Abstract

The research aims to analyze the financial conditions to assess financial health at a manufacturing company in Indonesia Stock Exchange Listings. The benefits of the research is to provide material information to management and stakeholders regarding financial health as a material consideration for management or other parties, such as investors and potential investors, creditors and other parties for decision making. The population of the research was the financial report of a manufacturing company in Indonesia stock exchange listing as many as 140 companies. Sample research is as many as 30 companies. Opersionalisasi research is variable: the ratio of working capital to Total Assets, the ratio of net income to Total Assets was detained, the ratio of EBIT to Total Assets, and the ratio of the value of the capital markets themselves by taking action against Total Debt in 2009-2011. The required data are secondary data collected through technical documentation, data analysis techniques used are descriptive method. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that corporate financial kondish manufacturing Indonesia stock exchange listings are rated from financial ratios, that ratio analysis is not membarikan a clear picture to stakeholders about health conditions and symptoms of the bankruptcy of the company. The listhne manufacturing company in BEI has not used the Z-Score model to know their financial health. Sporting results results of the discriminant equation obtained data 0, 553X1 0, 507X2 0, 409X3 0, 009X4. The value of the discriminant tells us that the ratio of working capital to Total Assets, the ratio of net income to Total Assets was detained, the ratio of EBIT to Total Assets and the ratio of the value of Own capital market Debt to Total positive effect of bankruptcy prediction manufacturing company listed in the stock exchange Inonesia. Wilks Lambda test results show that the ratio of working capital to Total Assets Ratio Return on hold, with a Total Assets, the ratio of EBIT to Total assets and market value of private equity with Total debt, significant positive effect on the symptoms of a manufacturing company in bankruptcy listings in Indonesia stock exchange. The z-score of 2009 indicates that its financial condition healthy companies as much as 22 companies and there are 8 companies in financial distress, indicating conditions are forecast to be bankrupt. In 2010, there were 21 companies that have a healthy financial condition while nine companies in In 2011, there are 24 companies that have a healthy financial condition while 6 company again in conditions of financial distress which indicates the forecast will go bankrupt. The advice given as consideration to the company is the company should implement a Z-Score method for knowing the financial condition, whether in financial distress or in kodisi healthy so that management and the users of the financial statements and other information to assess and predict the likelihood of the presence of symptoms of the bankruptcy of the company

Abstract

One of the strategies to be used in order to defeat competitors in this globalization era is to implement total quality management.Companies that implement total quality management will product and market more qualified products.Total quality management intends to evaluate in all work fields with customer satisfaction orientation.total quality managementhas become important in several organization aspects, such as: Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, Management Information System, Marketing, and Operation. This method is done by collecting product data produced.Organization implements total quality management by doing development individually and develop managerial employees professionalism, forming group work, measuring the managerial effectiveness, increasing work productivity, implement continuous correction, employees empowerment and just in time. The company earned profit will result in profitability and growth of the company.

Abstract

Elisabeth, This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that affect customer satisfaction. Benefits of the research is to provide input to the PLN in order to deliver a quality service. The population of this study were all customers of PT. PLN (Persero) Regional Branch of North Sumatra Medan Denai Lubukpakam Branch. A sample of 125 respondents. Data collection techniques by questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis techniques by factor analysis. Results of research and discussion shows from 25 variables were observed before the rotation are 15 variables that have a correlation coefficient above 0.5 setelahrotasi to 23 variables as the dominant factor influencing customer satisfaction. Of the 23 variables are grouped into eight factors: Factor 1: Understanding customer needs, quick service, hospitality employees, Employee Attitudes, place of service is safe and sympathetic attitude. FACTOR 2: Attention sincere, timeliness of service and employee performance. FACTOR 3: The equipment used and the speed of service, FACTOR 4: Respond to complaints and handling problems, FACTOR 5: Concern officer, Presedur petition and competence of employees, FACTOR 6: Willingness employee help, Conformity implementation and Recency of equipment, FACTOR 7: Information clear and sense of security during the deal and FACTOR 8: Attention Patience officers and employees. Conclusion There are 23 variables as the dominant factor affecting customer satisfaction, namely: understanding customer needs, fast service, friendliness of employees, employee attitudes, a safe care, attitudes sympathetic, genuine concern, timeliness of service, the appearance of an employee, the equipment used , speed of service, response to complaints, troubleshoot problems, care attendant, Presedur petition and employee competencies, employee willingness to help, Conformity implementation, recency equipment, clear information, Sense of security during the deal, the attention of officers and employees Patience. While the suggestions need to improve the quality of services quickly and accurately through the training and development of employees, disseminating the manual system with computerized equipment online payment of electricity bills to provide convenience for customers and establish mutually beneficial relationship

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of debt to equity ratio and earning per share the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed at the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The method of analysis used was linier multiple regression model. This research used secondary data, annual report of the manufacturing corporations during 2012-2014 with 120 unit of corporation as population and 30 unit taken sample by using purposive sampling method. The result of the research indicate that: debt to equity ratio have negative and not significant influence on the stock prices of the corporation, while earning per share have positive and signifikan influence on the stock prices of the corporation. Simultaneously debt to equity ratio and earning per share have signifikan influence on the stock prices of the corporation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of employee performance before and after the provision of education and job training at PT. Intra Asia Insurance Medan Branch. Data collection by interviews and documentation. The population is all employees of the company and the sample in this study uses saturated samples, namely sampling to all agents totaling 35 people. Data analysis techniques with different test two average paired samples. The results of the study resulted in a level of difference before and after the provision of education and job training showed a z_count value of 24.23> 1.96 which means that there were significant differences between the performance of employees after and received training before getting training. From the results of hypothesis testing, the formulation of the hypothesis proposed for validity test shows that there are significant differences in employee performance before and after the provision of education and job training. Thus, the hypothesis proposed in this study can be accepted.Suggestions given, the company should provide education and training regularly, especially for employees with performance that does not meet the standards and providing education and training for employees who have met the standards also need to be done in an effort to increase the policy targets set by the company.

Abstract

This study was a fisrst study when accompanying a working visitation of Special Committee of State Border of DPD RI (Senate of Republic of Indonesia) to East Borneo, West Borneo, and East Malaysia on March 29- April 2, 2011. This study concluded that poverty, stupidity, and underdevelopment were still a general phenomenon in borderland of East Borneo Province. This condition caused some citizens of Indonesia changing their citizenship and having double identity. There were impetus factors causing them changing their citizenship and having double identity, namely lack of administrative ability and lack of ability of Government to raise standard of living of borderer in economy, health, education, manpower, et cetera. This study also concluded that the borderland management needs three in one approach, that is combination of prosperity approach, security approach, and environment approach. The combination of three in one approach must stand on social and cultural reality because the borderland area was not homogenous and empty.

Abstract

, His research is conducted to identify and analyze the determinant factors of bank loan in North Sumatera Province. To identify and analyze the determinant factors in bank loan is using the panel model. This model is using to estimate the elasticity of loan interest rate, deposit interest rate, intensity of competition or the numbers of bank office, the nominal Regional Gross Domestic Product [RGDP] and the Regional Gross Domestic Product [RGDP] by sectors towards bank loan. Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on student satisfaction Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Santo Thomas Medan. The sampling technique used is sampling method with a sampling error where sampling based on certain criteria that active students by year of entry proportionally. The data collection is done by using questionnaire data of closed and open (sharpness analysis). Hypothesis analysis is done by using multiple regression analysis and gap analysis. Obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = -6,107X1 0,229X2-4,202X3 + + + 4,317X5 0,503X4. This means that the quality of service (responsiveness, empathy and tangible) positive effect on student satisfaction. While the reliability of service quality assurance, a negative effect on satisfaction Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Santo Thomas Medan. Interval kesenjanagan Student dissatisfaction is in the interval -337 up to 267 to satisfaction of students, it is necessary to repair the reability (accuracy, speed of service, timeliness in and out perkukliahan. Kesuaian service with the promise offered) and assurance (Alertness Employees in serving the student affairs , Alertness Lecturer in serving the student affairs). In terms of reliability assurance negative influence on satisfaction of students and gap interval in the interval -337 up to 267 to satisfaction of students, efforts are needed improvement to reability and assurance in the hope to close the gap between perceived to increase student satisfaction

Abstract

Quality is a term that has diflferent meanings to different people. Quality set out in this paper are the features and characteristics of the total of a product or service associated with its ability to satisfij the needs of the visible or disguised. The quality of the environment requires an establishment of TQM because quality can not be examined only in a product. In this paper also discussed the concept of the seven TQM: continuous improvement, Six Sigma, employee empowerment, benchmarking, just in time, the concept of Taguchi TQM techniques and knowledge. TQM is the seventh technique check sheet, scatter diagrams, cause-effect diagrams, Pareto charts, flow charts, histograms, and statistical process control.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the most factors Dominant influence employee loyalty PT. Karya Swadaya Abadi (Karsa) Medan, The number of samples is 70 respondents. Types of data used primary and secondary data, and methods of data collection through questionnaires and documentation, data analysis methods used factor analysis. From the results of the study and discussion, the number of KMO Measure of Sampling Adeguacy (MSA) was 0.851 with a significance level of 0.000, because the value of KMO above 0.50 and significant at 1 percent, then the data is feasible enough to be analyzed further by using factor analysis. The scree plot shows the graph, where from factor 1 to factor 2 (source line component number = 1 to 2), the direction of the line decreases quite sharply. Then from point 2 to 3, the line still decreases with the smaller slope. The fourth factor is already below the number of Y axes (eigenvalues). This shows that the three best factors to summarize the fourteen factors affecting employee loyalty at PT. Karya Swadaya Abadi (Karsa) Medan. The dominant factors affect employee loyalty PT. The work of Swadaya Abadi (Karsa) Medan with a correlation value greater than 0.80 consists of: incentives (0.823), status (0.821), and promotion (0.813). As for suggestions given as consideration to the leadership of the company is to increase employee loyalty, should the company hire the best performing contract employees to permanent employees. Instead, the company maintains incentives to employees who excel to increase employee loyalty to the company.
