This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes because the learning media used by educators have not been effective. This is compounded by the lack of information and the teacher has not used Flip Chart media in Fine Arts learning. The solution that can be offered to overcome this problem is by applying Flip Chart media. This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of students taught with Flip Chart learning media with students taught without Flip Chart learning media in SMP N 2 Pancung Soal Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan 2019/2020. This type of research is a Quasi Experimental research with Posttetsonly Control Group research design. The population of this study were all students of class VIII in 2019/2020 Academic Year totaling 150 people. The sampling technique in the form of simple random sampling with selected samples is students of class VIII2 as the Experiment class and class VIII1 as the control class which is determined first through the normality test, homogeneity test, and variance analysis. Based on the results of the study obtained an average value of student learning outcomes for the Experiment class is 87.00 and for the control class is 76.00. In this study a hypothesis test was used: tarithmetic> ttable then H0 was rejected and Hi was accepted. After testing the hypothesis with one-way t-test obtained tarithmetic> ttable (8,610> 2.04523) then the research hypothesis is accepted. It can be concluded that student learning outcomes taught by Flip Chart Learning Media are higher than student learning outcomes taught without Flip Chart learning media at SMP N 2 Pancung Soal Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.Keywords: student learning outcomes, Flip Chart media

The kind of this research is classroomo action research. The subject of this research is student for grade VII-2 SMPN Negeri 22 Padang because this research is motivated by the problems of student learning outcomes. This research is carried out two cycles, one cycle of two meetings. Data were collectedusing teacher observation sheet, student observation sheet, and student learning evaluation.This researchaims to increasing student learning outcomes in craf lessons that using inquiry strategy in SMP Negeri 22Padang.The result of this research in the first cycle is 79,5 increased to 91,75 in the second cycle.Completeness average pre-cycle of student learning outcomes about 56,25% which numbered of 18 people,increased to the first cycle about 84,37% which numbered of 27 people. In the second cycle, all studentcomplete with completeness 100%. Thus, it can be concluded that aplication of inquiry strategy can inprovestudent learning outcomes for grade VII-2 in craf lessons.Keywords : Inquiry Strategy, Student Learning Outcomes.

This research aims to find out what carving motif in Hotel Pusako, Bukittinggi, West Sumatera, To know where the placement of the carving motif at Hotel Pusako, Bukittinggi, West Sumatera, To find out how the placement of the carving motifs on Hotel Pusako in view in terms of the placement of carving motifs based on customary provisions.This type of research is qualitative ethnography. This study was conducted by observing/descending into the field, interviews and research in the form of photographs. To analyze the data is done by 1) observation, 2) development findings, 3) interviews, 4) processing of data sources, findings and data analysis, 5) conclusion. Testing the validity of data is done using data triangulation techniques. The results of the research in the conclusion that the carving motifs in the Hotel Pusako is a motif that is in the Rumah Gadang, and the placement is not adjusted to the one in the Rumah Gadang.Kata kunci : Motif Ukiran, Minangkabau, Hotel Pusako, Ketentuan, Rumah Gadang

This final work aims to visualize the life of an elephant is getting worse. There are several stages in the embodiment methods of this work, namely: preparation, elaboration, synthesis, concept realization, and completion. Elephants in the form of realist style batik painting. The author managed to create 10 works with the titles: dryness, trapped, tortured, arid, lost, exhausted, extinct 1, extinct 2, misery, survival. This Research aimed to find in the process of batik work in SMP Negeri 10 Padang by Extracurricular, supporting and hampering factors in realization it and the result of batik work by students. The Result showed that realization of batik work is smooth, supporting factors are fund enough and facilitated by school all of needed, hampering factor is time that no longer. The purpose of making the final work is to visualize the tapping of palm sugar in Rejang Lebong district through painting work in a cubistic style while deepening the concept and improving the ability of the technique of painting. methodology used final work is the preparation step, elaboration step, synthesis step, concept realization step, and completion step. This final work visualizes the expression of stress, with human objects in contemporary painting. The visualization of this work is expected to be able to have a positive influence, in evaluating problems faced by themselves and the surrounding social environment, through contemporary painting.
