaucracy in socializing Covid-19 in the community environment. The method used in this study is the method of literature to produce data in the form of descriptive data, words or words from individuals who are observed, then observed, the object of research in the form of the library works in the form of scientific journals, books, mass media articles.

Abstract

New innovation and technology that was born together with 4th Industrial revolution triggered the disruption in various aspect of human life. In Indonesia, one of the most prominent disruption is within the transportation industry. The assimilation of technology and conventional transportation method gave birth to various financial technology that provides online-based transportation such as Gojek, Grab, and Uber. China is the country with the highest revenue generated from the industry. In Southeast asia, other than in Indonesia, the industry also growing fast in Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. This research intend to find out the taxation regulation applied to ride-hailing services in the four countries mentioned using literature study. From the research, it can be concluded that China, Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia has had taxation regulation for ride-hailing services. Tax collection in Singapore has been working finely with the regulation applied, but problems arise in China, Vietnam, and Malaysia in the terms of tax rate for the drivers and tax rate for the firms because of the drivers and firms ambiguous classification as a tax subject.

Abstract

The Indonesian Governments policies after the implementation of village autonomy are directed to villages business development. Village governments duties and functions are not only related to administrative matters anymore, but also in operation of villages business. This shows that there is a developing business commitment in Indonesia. The research result shows that the Business-Government Relationship in Indonesia has changed from one way to mutual interaction, as shown with the development of Public Sector Entrepreneurship and business commitment in village government environment. Both factors evidently improve the capacity of business, which begins to be developed by the Indonesian Government at all levels. The development of Public Sector Entrepreneurship is shown with the business creativity, business cooperation, and professionalism of village government in governments business management. Meanwhile, local governments business commitment is shown with support of policies, funding and human resources in governments business management. Governments business capacity is shown with efficiency, effectiveness and economy (value for money) achieved by governments business unit. In Indonesia, particularly in Banyumas Regency, village autonomy has given opportunity for the development of Business-Government Relationship at local level.

Abstract

Estimated solid waste generated in Bungo District in a day is about 143 tons, and the leading sector in waste management in Bungo Regency is the Office of the Environment, identifying problems in implementing Bungo District Regulation No. 6/2015 on Waste Management in Tanjung Gedang Village, among others: Lack Temporary Shelter, low participation and awareness of the community in maintaining cleanliness, lack of socialization from the government to the community towards the Regional Regulation. The purpose of this study is to examine in depth related to the implementation and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Regional Regulation in Tanjung Gedang Village. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants in this study numbered twelve people who were determined by purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques. The results of this study note that the implementation of Waste Management in Tanjung Gedang Urban Village has not been implemented in accordance with the established regulations, it can be seen from the implementation of rights, obligations, prohibitions, waste management, and sanctions that have not been implemented in accordance with the rules has been established. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Regional Regulation are: there is no location and geographically Tanjung Gedang Village is near the riverbanks, making it difficult to create a Temporary Shelter, and there is no waste handling activity. Lack of adequate waste management facilities causes low participation and public awareness in maintaining environmental cleanliness. The limited budget causes a lack of socialization of the Regional Regulation to the public, and there is no firm action from the Government on the enforcement of the norms that have been regulated therein.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the provision of tax incentives in Indonesia which is being hit by a corona virus outbreak. This research is a literature study. The results showed that the tax incentives provided by the government were conceptually quite good, although there were a number of notes from researchers regarding losses due to a decrease in tax revenue as an implication of the reduction and tax exemption provided by the government. In addition, it is best to exempt income tax on imports, which needs to be reviewed, especially regarding the qualifications of goods that can be incentivized. The government also needs to conduct overall supervision to minimize irregularities that are detrimental to many parties.

Abstract

Collaboration is the key word in building relationships among actors gathered in the development of tourism based on local wisdom. This study tries to describe and analyze the pentahelix model in the development of tourism based on local wisdom. Local Wisdom-based Tourism Development is the flagship program in changing the Merauke Regency Medium-Term Development Plan for 2016-2021. This research carried out by using the literature study (library research). Local wisdom-based tourism with collaboration between actors in the pentahelix model, supports to prioritize all forms of uniqueness that grow and develop in society, as well as providing agricultural values, which use both material and non-material.

Abstract

The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta issued Governor Regulation Number 3 of 2018 concerning the elimination of tax administration sanctions (sunset policy) or better known to the public by bleaching. The end of 2019 there were still PKB and BBN arrears, particularly in the South Jakarta City area reaching 15 billion. The results showed the realization of motor vehicle tax revenue of Rp 115,917,771,730, - there was a reduction of Rp 108,247,742,466, - meaning there were still motor vehicle tax arrears of around 7.5 billion. This problem arises because the socialization of bleaching information is still not optimal, the low public interest in the program, and the low tax compliance. This statement emerged from the results of a survey of respondents who stated that the responsive attitude to the sunset policy reached 88.5%, of which 47.9% stated the respondents agreed to the policy of eliminating motor vehicle administration sanctions but they had not used it, in other words, the sunset policy make public interest to obey pay taxes increases. So that the important role of the DKI Jakarta Regional Tax and Retribution Agency (BPRD) will immediately improve tax administration, improve services, systematically and continuously educate taxpayers and ensure law enforcement.

Abstract

Model pengenalan secara otomatis terhadap bukti perpajakan digital dipandang sebagai salah satu mekanisme yang penting dalam organisasi untuk menentukan efektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pengendalian organisasi. Efektivitas ini dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan sistem dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengelompokkan data entitas. Kendala yang ditemui dalam pengenalan data terjadi karena kondisi fisik bukti perpajakan yang kurang baik, sehingga membutuhkan lebih banyak waktu dan berakibat kurangnya presisi terhadap interpretasi yang dihasilkan oleh sistem. Efektivitas kinerja sistem pengenalan ditingkatkan melalui penentuan langkah yang tepat dalam mengelompokkan entitas-entitas secara otomatis. Kemampuan otomatisasi ini melingkupi berbagai tahapan yang ada, yaitu dalam mengenali transaksi, mengekstraksi informasi di dalamnya dan mengelompokkannya dengan tepat. Penelitian ini menyajikan langkah-langkah yang dilakukan secara komputerisasi dalam bentuk model otomatisasi interpretasi data, baik dalam hal pengenalan transaksi, ekstraksi dan kemudian melakukan pengelompokkan terhadap entitas yang ditemui dalam bukti pemotongan PPh Pasal 23 secara digital. Langkah utama yang dilakukan dalam pencapaian tersebut melalui analisa dasar terhadap bukti berdasarkan interpretasi teks. Simulasi yang dilakukan terhadap beberapa bukti potong menunjukkan proses otomatisasi berpotensi meningkatkan efektivitas dan menekan kesalahan, bila dibandingkan dengan proses manual.

Abstract

Work from home or work from home which is currently being carried out is a follow up to President Joko Widodo's appeal at a press conference at the Presidential Palace, calling for minimization of the spread of the new type of corona virus (SARS-CoV-2) that causes Covid-19, the public is asked to work, study, and worship from home, one of which creates a system of working from home. the purpose of this study was to analyze the Implementation of Work From Home (WFH) Policy on the Welfare of Online Transportation Drivers. The method used in this study uses a library method or approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by exploring journals, books and online media. And data processing using Nvivo Plus 12. The results of the study showed that the WFH policy reduced the level of welfare of the online transportation drivers, it can be seen from the level of their needs that were still unfulfilled. Even physiological needs which should be basic needs for everyone, the need for it cannot be fulfilled because their income has decreased dramatically since the enactment of this WFH policy.
