Abstract

The purpose I made this article is learning to know about extracurricular activities for the elementary school. This article is based on my opinion, analysis scientific, and theoretical review. The result from my thought is can be concluded that to increase student’s confidence the school can do that with extracurricular activities. Program extracurricular divided into two types there are extracurricular required (scouting) and extracurricular preference. Strategy the teacher to increase student confidence gives them reinforcement and a developmental approach.

Abstract

Professional teachers are teachers who are capable of designing learning and achieving the objectives of the learning. Among them are making teaching plans, establishing models, strategies and learning methods. In preparing the teaching plan selection of models and appropriate strategies will foster student interest in learning. The existence of media used as a messenger from the teacher to students. The determination of models, methods, strategies, and media must be balanced with the emphasis of the students' own knowledge, skills, and attitudes. All of it into a single unit that is designed well for the purpose can be achieved. Professional teachers must create a fun situation in the classroom by mastering various theories as well as the types of learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pelaksanaan pembelajaran individual di SLB Karya Tabing Padang yang dilakukan oleh guru yang teacher center dalam arti guru lebih dominan sebagai pemberi stimulasi visual : dalam memberikan bina bicara pada seorang anak yang mempunyai hambatan pendengaran atau tunarungu. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran bina bicara yang dilaksanakan oleh guru kelas dalam tiga kegiatan, pertama perancangan kedua pelaksanaan dan ketiga evaluasi. Sasaran penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data yang diterapkan adalah wawancara, pengamatan, dan telaah dan komunikasi. Hasil penelaah menunjukkan guru sudah merancang pembelajaran, sudah melakukan dengan konvensional guru sebagai pemberi ilmu stimulasi bicara dalam pengelolaan proses pembelajaran guru melaksanakan program pembelajaran individual. Berdasarkan hasil asesmen mengamati tentang mengenal anggota tubuh bagian atas. Dari hasil pembelajaran dilakukan evaluasi tes secara lisan dan tulisan. Keberhasilan pelaksanaan bina bicara terdapat faktor kendala keterbatasan ruangan namun ada faktor pendukung yang memperlancar proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran seperti Kepala Sekolah, guru dan yayasan, sarana dan prasarana dalam pembelajaran. Hasil pembelajaran sudah tergambar evaluasi diasumsikan guru meningkat proses pembelajaran dengan mempertahankan kekompakan bagi layanan anak tunarungu dengan memanfaatkan siswa pendengaran melalui bina komunikasi persepsi bunyi dan irama.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the real facts about the use of image media to improve learning outcomes of learners, knowing whether or not differences in learning outcomes of learners between the use of media images and the absence of the use of media images on a learning, which is a big influence on the results of participant learning students of class IV. In addition to these objectives, the purpose of the application of picture and picture method is to improve the spirit of learning of learners to follow the learning. The method used in this research is descriptive with short-acting Classroom Action Research (CAR). While the techniques and data collection tools used are observation techniques with data collection tools in the form of an association sheet distributed to teachers and learners as well as the final test as an evaluation for learners. From the results of published article search, it can be concluded the application of picture and picture method successfully applied and can improve student learning outcomes class IV. The purpose of every use of media in learning is very influential in every learning process because it will determine in which direction the learning will be successful or not in accordance with the objectives of learning to be achieved. In addition, the use of image media can not only be used for a single course but the use of these media can also be used for some other subjects, so the use of media images is very influential in the achievement of learning objectives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of motivation on the result of cognitive learning of the model TGT assisted YuGiOh Card. The population in this study were students of class VII semester 1 with the number of 16 students at MTs Baitul Amin Bali. The type of research design used was a pre-experimental design with a one-shot case study. The study used 2 (two) variables examined in this study, namely motivation and result cognitive learning. The method used in data collection in this research is a questionnaire (questionnaire), documentation and test. The collected data were analyzed using simple linear regression. Based on the motivation data obtained using the model TGT assisted by the YuGiOh card in this study, it shows that students who are in the very good motivation category are 62.5% and good categories are 37.5%. Data on students' results cognitive learning from post-test results can be categorized very well by 6%, both by 31%, enough by 44% and less by 19%. The influence of motivation on result cognitive learning using the model TGT assisted YuGiOh card is 27.2% while the remaining 72.8% is influenced by learning readiness, social support, and learning facilities. The results showed that learning motivation had a positive effect on result cognitive learning in science learning using the model TGT assisted by YuGiOhcard.

The best practice is motivated by the task and function of the principal as an Educator, Manager, Administrator, Supervisor, Leadership, Innovator, and Motivator. Not all principals, especially in Elementary School (SD) in Payakumbuh perform tasks and functions so that the quality of education has not increased. The phenomenon that occurred in SD Negeri 02 Payakumbuh. Much effort is being made by schools to improve quality. The goal is to know the management of school management and know-how to empower the citizens of the school. Efforts taken to overcome the problem is to run the program Management KOMPAS (Communication and participation). The activities designed in this program are 1) Application of effective Communication Management, 2) Implementation of Participation Management. Activities in the program have an impact and result from the academic and non-academic aspects.

Abstract

School Action Research is intended to improve the ability of teachers to use Information Technology-Based Learning Media. The study was conducted at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 05 Gunuang Malintang with 12 subjects. The data collected through observation, interviews, and tests indicated that the ability to utilize IT-based learning media can be improved through In House Training (IHT). The steps of IHT activities are as follows: (1) Share the initial test with the teacher, (2) The teacher works on the initial test to determine the ability to use and utilize IT as a learning medium. (5) Provide material perceptions about the use of IT-based learning media. (6. Provide services and guidance to teachers about the use of IT. (7) Providing opportunities for teachers to create and innovate in utilizing IT as a learning media. (8) Provide services and guidance to teachers during IHT. (9) Give the final test.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation model on science-based on multisensory-ecology in group A of Aisyiyah 6 Padang City. The study was conducted from August until November (2017). The method was used in this research is a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. Data were analyzed descriptively. The Results of the study are the implementation model on science-based on multisensory-ecology. The study concluded that the instructional model on science-based on multisensory-ecology can upgrade cognitive abilities, social-emotional and physical of children in group A of kindergarten Aisyiyah 6 Padang. Implications of the research are the creation of an instructional model renewal of science for early childhood. Recommendations research is the model on science-based on multisensory-ecology should be studied seriously by teachers before applying this model.

Abstract

Early childhood education is a coaching effort aimed at children from birth to the age of six years, carried out through the provision of stimuli to help growth and physical and spiritual development, so that children have readiness in entering further education. In providing growth stimulus and developing early childhood in the era of advanced technology, technology is a powerful tool to support all learning in early childhood classes. This effort must be integrated into an integrated curriculum. In the use of learning technology tools, teachers need to be trained to operate, so that teachers can be proficient in the learning process. Besides that, what also needs to be considered by each technological device is the advantages and disadvantages or the impact of using these technological tools.
