This study aims to describe. Technique 1); product forms 2); color 3); and motive 4); lakuer craft to be more known to the public and the younger generation of local, national, and global. The method used is qualitative method with descriptive approach. Sources of data obtained from informants in the form of products sold in the written records, audio recordings, vidio, photographs, and literature study. Data were analyzed with qualitative analysis. The results showed that lakuer craft technique consists of, namely: Preparation tools and materials, workmanship Stage. Lakuer craft form is divided into: astigmatism / lathe, Cube, Miniature. Lakuer color maroon, yellow, black. Lakuer motifs derived from forms of flora, fauna and geometric.Keywords: Engineering, Shape, Color, Motif Craft Lakuer Palembang

The high level of criminality and declining moral values at nowadays indicates that the human was oblivious of the aim in life is to seize the afterlife in worship to Allah SWT.Therefore, the author intends to designate the theme of the final work of painting calligraphy relating to the hadith of general worship. The election of general worship as the theme of the final work because of the general worship directly related to human life, with fellow humans and Allah SWT.At the end of work of this hadith about general worship which will be explained in the form of painting art of Arabic calligraphy. The reasons of selecting calligraphy because the author‟s love of calligraphy. Furthermore, this thesis made with the goal of creating a painting calligraphy related to general worship,Based on issues and objectives above, the results obtained in the form of ten calligraphy paintings as a form of final work project related to general worship.Keyword : Hadith of General Worship.

Learning activities SLB Fan Redha Padang art in the field seen students who often chide, and out of the classroom, less serious, do not carry supplies and not doing their jobs. In accordance with these problems, carried out research with the aim to describe mild mental retardation student in learning the art in the field SLB Fan Redha Padang. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. Based on research in the field of data processing, the results are as follows; 1) a sense of excitement in learning the art is very good (64.0%), 2) the student's interest in learning the art is very good (64.0%), 3) the students' attention on learning the art is very good (52.0%) , 4) the involvement of students in learning art is excellent 56.0% 5) teaching materials and teacher attitudes to learning art are in good and excellent (44.0%), 6) mild mental retardation student interest in learning the art SLB Fan Redha Padang is very good (52.0%). The conclusion in the research mild mental retardation student interest in learning the art in SLB Fan Redha Padang is very good.

West Sumatera is well known with its natural beauty. One of the natural beauties in West Sumatera is the tourism attraction of Pesisir Selatan Regency. The tourism attractions in Pesisir Selatan Regency are; Carocok Beach, Langkisau Hill, Timbulun Waterfall, Bayang Sani Waterfall, Akar Bridge, Mandeh Tourism area and Cubadak Island. Yet, not all tourism attractions are known to the society, because all this time the promotion media used was only small billboard, banner, and electronic media such as television commercials, audio visual, etc.The objectives of the design were: 1) to promote tourism destination of Pesisir Selatan Regency which has enchantment and natural beauty in order to be acknowledge by the society in larger scope, 2) to make the tourism attraction of Pesisir Selatan regency to be the alternative choices for society and for domestic and foreign tourist, and 3) to encourage the proclivity of Tourism Department of Pesisir Selatan Regency to be more observant and make its tourism destinations better than before.The method of data collection in order to start the designing process could be divided into two; a) primary data, which was the visual data of the tourism attraction in Pesisir Selatan Regency, and b) secondary data, which was the review of related literature that was taken from the library, books, and internet. The data analysis used was SWOT analysis. This method was needed to strengthen and perfect the design.The product of the design was A5 booklet and it displays the images of tourism attractions in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The supporting media of the tourism attraction in Pesisir Selatan Regency were badge, sticker, mug, shirt, clock, key chain, and calendar. May the promotion of tourism attraction in Pesisir Selatan Regency by using the booklet media work well and draw the domestic and foreign tourists to come.

Tujuan penciptaan karya akhir ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan dan menginforasikan visualisasi gerak silat kurambik nagari Talang Babungo yang belum ada di wujudkan dalam karya mozaik. Perwujudan ide atau gagasan, menghadirkan figur dengan gerak silat Kurambik Nagari Talang Babungo. Dalam penciptaan karya, penulis menggunakan serpihan kayu yang disusun di atas bidang atau papan dengan mengaplikasikan dua teknik yaitu relief dan mozaik. Mozaik ini merupakan sebuah karya seni yang terbuat dari elemen- elemen yang tersusun sedemikian rupa sehingga membentuk gambar atau desain. Ketujuh karya yang penulis ciptakan adalah 1) Sapik guntiangdibawah, 2) Pauk di ateh, 3) Karieh marieh, 4) Karieh katiak, 5) Karieh pinggang, 6) Karieh pao, dan 7) Karieh rudi.Kata Kunci : Visualisasi Gerak, Silat Kurambik Nagari Talang Babungo, Mozaik

This article aims to describe the history and development of batik Kaganga, shape motifs and techniques of batik Kaganga.The research method used by the writer through a qualitative descriptive approach. Subjects were informants who know about the object of researchers, among others, employees of the BMA (Balai Musyawarah Adat) and the Women's Batik workshop Bengkulu. Sources of data taken form written records that come from informants who were interviewed, documentation and literature study.The results showed that the history of batik Kaganga began in 1985. The form and source Kaganga batik has its own characteristics, each motif there Rejang alphabet letters combined with some form of nature in Bengkulu like: Rafflesia Bunga Rafflesia motif, Diwo, Bakul Sirih, Kepahiang dan Ikan Mas. batik motifs form a stand-alone Kaganga not sequential, with a stylized way, Extremely Stylized Stylized and the motive, and added Isen Isen on the motif. Kaganga batik making techniques originally used the technique of batik. Along with the times batik cap Kaganga made using techniques that manufacture cheaper and faster but unfortunately the use of these techniques actually make batik Kaganga lost its luster and dropped dramatically.Keywords: History, Development, Form and Technique

Waste is something useless and discarded by most people. They regard it as something useless. If left too long will couse disease. Whereas processing correctly will make waste into economically valuable. The emergence of this idea came from the author’s observation of the waste that has not been explored, thus inspiring the creation of works this thesis. In the embodiment of the author’s work adopts the form of accessories existing spase to be used as a three-dimensional works. The concept of embodiment of this thesis is the utilization of household waste into spase accessories that become object of aesthetic value and economic. Simauang (pangium edulle 2reinw), egg shells and corn stalks that have not been conserved up to the author a body accsessories pottery, flower pots, ornaments and others audut.Through the mosaic technique (patch) the authors suggest to the craftmen’s creative use of waste, to make it more marketable, beautifull and fun.Keyworks: Limbah, teknik mozaik (tempelan), aksesoris, ruangan

This study aimed to describe the shape of bride clothing accessories, motif used, and color variations found on the clothes of the bride to be more known to the local community, national, and global. The research method using qualitative research with descriptive approach. The results showed that women in the bridal wear in nagari manggopoh lubuk basung subdistrict agam regency consists of several equipments as baju kuruang basiba, tongkah, saruang balapak, suntiang gadang, gelang gadang, kaluang pinyaram, kaluang rumah gadang, kaluang heart shaped, earring/subang payuang tajun and subang sisiak ikan, lacha (decoration on the forehead), and veil (shawl). The motifs on the bride clothes come from the shape of plants/flora and animals/fauna consisting of kaluak paku, bungo rose, sidingin leaf (cocor bebek) and the sowing of small jasmine flower motif (supporting motif). The bride clothing colors have variation as red, yellow, pink, and blue. But the dominant color is red which symbolizes courage, heroism and endurance and symbolizes the agam regency/luhak agam.Keywords: form, motif, bride clothing color

Forest destuction is a complex problem in our life, the writer often hear about the efforts to promote forest conservation,however forest destruction is still happened until now. Thefore, the purpose of this thesis is to create an atmosphre of forest destruction in indonesian into graphic art that is able to give criticism and emphaty toward the people about how the importance of forest conservation. From the abpove explanation, the writers are interested to express it into the form of graphic art by using a printing technique ( intaglio print). The writer create into the medium of paper with displaying object of the fallen trees and tree trunk and also the various object on the destruction of forest by printing technique in dry point. The Creation of an idea to be a work of art, through a lengthy process and through a lot of observations. Of the main ideas or underlying ideas will be developed into ten titles work of Graphic Art, namely: 1) "Save Me", 2) the "Jungle irreplaceable", 3) "Illegal Logging" 4) "Save us" 5) "Pollution air", 6) "landslide" , 7)" Hutan ku ditangan ku", 8) “Hutanku Indonesiaku", 9)"dimana hutanku" and 10) "hutan melawan besi”.From the writers work with the theme "Forest Destruction as a Source of Inspiration in Art Graphic". It can be deduced that the writers seeks to give criticism and empathy to the public about the importance of forest conservation for life.Keywords : forest destruction, critics, art graphic

This report aims to visualisating the story that has ever happened In the Ratapan Ibu Bridge into the medium of comics with cartoon style. The method that use is made comic with kartunal style. The stage is : 1) Preparation, finding the idea of art in reference about the Ratapan Ibu Bridge. 2) Elaboration, analyzing and summarizing the datas from the field, the history books, and articles from the internet. 3) Synthesis, decided techniques used for the process of creating the work. 4) The realization of the concept, a scenario stories and create. 5) The completion, re-evaluation the work. The result of the creation tell that Wira is a student of the high school being dragged to the days of 1949 and saw the tragedy that occurred on the Ratapan Ibu Bridge, in the end of story Wira back to the days of 2015.Kata kunci: Perancangan, Komik, Sejarah Jembatan Ratapan Ibu di Payakumbuh
