Abstract

Berbahasa merupakan kegiatan berkomunikasi yang di lakukan di lingkungan masyarakat baik lisan ataupun tulisan. Kegiatan berbahasa tulis banyak sekali dijumpai di media luar ruang di kecamatan Cihampelas, Bandung Barat. Akan tetapi bahasa yang dipakai jauh dari norma berbahasa, hal tersebut diakibatkan kurang pahamnya masyarakat terhadap penulisan berbahasa yang baik dan benar seperti penggunaan kata baku, struktur kalimat, pleonasme, dan pemilihan diksi yang kurang tepat. Maka dapat ditarik rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimanakah hasil analisis dan pembenaran bentuk-bentuk kesalahan berbahasa pada media luar ruang di kecamatan Cihampelas, Bandung Barat? Penelitian ini bertujuan      memaparkan hasil analisis dan pembenaran bentuk-bentuk kesalahan berbahasa yang ditemui pada media luar ruang di kecamatan Cihampelas, Bandung Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan kesalahan berbahasa yang ditemui. Objek penelitian yaitu media luar ruang di kecamatan Cihampelas, Bandung Barat. Subjek penelitian grobak dorong, spanduk, dan papan reklame. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi dan studi kasus. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik simak, rekam, dan catat. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini terdapat 11 kesalahan berbahasa Indonesia pada penulisan media luar ruang di kecamatan Cihampelas, Bandung Barat di antaranya; 5 kesalahan dalam bidang fonologi, 2 kesalahan dalam bidang morfologi, 2 kesalahan dalam bidang sintaksis, dan 2 kesalahan dalam bidang semantik.

Abstract

Perkembangan bahasa anak dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan dan pola asuh. Anak yang jarang berinteraksi dengan teman sebayanya akan mengalami kesulitan dalam bersosialisasi dan cenderung tertutup dari lingkungan luar. Di samping itu, bahasa yang diperoleh anak kurang berkembang sebab ia hanya bergaul dan berinteraksi dengan orang-orang terdekat saja. Berbeda halnya dengan anak yang dibiarkan bergaul dengan teman sejawat, ia akan mampu berkembang secara sosial dan kebahasaan. Hanya saja, peran orang tua tetap menjadi aspek utama dalam proses perkembangannya. Ketika anak tidak mendapatkan kendali dari orang tua, maka ia akan terpengaruh dengan bahasa yang kasar. Setiap orang tua pasti mengharapkan yang terbaik bagi anaknya, salah satunya dengan cara membatasi pergaulan mereka. Hal itu wajar saja, namun tetap memberikan peluang bagi anak untuk bersosialisai dengan lingkungan luar sehingga ia tidak akan merasa kaget ketika memasuki bangku sekolah. Begitu pun dengan anak yang sudah terbiasa bersosialisasi dengan lingkungan luar, orang tua tetap mengarahkan dan membimbing meski pola asuh yang dilakukan tidak secara intens. Dari kedua subjek penelitian, mereka memiliki kesamaan dalam penguasaan bahasa pada tataran morfosintaksis, hanya saja untuk subjek pertama ia belum bisa menerapkan kata-kata yang berafiks, sedangkan subjek kedua sudah mampu menggunakan kata-kata yang berafiks. Selain itu, kedua subjek mengalami hambatan dalam melafalkan fonem /r/ dan berubah menjadi /y/ (subjek pertama) dan /l/ (subjek kedua). Subjek pertama belum sampai pada tahap ke IV, sedangkan subjek kedua sudah memasuki tahap ke IV.

Abstract

This research is motivated by improved learning quality and learning should be student-centered, the observation of KBM obtained the value of students are not satisfactory and the interest of learners in writing less. The purpose of this research is to measure the quality of learning through the value of learners in drama text learning, as well as to know the interest of learners in writing learning, especially writing drama text using deductive approach with apalication Wattpad. The research methods used are qualitative descriptive.  The population in this study was 70 students of Grade VIII SMP Negeri 3 Cisarua. Sampling uses random sampling, obtained by Class VIII B as a sample in this study, as many as 20 students. The results earned the highest value student value of 92, the lowest value of 50 and the average value of 76.25. Students have a high interest in writing the drama text proved with the results of a student poll of 2.99 entry on either qualification high. It can be concluded that once given a tretment using the assisted deductive approach of Wattpad application, the value of learners satisfactorily and learners to have an interest in writing drama text.

Abstract

The use of good language is very necessary in communicating. In addition to the use of language, the communication process requires active, creative, productive, and appreciative appreciation of language skills. One of them is through the use of abbreviations. Along with the times, the use of abbreviations was often used by Whats App users. Of course, the use of abbreviations must pay attention to grammar in order to be understood, and accepted by the reader. The purpose of this study, namely 1) explain the forms of abbreviations through Whats App social networks, 2) find out the factors that cause the use of abbreviations through Whats App messages. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method to obtain original data. The data collected is a conversation between a Kazakh group who is an alumni of SMK Fithrah Insani. The population in this study was 31 Kazakh group participants. The study sample was 10 Kazakh group participants. The data was obtained through interviews and observations. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the researcher found ten Kazakhstan group participants who used abbreviations by keeping each syllable in their sentences. Factors for using abbreviations, namely 1) saving time in typing messages, 2) following a growing trend, 3) Writing abbreviations is usually only for friends, 4) Users feel that using abbreviations will not feel stiff to fellow friends in communicating.

language. When someone speaks, then there is an interlocutor who will give a response to his speech. the formulation of the problem to be conveyed is analyzing speeches and speech acts. The purpose of this study is to describe each of the utterances that contain locus, illocutionary, and percocutionary events from the character in the film "Papa Maafin Risa". This research method uses descriptive qualitative method that is describing each dialogue conveyed by the figures. the film depicts how the speech events and speech acts are conveyed, so that locus events take the form of statements from the speaker and then illocution that will have an impact on the listener such as giving promises and offers to the interlocutor and perlocutionwhich will have an impact on the behavior of the speaker and the interlocutor.all of that will be reflected in each dialogue discussed in the three speech events.

Abstract

The novel is one of the literary works written by the author based on oneself or the experiences of others. Novels are liked by many people because there are moral values that are useful for daily life. The moral value is related to character education which has always been considered important for social life. Character education is often considered trivial because the delivery is not as clear as the delivery of formal education. In the novel "9 Matahari" adenita's work contains a lot of values of character education that can change the behavior of readers for the better. This study aims to describe the values of character education in the novel "9 Matahari" by Adenita. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The object of research is the novel "9 Matahari" by Adenita. Data collection techniques by finding data in the form of novels, the second stage of perusing each line of the novel, the third stage of collecting data by searching and marking fragments containing character values, the fourth stage codes the fragments of novels that contain character values, the fifth stage classifies and describes novel character values, the sixth stage by concluding the analysis of the character values in the novel. Data analysis was performed by researchers, namely content analysis. Conclusions are deductive or inductive. The results of this study show ten values of character education contained in the novel "9 Matahari" by Adenita namely (1) religious values, (2) honest values, (3) values of hard work, (4) reading values, (5) the value of responsibility, (6) independent, (7) curiosity, (8) discipline, (9) the value of social care, and (10) the value of friendly / communicative.

Abstract

Poetry as one type of literary work consisting of a series of words and contain meaning. Therefore, to understand poetry it is necessary to have an in-depth study. Researchers chose June Rain's poetry as the object of poetry to be analyzed. June rain poetry uses a variety of languages so as to produce deep meaning for the reader. The formulation of the problem in this study is What is the inner structure contained in the June rain poem ?. The purpose of this research  is to describe the inner structure contained in the June rain poem. The research method in this study is a structural approach that aims to find out and describe the inner structure contained in the poem. Data analysis techniques in this research are poetry reading, analyzing the inner structure of pusii and giving conclusions. The results of the poetry analysis contain the theme of love and approach to have a feeling or a moving atmosphere because of the sincerity of his love and have a tone that tends to be low and calm emotions and have a mandate so that every human being has the character of being stoic, wise and discerning. Keywords: Analysis, Inner Structure, Poetry

Abstract

Regarding moral values in the film titled "Negeri 5 Menara" by director Affandi Abdul Rachman adapted from the novel by A. Fuadi. the researcher analyzes the moral values told in the film. This research can be useful for readers because there are many messages we can take about moral values in the film. The research method used is to use the library research method to analyze the film. The results of research that has been carried out on the film are moral values including surrender or trust, discipline, hard work, responsibility, mutual respect, help and be grateful. Through the research process, the researcher seeks to integrate good moral values so that the objectives to be conveyed can be understood by the reader. Thus it can be concluded that the film titled "Negeri 5 Menara" is suitable to be a good spectacle for all people. Be it ordinary people, or intellectuals. Parents or teenagers can enjoy it.

Abstract

Learning innovation in today's curriculum plays a vital role for more creative learning. One of the tools of innovation is through an approach or learning strategy. One of them is the application of a scientific approach which requires students to be active, critical and communicative. Thus, how does scientific approach work in text description at SMPN 3 Maja. The goal in this research is to analyze the achievement of success in implementing learning innovation, which is with scientific approach in text description at SMPN 3 Maja. The method for knowing the success of implement this innovation is descriptive qualitative by analyzing after learning with a scientific approach in the description text. Indonesian is a study that requires student to study many texts, one of which is a description text. The application of scientific approach to Indonesian study in the description text at SMPN 3 Maja after analyzing is difficult to apply because the student’s character that still belongs to the teacher, lacking the breeding of active and critical learning making a student has a strong passive character and tend to be difficult for self-study, and for introver student makes application of scientific approach not communicative. Therefore, scientific approach can be applied if the active character of student plays a role. The importance  of applying scientific approach support effectiveness in participation of student activation.

Abstract

This research is based on the low interest in reading among students. Reading as a core of literacy activities because by reading, other language skills will be mastered by itself. Literacy culture can be enhanced through reading material, one of which is fiction reading books. In other words, everyone has a tendency to like certain genre of books. Fiction can affect literacy culture because it is considered very popular and is popular with students with these factors increasing student reading interest when reading a fiction. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of fiction on literacy culture. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method that describes data in the form of numbers with calculations through a simple linear regression formula. Data collected through question and questionnaire instruments filled out by students. Completion of questions and questionnaires was conducted on 30 students of Indonesian Language and Literature Education IKIP Siliwangi. The results of the study prove the significance level of 0.02 <0.05, the regression model can be used to predict the participation variable or in other words there is the influence of fiction story variables on literacy culture. It also shows that students tend to like fiction genre books compared to other genres. Therefore, these results prove the influence of fiction in literacy culture.
