Abstract

Abstract - A cooperative is an institution or organization in conducting savings and loans in the form of money and goods so that the cooperative members can prosper. Still, from the results of interviews with the head of the cooperative of SMKN 1 Kota Bima, it turns out that there are still many members of the cooperative who do not pay loans or credit bills continuously according to the agreed credit, this will have an impact on the financial condition of the cooperative to provide further credit to its members, so this research aims to determine how much bad credit is in the cooperative of SMKN 1 Kota Bima for the 2014-2019 period. For the sample in this study, the authors used financial reports for the last six years, namely from the 2014-2019 period. The data used in this study uses financial report data in the form of insufficient credit data and total loans; the data used are secondary. The method used is the one-sample t-test (one party test). Where the SMKN 1 Kota Bima cooperative cannot be said to be good because the Non-Performing Loans (NPL) in 2015 amounted to 2.72, 2016 amounted to 1.41, 2017 amounted to 0.75, and 2019 amounted to 0.59 because a good NPL is by criteria, which must be less than 0.05 or 5% of the standard criteria, the same thing can also be seen from the acquisition of lousy credit values from 2015 to 2019 which has been fluctuating, this is because many members of the cooperative did not pay credit installments on time even though contracted the credit agreement is clearly stated that the member will pay for the credit following a mutually agreed decision. Abstract

Abstract- The economic activities of the people on the coast are identical to fishers. Most economic activities are fishing for a lot of fish and processed products (post-harvest marine products). Natural conditions are a factor in the high risk of anglers at sea and are always in economic uncertainty, impacting fishers' income level. This study aims to determine the fishermen community's socio-economic characteristics in Swarangan village, the average income, and to compare the average income per capita with the poverty line. The research method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method with as many as 62 fishermen samples. The results showed that 1) fishermen's characteristics are still of productive age, have an average junior high school education, and have a side job. 2). The average income from fishing (as fishermen) is mostly below the poverty line. 3) the average total pay of a small proportion of families is below the poverty line. In general, the socio-economic conditions of fishers in Swarangan village are still above the poverty line. Keywords: fishermen, income, poverty line

Abstract

Abstract - The study aims to analyze the impact of inflation and third-party funds on financing by making economic growth a moderating variable. The course uses secondary monthly-form data from January 2010 to December 2017 with Sharia banking objects. The data analysis technique used is the Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis. The study results found that first, inflation does not have a significant effect on financing in Islamic banking either directly or with the moderating variable of economic growth. Second, Third Party Funds (TPF) does not have a significant direct effect on financing. In contrast, with the moderating variable of economic growth, it is found that economic growth can moderate the influence of Third Party Funds (TPF) on financing in a negative direction. This study provides a recommendation that Islamic banking continues to increase the distribution of Third Party Funds (TPF) in the real sector while still utilizing short-term investment financing instruments in the form of Bank Indonesia Syariah Certificates (SBIS) to increase the level of bank profitability. Abstract

Abstract - Regional disparities occur because each region has different endowment factors. These factors take human resources, geographic area, development facilities, and infrastructure availability. This is reinforced by the opinion of economists from the neoclassical school, including Walter Isard (1950,63), Myrdal (1976, 56-59 and 62-65), Friedmann (1979, 221), and finally Douglass (1979, 76). The research results explain that the road infrastructure of Lintas Selatan Road in the South Malang Regency area provides positive externalities to the local economic development of coastal communities. It also increases capitalization in the coastal fisheries industry's input sector by increasing investment and increasing the number of vessels. Negative externalities occur fast and massive pull of natural resources in the coastal areas to all economic centers in Malang Raya. The availability of coastal natural resources is still in the sustainable category, although exploration has increased after constructing the South Cross Road (JLS) infrastructure. The analytical tool method used is Maximum Sustainable Yield / MSY and Economic Valuation (Contingent Valuation Method / CVM) to examine the results of the formulation of the Willingness to Pay / WTP value and the value of Willingness to Act / WTA. The attraction of the coastal area resources is described qualitatively. The Sustainable Development Paradigm is used in explaining the externalities of the Southern Cross Road (JLS) infrastructure to the development of coastal areas in the South Malang Regency. Abstract

One of the West Nusa Tenggara Governor's (2018-2023 era) mission is to encourage industrialization. This research tries to provide answers related to opportunities in the fisheries sector for industrialization and its challenges. The study was conducted with a qualitative approach. Qualitative (primary) data was obtained by conducting interviews with several experts in marine and fisheries and through FGD with related agencies. In contrast, secondary data was obtained from the fishing and marine services of (DKP) NTB Province. The results showed that NTB's fisheries were still relatively large in production and the area of fish land (capture and cultivation). And also, Non-fish production is suitable to be used as the main source of industrialization. However, several obstacles that need to be addressed, such as low human resources, infrastructure, supervision, and law enforcement of illegal practices in fisheries, low fiscal support and coordination among stakeholders, have not been resolved. Data validity is needed to be related to fisheries aspects, cross-stockholder forums such as Maritim product investment forums consisting of government, academia, and the business world, and directing industrial development towards the industrial Maritim cluster (ICM).

Abstract

Cities in Indonesia continue to improve, both physically and non-physically, to become smart cities. This is also the function of the city as the center of activity in a region. On the other hand, some cities have a history with their old cities. This old city asset deserves to be maintained, preserved, and developed as a city tourism destination. This study aims to identify how a city that has old city assets can manage its assets as a city tourist destination, then to identify the potential of cities in Indonesia and to make stages that the city must carry out if it wants to utilize the assets of the old city as a city tourist destination. The study method used is to explore the city in the management of the old town area so that it can get a picture of what is being done by comparing it to several other cities in the world and related to the prerequisites of a destination as city tourism. The results show the stages that can be used as a reference for the city to develop the old city. The results of this study need further deepening, related to the recommended stages and the need for Delphi methods, as a form of FGD with experts in their fields where this activity is indeed multi-scientific background. So that the governance of material and intangible cultural heritage can be achieved without neglecting the various values that must be fulfilled. It is hoped that this phasing can serve as a raw model in the management of the old town (cultural heritage) in other cities

Abstract

Village funds distributed to every village, especially in Bone Bolango District, are for development purposes and community empowerment. This study aims to determine the balance model of village fund management through Village-Owned Enterprises (Kemendes PDTT, 2019). The research method used is a mixed-method (mix-method) by recording quantitative data and qualitative data through in-depth interviews for any information given to village heads and village officials in Bone Bolango District, Gorontalo Province. The results showed that community involvement in creating balance is fundamental to realizing a prosperous society. Although, on the other hand, the problem of managing village funds is that they are not maximally used to incubate poverty, have not been on target, or have not matched the potential of the village; the focus of development is still oriented towards infrastructure, which is still found in the field.
