Abstract

This research has two objectives. First, to examine the effect of emotionalintelligence on employees’ job performance. Second, the moderating of the influenceperceived organizational support on emotional intelligence to job performance. Thesubject of the research is employes who work in hospitals in Yogyakarta. The data iscollected by using questionnaires, distributed to 200 employees. However, 157questionnaires were returned and then analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis(MRA) to test the hypothesis.The results of this study are emotional intelligence haspositive effect to job satisfaction and perceived organizational support does not moderatethe influence emotional intelligence on job satisfaction.Keywords : emotional intelligence; perceived organizational support; job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of local tax revenue to the Local RevenueWest Sumatra province in 2010 - 2015. Type a descriptive quantitative research data. Datacollection techniques used documentation studies and surveys using secondary data suchas time series data obtained through library research and then processed with descriptivestatistics. The dependent variable revenue (Y) and the motor vehicle tax-free variable (X).Before the data is processed first performed classical assumption in the form of normalitytest. Hypothesis testing using t test partially with significance level of 5% and a coefficientdetermination. The results showed that the original income and taxes are normallydistributed by Kolmogorov Smirnov. Local tax revenue correlates strongly with revenue(0.777) and R-square value of 0.604. T test results showed that the significant effect on thelocal tax Local Revenue West Sumatra province with the regression equation Y =1,539E11 + 0.379 X + e.Keywords : local tax revenue ; locally-generated revenue

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether the assumption of financialcompensation, non financial compensation and physical working area have direct andsignificant impact to the employee performance in terms to achieve production target. Thisresearch was conducted by taking sample of 73 respondents. Data collected by using aquestionnaire form filled with list of questions and data analysis technique is using pathanalysis with SPSS 20.00 for Windows.The production target must be emphasizing to achieve by a management ofproduction line and can be achieve if the employee performance of Finishing section, PT.Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper, Perawang, working together to achieve the goals that havebeen settled by top management. Higher level of financial compensation, higher level ofnon financial compensation and better physical working area will also increase the level ofemployee performance to achieve production target of Finishing section, PT. Indah KiatPulp and Paper, Perawang Mill.Based on the path analysis result, it was proven that financial compensation, nonfinancial compensation and working area have direct and significant impact to theemployee performance to achieve production target to the employee of Finishing section,PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji Pengaruh Mutasi dan Kompetensi Pegawai terhadapKinerja Anggota Kepolisian Resor Musi Rawas (studi pada anggota staff). MetodePenelitian yang digunakan adalah metode angket, yaitu angket Mutasi dan KompetensiPegawai, dan angket Kinerja, dengan menggunakan program SPSS 17. Analisis Penelitianmengunakan dasar perhitungan regresi linier berganda, maka diperoleh nilai b1=0,161dan b2=0,230 sedangkan nilai a=20,583 kemudian nilai a disusun ke dalam persamaanregeresi linear berganda dengan hasil persamaan regresinya adalah Y = 20,583+ 0,161X1+ 0,230X2. Arti persamaan tersebut adalah bahwa nilai konsanta sebesar 20,583menyatakan bahwa jika kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja tidak ada perubahan ataunilainya nol maka nilai variabel kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 20,583. Koefisien regresimutasi sebesar b1=0,845 menyatakan bahwa setiap peningkatan mutasi sebesar satusatuan maka hal tersebut akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,845. Sebaliknya,setiap penurunan kepemimpinan sebesar satu satuan maka hal tersebut akan menurunkankinerja pegawai sebesar 0,845. Koefisien regresi kompetensi pegawai sebesar b2=0,849menyatakan bahwa setiap peningkatan kompetensi pegawai sebesar satu satuan maka haltersebut akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,849. Sebaliknya, setiap penurunankompetensi pegawai sebesar satu satuan maka hal tersebut akan menurunkan kinerjapegawai sebesar 0,849.Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 51,9% variabel Kinerjadapat dijelaskanoleh variabel Mutasi dan Kompetensi, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,1% dijelaskan olehvariabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Dengan melihat hasil koefesien determinasi yangdiperoleh dapat dikatakan juga bahwa nilai Mutasi dan Kompetensi masih termasukrendah sehingga perlu ditingkatkan.Dari hasil olahan data diperoleh hasil uji Fmenunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Mutasidan Kompetensi secara bersama-samaterhadap Kinerja, nilai Fhitung yang diperoleh sebesar 18,040 dan sig. 0,00. Hal iniberarti Fhitung >Ftabel. Dengan demikian berdasarkan kriteria pengujian hipotesis, jikaFhitung ≥Ftabel berarti Hoditolak dan Haditerima. Hal tersebut juga menggambarkan bahwaadanya pengaruh yang signifikan, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa Mutasi danKompetensi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja pada Kepolisian Resor MusiRawas.Kata Kunci : Mutasi, Kompetesi Pegawai, dan Kinerja

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of inflation and income lending rahn pawn againstthe Islamic pawnshop in Indonesia in 2007 - 2015 which will be beneficial for governmentsand companies to make decisions in the future in accordance with the study variables.Data were collected through documentary studies and surveys using secondary data suchas time series data obtained through library research are then processed by descriptiveand inferential statistics. The dependent variable lending rahn while the independentvariable inflation rates and income mortgages. Before the data is analyzed first performedclassical assumption in the form of normality test, multicollinearity, autocorrelation testand test heterokedastisitas. It turns out all the variables meet all the classic assumptionthat the data could dianalisisBerdasarkan summary model of the correlation coefficient0.984 (very strong), the value of R 0.968 square and adjusted R square value of 0.957. Totest the hypothesis used a significance level of 5%. Based on the partial test inflation ratedid not significantly affect lending Rahn while simultaneously the rate of inflation andsignificant effect on the income of mortgage lending Rahn. It can also be seen from theresults of multiple linear regression equation Y = -4.6 million + 151372.269 X1 + 2.305X2 + e.Keywords: inflation ; pawnshops income ; rahn loan portfolio.

Abstract

Analisis efektifitas modal kerja ditinjau dari tingkat net profit margin, return on investmentdan return on net worth pada koperasi pondok pesantren modern al-ikhlas kotalubuklinggau tahun 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2012, penelitian ini mengkaji tingkat rasioprofitabilitas yang didasarkan atas data sekunder yaitu data keuangan periode 2008sampai 2012 pada koperasi pondok pesantren modern al-ikhlas lubuklinggau.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis perhitungan rasio propitabilitas yangterdiri 3 (tiga) sub variabel yaitu net profit margin, return on invest ment dan return on networth. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yang berdasarkan datasekunder yang diolah berdasarkan rumus tiap-tiap sub variabel yang ada dan analisiskualitatif yang merupakan deskripsi dari analisis kuantitatif yang diperoleh.Hasil dari penelitian dilihat dari aspek profitabilitas untuk net profit margin tahun 2008sebesar 0,95% tahun 2009 sebesar 0,96% tahun 2010 sebesar 0,96% tahun 2011 sebesar0,94% dan tahun 2012 sebesar 0,95%. Return on investmen tahun 2008 sebesar 0,03%tahun 2009 sebesar 0,04% tahun 2010 sebesar 0,03% tahun 2011 sebesar 0,02% dantahun 2012 sebesar 0,03%. Return on net wotrh tahun 2008 sebesar 4,4% tahun 2009sebesar 3,8% tahun 2010 sebesar 4,4% tahun 2011 sebesar 2,9 % dan tahun 2012 sebesar4,4%.Kata kunci : efktifitas, modal kerja

Abstract

The research was carried out, the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights Unit of theRegional Office Papers Prison Class IIA West Sumatra Jl. Muaro No. 42 Padang. Thephenomenon that is found in these establishments are several employees, who simply dotheir job accordingly not optimal. Based on the above background, the authors areinterested in doing more research on "The Effect of Job Satisfaction Against OCB(Organizational Citizenship Behavior) In the ministry of law and human rightsPrison Employees Muaro Padang". The purpose of this study was to determine the effectof job satisfaction on OCB organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) to the employees ofthe prison the ministry of law and human rights Muaro Padang. From the dataprocessing can be seen that the calculated value of t 0,000. This means that thesignificance of less than 0.05. Then satisfaction significantly influence OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior.Keywords: job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

Background of question to know what income deposit mudharabah givesignificant effect to profitability of PT. BPRS Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok. Directionof research to know how many effect income deposit mudharabah give significant effectto profitability in PT BPRS Barakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok. Approach of research beused method of quantitative research that explain the indicate was done in PT. BPRSBarakah Nawaitul Ikhlas Solok. Technique of collect the data with observation,interview and documentation. Process the qualitative data used SPSS V.23 Program(Statistical Programming Social Science). Result of this research based on result of testthat be used by SPSS V.23 program. There fore author conculusioned that value ofindependent variable have significant effect to dependent variable of PT. BPRS BarakahNawaitul Ikhlas Solok, that prove H0 refused, with value of significant test t statistic was0.00a, and this value is smaller from value α 0,05. In the meaning that independentvariable (income result divide deposit of mudharabah have significant effect todependent variable (profitability bank).Keyword: Profitability, Income, Deposit, Rentability

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of performance, durability, features ofproduct, comformance to specification and reability toward consumer’s interest in buyingTupperware at Griya Tika Utama Housing in Pekanbaru. The population of this researchwas less than 100 so that there were 74 respondences used as the sample of this research.Technique of analyzing data used here was multiple linear regression. In the study theresearcher used a partial hypothesis test (t test) and test hypotheses simultaneously (F test).Based on the results of data analysis, it was shown that models of multiple linearregression equation: Y = 1.885 - 0,199X1 + 0,222X2 + 0,232X3 + 0,174X5 + 0,156X4.From the results of the t test only partially variable of Performance, Durability, Featuresthat significantly influenced consumers' interest in buying Tupperware products at GriyaTika Utama in Pekanbaru. Variable of Conformance to specification and Reliability didnot significantly influenced consumers' interest in buying Tupperware products at GriyaTika Utama in Pekanbaru. From the test results of the analysis of the determinationcoefficient, it was known that the coefficient of determination 0.362 or 36.2% of thevariation of independent variables (Performance, Durability Features, Conformance tospecification, and Reliability) toward the dependent variable (Consumer Interests inbuying the product). While the remaining as 63.8% was explained by other variableswhich were not included in this study.Kata Kunci : Product Quality, Consumer’s Interest
