Abstract

The research is motivated by problems that arise in Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 4, that the development of a curriculum do not accommodate all students, especially students with special needs in accordance with the procedure or provision contained in filosopi inclusive education. This research aims to describe the development of school curricula do inclusive education in SMK Negeri 4 Padang. To achieve the research objectives, we used a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method. While the data collection techniques and tools, namely interviews using an interview guide and observation techniques using observation and study engineering documentation. Subjects consisted of teachers who teach subjects in the classroom of students with special needs, inclusive education managers, and students with special needs themselves. These results explained that the development of curriculum that the teachers do not differ with the previous curriculum development, standard analytical procedures and basic competencies, mapping of materials, methods, media and evaluation of learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari penyelenggaraan proses pembelajaran siswa ABKh Tunanetra di SMKN Kota Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan keadaan umum pembelajarannya meliputi penggunaan strategi pembelajaran, penggunaan metoda ,penyampaian materi pelajaran dan pengelolaan kelas Penelitian ini ditetapkan dengan teknik sampel bola salju yang terdiri siswa, guru, kepala sekolah, orang tua murid, pengawas sekolah, dinas pendidikan dan masyarakat. Informan tetap berjumlah 24 orang. Hasil Temuan, ada empat Tema Sentral keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pembelajaran di SMK.4 inklusi kota Padang. 1. Pelaksanaan program pendidikan inklusi di SMKN 4 Padang , sangat didukung oleh persepsi positif dari kepala sekolah, guru,GPK, orang tua, masyarakat dan dinas pendidikan. 2 strategi pembelajaran dan penggunaan metoda masih menggunakan pedoman regulasi umum, termasuk pengelolaan kelas sangat memerlukan perbaikan dan pembenahan. 3. Seluruh personil sekolah menjadi actor penting yang siap melayani semua anak, tanpa perbedaan dan bertanggung jawab atas kelancaran proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran sehingga kondisi diatas dapat menjadi kunci kemajuan sekolah inklusi. Kerjasama antar personal, baik kedalam maupun keluar sehingga pengembangan sekolah inklusi tidak banyak mengalami kendala yang berarti. meskipun masih memerlukan perbaikan pembenahan dan pengembangan. 4. Meskipun pelaksanaan pembelajaran SMK inklusi berjalan dengan baik, namun berbagai perbaikan seperti yang dituangkan dalam tema sentral diatas harus dan terus diperbaiki dan dikembangkan sebagaimana mestinya

Abstract

This article is concerned with the diversity of gender in acquiring language in psychological perfectives. The language and gender are the main factors which the writer tries to expose. The language using for each gender is observed by the psychological perfectives and the data collected by using descriptive literature analysis. The fact showed that the factors of the diversity of language in each gender are contributed by psychological matter from their family background, the superiority, and socio cultural phenomenon.

Abstract

Education that should have a consistent pillar between educators and children who are educated themselves. However, Judging from the implementation of education that has been running, there is a visible gap. Namely the implementation of education for intellectually impaired children. Comparison between educators and students are very good still can improve the quality of education for them. This background by the competence of teachers as educators Tunagrahita. Children are intellectually impaired children who have mental retardation with developmental delays in almost all aspects of service and educational needs of its own. Education intellectually impaired children require different services with normal education. With this particular service, are expected to increase their knowledge and skills. An effort to develop their educational services are IEP (Individualized Educational Program). For this application takes the form of pedagogical competence, social personality, and professionalism that teachers should possess. Mastery of these competencies will extend to ornamental form of special educational needs the child's understanding, service, education and self-development. When all competencies possessed by educators, it will terealisasikanlah quality education. In other words, the professionalism of teachers in the education of children with intellectual disorder that will be.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to obtain data / information about the problems encountered in the pedagogical teacher. Data / information call can be used as an input and consideration in developing a coaching program competencies of future teachers. This research includes the type of qualitative research. This study will describe about the problems encountered in the pedagogical teacher. Research conducted in the elementary district Gunung Tuleh West Pasaman. Research informants were teachers, principals, and supervisors. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentary study. Data were analyzed with techniques guided by the stages proposed by Miles and Huberman data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions. The research findings related to the issue / problem pedagogical teacher indicated that (1) the teacher did not come with a program of learning and learning plan, (2) learning is still dominated by the teacher, not to use the media, and yet optimally engage students, (3) evaluation of learning performed using the existing problems in textbooks, compiled about others and rarely about the analysis, and (4) improvement of the teaching is done by discussing the matter together and enrichment isdone by providing additional training to the students.

Abstract

Self-disclosure is one important aspect of interpersonal communication, which needs to have counseling students as prospective counselor. The ability of the students to perform self-disclosure has an important contribution in achieving academic success and the success of their social interactions. A person who has high self-disclosure tends to express the views, ideas, or ideas clearly without hurting the feelings of others. Based on the account of the phenomenon of self disclosure neglected by students Counseling. This article tries to describe about the urgency of self-disclosure on student guidance and counseling. Furthermore, this article will describe matters related to the sense of self-disclosure, the benefits of self-disclosure, the characteristics and dimensions of self-disclosure, the factors that influence self-disclosure and urgency for counseling students.
